HUMAN RELATIONS IN THE WORKPLACE

The subject of my bachelor thesis is: Human relations on a workplace. The objective of my bachelor thesis consists in the survey and analysis of human relations on a workplace from the viewpoint of: sex of the employees, age of the employees and the company size. The objective consists also in the search and definiting the factors that contribute to the satisfaction of the employees in the human relations. The survey is affected by the help of qualitative access. I used the method of semi-structured interview. Eleven employees took part in this research. I chose the respondents so that the employees represented from the viewpoint: different age, sex and company location. The interviews were recorded on the dictaphone. After that I accompliced the interviews transcription. The analysis of the data followed. On the basis of this analysis I took this views: The importan factors that influence the human relations on o workplace are: conditions of organization, solving of space and function on the workplace, presence of the close person on a workplace, composition of the collective from the viewpoint of the sex, change of employee position, leading style, conflicts, manifestation of appreciation, partnership and matrimonial relations on a workplace. The most importan factors that influence the human relations on o workplace are: way of solving the problebms, communication, personality, charakter, liking, superior personality and conflict persons. The recommendation: The company should devote higher attention to leader choice for their employees. The general satisfaction with humen relations introduced four respondents.
Employee Satisfaction and Motivation system of the Company and Suggestions for their Improvement

The thesis deals with employee satisfaction and motivation system of the selected company. In five logical parts, the thesis gradually focuses on the introduction to the issue, literature research, where it discusses employee motivation, communication, workplace and team and employee benefits. The main part of the thesis describes the design and realizationof the questionnaire survey, the evaluation of the results and the assessment of the company's motivation system. Based on these findings, a proposal for possible improvements in specific areas is implemented.
Role of director of a kindergarten in shaping school culture

Thesis deals with the role of the director of a kindergarten within shaping of the school culture and with the potential of school culture in terms of contemporary education. Thesis focuses on the factors which the director influences the most and which leads to increased level of quality of teachers' work. In the theoretical part the emphasis is on understanding the concepts in the school culture, school climate, management and leadership and also on relationships in kindergarten, which create and develop a quality society. Further, the thesis concerns the research investigation, which detects the orientation of the issue of school culture and current use of knowledge in connection to the management of kindergarten. Interpersonal relationships and attitudes of a basketball women team

Title: Interpersonal relationships and attitudes of a basketball women team Objectives: The main aim of this work is to explore interpersonal relationships in women basketball team and after that giving a feedback to the head coach of this team. The next goal is to briefly outline suggestions for players for improvement in the area of communication, relations and training process. Methods: I used a variety of methods in my thesis, the most relevant of which are the questionnaire methods or for example the sociogram method and interview. Results: The results of my work revealed both positive and negative aspects. The thesis shows that many things can be improved in this team, for example relationships and qualities of each player. On the other hand, many of the relationship connections are mutual and many of the players are aware of her roles in this team. Interpersonal relationships of adolescents placed in the Diagnostic Institute for Youth

The bachelor thesis is focused on interpersonal relationships of adolescents, who were placed in the Diagnostic Institute for Youth. The thesis using qualitative research methods to maps interpersonal relationships of late adolescents. The aim is to identify what types of relationships are subjectively assessed as important and on the other side as insignificant. Interpersonal relationships are considered in the context of selfconcept, identy and emotional and behavioral disorders. The results discuss the various types of relationships - peer relationships, family relationships, romantic relationships and relationships within the school environment. Research has shown that peer and family relationship are assessed as the most important. "I and Thou" in the works of Buber and Fromm

Work will deal with the comparison of two great philosophers of the 20th century. Both connects the fact that they were born in a Jewish environment and fundamental philosophical discipline considered ethics. Therefore, both authors agree in their works devoted to the nature of the relationship, "I - Thou", as one of the most pressing philosophical themes. How is their view of this relationship different? What must we do to meet "Thou"? Can a human have a "I and Thou" relationship with god? How can we recognize, that we are in "I and Thou" relationship? These and other questions will be the main subject of my research.
Interpersonal relationships in school communities

The aim of this work is to gather relevant information about interpersonal relationships in the teaching staff of selected secondary schools and to show how they are perceived, understood, experienced and reflected by their participants. The result of this work is to propose principles and recommendations leading to the optimization of relationships between teachers. This work, in the terms of qualitative research, used the design of case study. Research techniques are semistructured interview and participant observation. Through them, information was gathered on relationships between teachers, teachers and school management and teachers and other people, with whom they come into contact within the scope of their profession. These relationships were then qualitatively analyzed based on open coding, categorization, typology, contrasting, generalization and validation of communication. The result of the investigation was that six schools out of four have the interpersonal relationships on a good level, educators are happy at work and their good mood and feelings are transmitted to the whole school climate. School as a Successful Company

This work is dedicated to the psychology of work and organization in the elementary school environment and is focused on the relationships of the management of a school with its teachers. The motivation of teachers, the interpersonal relationships, trust and level of awareness become the central themes. At first, the theoretical part zooms in both, people and school management, and then continues to discuss the above mentioned themes. It deals with the theory of motivation and an analysis of concrete motives of teachers, their working group, mutual relationships at workplace and trust, as well as with behavior supporting the creation of trust, communication and consultancy as tools for reinforcing the level of subordinates' awareness. The objective of the emphirical part is to identify possible relationships between personality characteristics of a manager and the perception the teachers have about the working environment and the processes at their school.
The influence style of the manager's leadership on the work environment at the Agency for Human Resources of the Army of the Czech Republic

The main subject of the diploma thesis is analysis and an analysis of management styles and an impact on a working environment, interpersonal relationships and a work activities performance of employees at the Human Resources Agency of the Army of the Czech Republic. The first part of the diploma thesis is focused on theoretical aspects of the issue. It defines the basic concepts of management theory, concepts related to employee leadership and provides an overview of approaches to employees based on leadership styles. At the same time, within the psychology of work, the area of employee motivation, their evaluation and remuneration is presented. Theoretical part of the diploma thesis is at the same time defines the concept of work environment, during which interpersonal relationships at the workplace are further defined. The second part diploma thesis describes the Human Resources Agency, its organizational structure, including the definition of the scope of individual departments and sections and on the basis of a sociological survey using a questionnaire and conducting a guided interview, the influence of the applied leadership style of individual department heads as a manager on the work environment and interpersonal relationships is analyzed.
