This diploma thesis solve problematic of personnel costs in a construction industry. In theoretical part is described construction industry as a field, defined bussiness costs and personnel costs. Practical part is analyzing personnel costs in a construction industry by questionnaire survey and controlled interviews with representatives of enterprises. The research findings are summarised in conclusion and recommendations for construction companies in the area of personnel costs are proposed.

The thesis deals with the human resources in chosen hospital facility. The aim of the thesis is to give proposals to optimize recruitment process and the subsequent adaptation of new employees in the organization and to make them more efficient. The research will be carried out through a questionnaire survey with in-house staff and a structured interview with superiors and management. Based on the results found, changes will be proposed to improve the aforementioned business processes.

The first section is dedicated to clarifying specific marketing terms such as Marketing Mix, Online Marketing Analysis SWOT, STEP Analysis, Porter’s Five Forces Model etc. The second part of the Diploma Thesis deals with more specific practical issues directly applying the theoretical analysis outlined in the first section. Furthermore the hotel quests have been asked to complete questionnaire in order to ascertain their view on future hotel development in order to utilise and enhance customer service in wellness and fitness.

This bachelor thesis analyzes the labor market in construction. The theoretical part deals with the construction company, the labor market and work in construction. It describes the remuneration and specifics of the construction company, characterizes the labor market, state employment policy and the causes and effects of the situation on the labor market in construction and also deals with foreign workers. The practical part acquires a real overview of the situation in practice through a questionnaire survey, which is refined by interviews with specific companies. In general, the practical part deals with how construction companies evaluate the situation on the labor market and how this situation affects them.

The second part analyzes the general and competitive environment of the company, marketing mix is processed, the questionnaire survey focused on customer satisfaction is analyzed, and SWOT analysis from the individual outputs of previous research is elaborated. In the third part, suggestions and recommendations are created to increase the level of customer satisfaction with the selected association.

This master thesis deals with increasing performance using benchmarking in selected engineering company in the Zlín region. The theoretical part introduces the concept of benchmarking in the context of improving business performance. The main part however is in-depth case study on business performance. Based on both secondary and primary data sources are the selected engineering companies in the Zlín region evaluated by the benchmarking. Building on outcomes of this evaluation are presented possible recommendations for the selected company in order to enhance or even eliminate identified weaknesses.
Concept for Organizational Culture Change in a Company

The main aim of my thesis is to evaluate the organizational culture of Top Advert, s.r.o. My work is divided into two parts. The first deals with the theoretical background to the issue and its description. The practical part is then focused on identifying the content of organizational culture through a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview. Based on the findings, measures are also proposed to improve the current situation.
