Research of Employee Satisfaction in a chosen Company

The bachelor thesis is focused on employee satisfaction. The aim of the thesis is to determine the current level of employee satisfaction and motivation in the selected company and to present suggestions for their improvement. The theoretical part deals with literature search and explanation of important concepts. The analytical part of the thesis introduces the company and elaborates the chosen quantitative research strategy. This is followed by the processing and evaluation of the data obtained. The last part elaborates the actual proposed solutions that can lead to an increase in the overall job satisfaction in the company.
Evaulation and Rewarding of Employees in Gastronomy

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the evaluation and rewarding of employees in gastronomy. The introduction of the theoretical part deals with the theory of human resources management in the context of evaluation and rewarding of employees. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes the system of evaluation and rewarding of employees, mainly the principles, mistakes, criteria, and methods of the evaluation as well as the forms and aims of the evaluation. The thesis introduces the environment of organizations from the management point of view, the structure of employees and the system of self-evaluation and rewarding. It points to the current issue and the current situation in this sector of work. The research was summed up after the questionary survey with the employees of the restaurants. The questions were aimed to evaluate and reward the subordinates. The obtained data was analysed, evaluated, and compared. Some suggestions how to improve the system of evaluation and rewarding were included.
Factors influencing Employee Satisfaction in the selected Company

The thesis focuses on the factors influencing employee satisfaction in the company. The theoretical part presents basic theoretical concepts for understanding the issue. In the analytical part first the company itself is introduced and later the empirical research is evaluated. In the last part based on the results of the research suggestions for improving the motivation system in the company are given.

Resumé Human resources management in a small enterprise In my work I deal with the topic of human resources management in a small enterprise. In the first chapter I deal with the definition of the concept and historical development of this area. The second chapter is devoted to circumstances regarding the origin and termination of the employment. Human resources management in this stage begins with planning. Planning means determining the needs of the organization, especially in planning the required number of suitable, adequately trained and properly motivated employees at the right time. The planning is continued by recruitment. This phase ensures that the vacancies will attract sufficient number of suitable candidates. To identify which of the candidates is best suited to fill the job, you need to invite suitable candidates to the selection interview. The aim of the selection process is to find a suitable candidate with whom the contract will be concluded. An important area is the protection of personal data. The end of this chapter deals with the circumstances of termination of employment as defined in § 48-73 LC. The last chapter covers the main areas of human resources management in a small business. The diploma thesis deals with employee satisfaction, their motivation and remuneration. In my work I focused on examining the satisfaction of employees of the selected bank with motivation and remuneration. The presented work has 3 main parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical description of the basic concepts needed to understand the issue. The second part contains an analysis of the submitted questionnaire. The last part contains suggestions for improving the system in the company.
Proposal for the Improvement of the Motivation System in the Company

Diploma thesis is focused on motivation system in the manufacturing company Třinecké železárny, a.s. The first chapter of the thesis describes motivation and motivation system terminology. Company and its current employee motivation system are characterized in next chapter. This chapter contains also analysis of the survey. In the conclusion of this thesis there are described proposals for the improvement of the motivation system, which will lead to increase of employee satisfaction.

In the second part is chosen company analyzed by several basic analytic methods and defines current state of the matter. The third part of the thesis contains my own proposal for changes and innovations in current system.
