Obsahem této bakalářské práce je analýza nabídky a poptávky na trhu s nemovitostmi ve městě Brně. Práce popisuje faktory ovlivňující trh s nemovitostmi, popisuje současnou situaci na trhu a dále predikuje vývoj trhu v dalších letech. Predikce vývoje trhu je provedena pomocí regresní analýzy statistických dat. Veškeré výpočty jsou provedeny pomocí programu Maple. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of supply and demand in the property market in Brno. This paper describes the factors that influence this market, analyses the current situation, and predicates the development of the real estate market in the upcoming years. The prediction of the market development is conducted through the regression analysis of statistical data. All calculations are carried out using the Maple programme
