The theory of electromagnetic field for radiological assistants

Currently is not freely available any simple educational text on the topic of the theory of electromagnetic field, which would be adequate to the student´s knowledge of the Radiology assitents subject and futher related subjects. This work defines this following goals: to create the expected, project and implement curriculum in the area of the electromagnetic field for radiolgy assistants and the verification of the adequacy of the project´s curriculum with the help of the experimental education and the statistical result´s evaluation of the verification with the questionnaire survey. The practical contribution of the bachelor´s work is the made educational text with the PowerPoint presentation, which is possible to use for the teaching of the theory of electromagnetic field. The theoretical contibution of the bachelor´s work is the excuse of the theory of curricular process on the area of the theoretical basis of the electromagnetic field under the therms of education of radiology assistents and next potential applicants of radiology.
Perception of the Collectivization by the Rural and the Urban Community

The bachelor thesis is focused on the description of the history of collectivization in Písek district. It deals with two different groups of citizens - the rural and the urban community. Its main focus is on their personal evaluation of the process, on the contrast between their perception of this issue and its consequences and economical significance. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the rural area, the revision of the land reform and the process of collectivization itself, alongside with its economical and social impacts. The basis of the analytical part is the research, which maps the social, environmental and economical impacts of collectivization. The main research method used is triangulation. The data are collected using questionnaires extended by the use of semistructured interviews.
Efficiency of state aid in the agriculture focusing on food quality marks

The goal of master thesis is evaluation of efficiency of state aid in the agriculture focusing on food quality marks. At the beginning of the work are described state institutions supporting Czech producers and their products. Evaluation of efficiency is made based on telephone interview with producers and quantitative research among consumers. Telephone interview is conducted with producers who can use a logo Regionalni potravina on their foodstuff. The aim of this research is to find out, if the producers achieved positive results in their sales after obtaining food quality mark. Quantitative research is made among consumers, where the key question is what awareness consumers have about food quality marks, what is the key factor in buying decision and if consumers noticed promotional campaigns of the Ministry of Agriculture focusing on aid of Czech producers with food quality marks. After making research it will be easier to say if state aid is effective or if there are spotted flaws or what.
Segmentation of coffee market from the retail point of view

The main objective of this Masters thesis is to identify and describe segments of customers in coffee market in Czech republic. Furthermore objective is to formulate marketing recommendation on how to address those customers. To fullfil this goal is not be possible without deep knowledge of whole coffee market and of those customer segments. To understand the market itself, data from Nielsen agency are used. As to complete whole segmentation process MML-TGI data of Median agency are used. To paint the final picture of coffee market and to verify formulated hypothesis further qualitative research has been conducted in for of individual interviews.
Perception of healthy lifestyle among students

My bachelor thesis examises how do students perceive a healthy lifestyle. It tries to capture student's different ideas about the healthy lifestyle, using qualitative and quantitative research. In the theoretical part, it describes the principles about a healthy lifestyle and programs, that are aimed to support it. The practical part contains the quantitative research attended by 225 respondets, which was composed of questionaires. The further qualitative research was conducted by in -- depth interviews, which provides division of students into two groups, depending on whether they follow it or not.
International comparison of positioning of the brand Starbucks

This Bachelor thesis focuses on the international comparison of positioning of the brand Starbucks between Great Britain and the Czech Republic. After two theoretically oriented chapters (relevant terminology, information about the company) both British and Czech markets are in following sections analysed in terms of their target group, timing, differentiation from competitors and further there are examined the reasons why people prefer Starbucks to other competing brands. The aim of this work, in addition to the aforementioned analysis, is to conduct a survey concerning the perception and the evaluation of the brand Starbucks within both countries and based on the survey results to find out how the various researched aspects of the brand perception and evaluation are assessed from the perspective of company's customers, employees, as well as managers.
Marketing strategy of the transport and forwarding company

This diploma thesis analyses the marketing strategy of RALU, s.r.o. company which operates in the field of international transport and forwarding. The theoretical part is elaborated from the standpoint of the analysis of external and internal organization's environment, marketing strategy and different parts of the marketing mix. The practical part, which is based on theoretical knowledge included in the first part, contains the general characteristic of the company RALU, the position within its competitive environment, analysis of its existing marketing mix and particularly the quantitative research. Based on the results of the conducted research the conclusion deals with the evaluation of the current marketing strategy of the company and it recommends some potential improvements for changes.
Educational styles characterized by Kurt Zadek Lewin and their preferences for children and young generation at the age of puberty and adolescence.

This thesis is about educational systems which were characterized by Kurt Zadek Lewin and his co workers based on Lewin's research. The goal of the thesis was to find out which educational styles prefer the children and youth in the age of pubescence and adolescence. The thesis is divided in 4 main parts, where each of the part fit the individual chapters. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of development during adolescence and pubescence, with regard to the developmental tasks, which should be based on appropriate educational goals and the overall style of education. The second chapter describes upbringing and educational activity of the teacher; it specifically defines the interaction between the teacher and educated individual, and characterizes the overall style of education. The third chapter explains authoritarian, liberal and democratic style of education. The final chapters content is my own quantitative research, in which the questionnaires were used. The intention of this research corresponds with the above stated goal.
The Business Tactics Used by Businessmen During the Demonstration Events

The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of unfair commercial practices which are used by businessmen during the demonstration events on mentally or physically disabled individuals and seniors. The theoretical part of this work is focused on basic aspects of consumer's protection, consumer organisations and institutions providing advice and information. It deals with the actual course of the demonstrations and manipulative practices used by dealers. It also briefly informs of marketing research. In the practical part there is applied a questionnaire survey which finds the experience of seniors with demonstration events. The aim of the research is to summarize collected information that is complemented by measures designed to reduce the negative impacts of improper action on the elderly.
Space management of a retail

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map the space management of a selected retail unit, which is Billa supermarket in České Budějovice, and propose changes interpreted through the new model. The theoretical part is devoted to the literature. This section discusses the areas of space management, merchandising, which include mainly location of goods and sales promotion. Business range, layout, shopping behaviour and habits, types of consumers and marketing research ale also described. The second part is practical. The space management of the selected retail unit is analyzed and evaluated on the basis of a questionnaire. Recommendations for optimal space management, which is based on acquired customer requirements, are also provided. The thesis compares the current state of space management with final state designed on the basis of marketing research results.
