The bachelor thesis is focused on the online marketing communication of Hotel Passage in Brno. The thesis is based on the terms defined in the theoretical part, which is followed by an analytical part, which contains an analysis of the current marketing and communication mix of the hotel and a questionnaire survey. Based on the performed analyzes and the results of the questionnaire survey, it proposes suitable measures leading to the improvement of online marketing communication with customers.

The main focus of the Hotel “Pod Zamkem” Diploma Thesis is to project and propose the best marketing strategy and use the most efficient and appropriate promotion method.The Diploma Thesis consist of two parts. The first section is dedicated to clarifying specific marketing terms such as Marketing Mix, Online Marketing Analysis SWOT, STEP Analysis, Porter’s Five Forces Model etc. The second part of the Diploma Thesis deals with more specific practical issues directly applying the theoretical analysis outlined in the first section. Furthermore the hotel quests have been asked to complete questionnaire in order to ascertain their view on future hotel development in order to utilise and enhance customer service in wellness and fitness.

This bachelor thesis analyzes the labor market in construction. The theoretical part deals with the construction company, the labor market and work in construction. It describes the remuneration and specifics of the construction company, characterizes the labor market, state employment policy and the causes and effects of the situation on the labor market in construction and also deals with foreign workers. The practical part acquires a real overview of the situation in practice through a questionnaire survey, which is refined by interviews with specific companies. In general, the practical part deals with how construction companies evaluate the situation on the labor market and how this situation affects them.

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with an analysis of customer satisfaction of zero-waste shop NEBALENKA. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the basic concepts related with marketing research. In the practical part is realized analysis of the company and obtained information from questionnaire survey is evaluated in detail. Based on the results of this research are recommended appropriate measures and strategies leading to increase a customer satisfaction.

This bachelor thesis deals with customer satisfaction analysis of Yoga House, z.s. and subsequent proposals for its improvement. The first part of the thesis deals with the description of important theoretical bases related to this topic. The second part analyzes the general and competitive environment of the company, marketing mix is processed, the questionnaire survey focused on customer satisfaction is analyzed, and SWOT analysis from the individual outputs of previous research is elaborated. In the third part, suggestions and recommendations are created to increase the level of customer satisfaction with the selected association.
Improving Performance of Engineering Company in the Zlín Region Using Benchmarking Approach

This master thesis deals with increasing performance using benchmarking in selected engineering company in the Zlín region. The theoretical part introduces the concept of benchmarking in the context of improving business performance. The main part however is in-depth case study on business performance. Based on both secondary and primary data sources are the selected engineering companies in the Zlín region evaluated by the benchmarking. Building on outcomes of this evaluation are presented possible recommendations for the selected company in order to enhance or even eliminate identified weaknesses.
Concept for Organizational Culture Change in a Company

The main aim of my thesis is to evaluate the organizational culture of Top Advert, s.r.o. My work is divided into two parts. The first deals with the theoretical background to the issue and its description. The practical part is then focused on identifying the content of organizational culture through a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview. Based on the findings, measures are also proposed to improve the current situation.
Proposal to Improve the Marketing mix of e-shop

The submitted master thesis is focused on proposals that lead to improvements of the marketing mix of a company About You GmbH. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical description of important terms from marketing and selected analyses. The analytical part of the thesis follows, it contains the introduction of the company, analysis of the internal and external environment and then evaluates the questionnaire survey applied to customers from the Czech Republic. In the final part of the thesis, based on the analysis and questionnaire survey, there are shown proposals lead for possible improvement of the marketing mix and also their risk analysis.
Valuation of goodwill of construction company

The diploma thesis is focused on the comparison of goodwill values of two construction companies. The theoretical part describes the basic knowledge and principles they are required to terminated the value of goodwill. Furthermore, terms such as marketing planning and questionnaire creation are explained. In the practical part, selected methods are used to terminate the value of goodwill. Subsequently, five questions are set and the questions are tested. Based on the analysis results is proposed marketing strategy at the end of the thesis.
Selection and evaluation of suppliers in the construction industry

This diploma thesis deals with the selection and evaluation of suppliers in the construction industry. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on corporate purchasing, supplier selection and supplier evaluation and describes the methods that solve this problem. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is transferred into practice. There is a questionnaire responded to by the construction companies. Based on the results of the questionnaire, four hypotheses are compiled and tested. Three managed interviews with construction company employees are also recorded. The last part is a case study. It addresses the design of the system for the selection and evaluation of suppliers in a particular construction company.
