The Analysis of Pupil Structure and special educational needs preparatory classes in Ceske Budejovice and its surroundings.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the Analysis of Pupil Structure and Special Educational Needs of Preparatory Classes in České Budějovice and its Surroundings. Bachelor thesis defines current legislative documents and basic terms closely related to the topic - school maturity, school readiness, postponement of the beginning of compulsory school attendance, special educational needs and educational content of preparatory classes. The contribution of the work is the gathering of information on preparatory classes, the way of fulfilling the educational competences of pupils for the preparation for primary schools and the current analysis of the structure of pupils of preparatory classes in the České Budějovice region.
Influence school legislation from 2016 to process Primary School Práčská

This bachelor work deals with problematics of Czech modern education. It describes a new scholastic legislation and its influence on the operation of a primary school, established along §16 par. 9 Education Act. This work acquaints with history and development of special education. It work highlights an important role of school advisory institutions, which have a fundamental importance for assessment of support measures and placing pupils to educational institutions. The bachelor work describes the most common diagnoses of pupils with special educational needs and the most important points of the current scholastic legislation. The practical part of the bachelor work introduces the primary school Práčská, on which the research was made. I used a method of document analysis, for which was used a technique of long-term report, and a method of qualitative research with a technique of semi-structured interview. The final part of this work is dedicated to evaluation of the new scholastic legislation's influence and its impact on the primary school Práčská.
Inclusion of pupils with autistic pectrum disorders in a common kindergartens in the context of new legislation

The diploma thesis deals with the education of children with disorders of autistic spectrum in Kindergartens. The theoretical part describes autism from the historical point of view and also the classification of disorders of the autistic spektrum and diagnostics. Educating of children with special educational needs, preschool education, appropriate support for children with disorders of autistic spectrum in preschool age, games with children with disorders of autistic spectrum, examples of used interventions in preschool age, services for children and their parents are also described in the theoretical part. The analytical part deals with forms of support of children with autistic disorders in normal Kindergarten and which methods are used in their education. The aim of this part was to find out in what form did the pedagogues got the knowledge about methods of supporting education of children with autism disorders. We did an interviews with three pedagogues to complete the survey. From our survey we found out that the padagogues mostly use the structured learning method. Role individual education plans in education process in elementary school pupils with defect learning

The bachelor work is aimed at the essence of individually educational plans in pupils with specific defects in learning. The first chapter of the theoretical part is aimed at the specification and the division of specific defects in learning. In the second chapter I occupy with the possibilities of the support and education of the pupils suffering specific defects in learning as well as the creation and contents of individually educational plans. The last chapter of the theoretical part is aimed at the legislative framework of the education of pupils with above-mentioned defects. In the practical part of my bachelor work I take heed of a pupil in a primary school who suffers from this specific defect. This part contains casuistic of a pupil, his family and personal anamnesis and individually educational plan. The pupil's activities in the range of ten months are described here. At the end I assess his progress in the above-mentioned areas. The objective of my bachelor work is to find out to what extend can individually educational plans enforce within the educational process and how can a pupil develop within the selected areas under the regular activities according to the individually educational plan.
Possibilities and diversification of inclusion at primary school: Case study ZŠ Horní Stakory

Thesis focused on finding the conditions of successful inclusive education to the specific primary school. In the theoretical part defines the concepts related to an inclusive education, compares the various authors, the principles of inclusive, sees the inclusive education in the world and in the Czech Republic. Further mentions that the school climate is one of the most important conditions for successful inclusion. Compares the for and against inkluzivního training, its contribution to the school, and all participants in the educational process. Part of the research is focused on the readiness of the particular primary school to inclusive education.
The Integration of Students with Disabilities in the Perspective of Teachers of Basic Schools´ First Level

This thesis deals with the integration of disabled pupils to 1 Primary schools in the region of South Bohemia, from the perspective of teachers who work with these students in regular class work. The work deals with the specific characteristics of each type of health handicaps and their manifestations in the integration process. The aim is to find out how the teachers on the integration process, which are the direct participants, look, what problems they face what they see pros and cons of this process, and attempts to propose steps that teachers at the 1st primary schools in the process helped. The sample consists of teachers first primary schools who currently have specific experience with the integration of disabled pupils in mainstream classes, teachers who have had this experience in the past and have some of the overhead view, and teachers who have integrated with the student in his practice has never met.
