The main goal is to enhance the work efficiency and security of the information system. The master´s thesis is focused on the analysis of the current situation of the manufacturing company PLAST-EX spol. s.r.o. operating in the field of shading technology, and on the proposals for improving the marketing communication strategy of the mentioned company. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical background in the field of marketing communication strategy, which should serve for a better understanding of the issue. The second part of the thesis characterizes the analyzed company, analyzes its current state including communication mix, macro environment, competitors, and in addition includes an own marketing research. The final part of the thesis presents proposals based on analyses and research results, which should improve the current marketing communication strategy of the company.
Feasibility study of Business activities

The main topic of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of a feasibility study for a new board game, so that the thesis presents the basis for supporting entrepreneurs, or rejecting this plan. The work focused on three parts. The production part, which proposes ideal methods of production, according to product requirements and costs. In the second part, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the external environment using market analysis, target group, PESTLE or Porter's five forces model. The final part evaluates the economic feasibility of the project. Product marketing mix, break-even point analysis, ROI analysis and SWOT analysis are covered here. These analyzes work with information from the analysis of the internal and external environment. Finally, the balance sheet and profit and loss statement are prepared.

The second part is practical, which includes the calculation and evaluation of individual indicators. The last part is a proposal, where there are possibilities for improving the financial situation of the company. These proposals were consulted with the management of the company.

The bachelor thesis evaluates the financial situation of the company Dřevodílo Rousínov between the years 2018-2022 and presents proposals for the improvement. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the theoretical part, individual indicators of financial analysis are defined, which are subsequently used in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part includes the current state of the company and calculations of individual indicators are performed. The last part contains an overall evaluation of the resulting calculations and suggestions for the improving the company’s financial situation.

This diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the business and financial performance of the company SWIETELSKY stavební s.r.o. using the benchmarking method. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part contains the theoretical background necessary for addressing the given issue. The following chapter characterizes the examined company and also describes the strategic analysis of the enterprise. In the third part of this thesis, the actual benchmarking of the company with appropriately chosen competitive enterprises is conducted. The final part includes a detailed description of proposals for improving the business and financial performance of the company.

This master’s thesis aims to compile a business plan for establishing a small company, specifically a distillery specializing in the production of traditional fruit spirits in the area of the city of Břeclav. The theoretical part of this thesis defines basic concepts in business, analyzes the external and internal environment, and develops a business plan for the newly emerging company. The analytical section includes SLEPTE analysis, Porter‘s Five Forces model, market analysis, and subsequent SWOT analysis, including a SWOT matrix. The practical part comprises the structure of the business plan, encompassing production planning, marketing planning, risk analysis, financial planning, and a schedule.

The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of key concepts and analyses necessary for the development of the second part of the thesis. The latter describes and evaluates the current state of the external, internal and industry environment of the company under study. Subsequently, the SWOT analysis is the key basis for the definition of the proposal for the expansion of business activities, presented in the final part of the thesis.

This thesis develops a feasibility study for the introduction of a new product. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of the project. With the help of market research and analysis of the external environment, the current market situation was mapped and a SWOT analysis was performed. In the technical part, the design of the production process was developed and the production time was determined. The economic part quantified the cost and price of the finished product. In the techno-economic evaluation, the return on equity was determined, the break even point was determined and the risks of implementation were found and arrangements to minimize them were proposed.
