Description of inner audits and advers events report is also included. Anonymous questionare inquiry pertaining to inner audits is a core of empirical part of the text. 40 auditors and empoyees working in the hospital more than 5 years were involved in the investigation. Oppinions of auditors were compared to statements of empoyees. Final version of the questionnaire was refined after analysis of preliminary questionnaire results. Questions pertain to accreditation, edducation of auditors, topics and timing of audits, survelliance of advers events and negative results notification. Information obtained can assist to improve inner audit system and quality of healthcare in the hospital.
Comprehensive evaluation of privat pre-school institution with accreditation Ministry of education, youth and sports

This work deals with a comprehensive evaluation of private nursery schools included in the Register of School Legal Entities. The main research problem is the definition of pre- school facilities accredited by the Ministry of Education based on its comprehensive evaluation. The aim is to completely analyze selected preschool institution accredited by the Ministry and subsequently define the field of education with regard to the research assumptions based on laws, regulations, school government documents and documents selected institutions. The object of this work will be private nursery school accredited by the Ministry and will be subject to evaluation of the operation, ie the evaluation of the organization, control, staffing, content and form of education, educational environment and employee satisfaction school. We will analyze the work and the resources and procedures that must be achieved in order for the organization received accreditation. Subsequently, on the basis of a questionnaire we discover how employees organization meets the system operation or you against him in certain areas defined. The thesis "The Evaluation of University Education Quality: The Comparison of the Czech Republic and Kazakhstan" disputes about quality evaluation system in university education area in the Czech Republic and Kazakhstan. During the elaboration of this thesis several analyses were made: the qualitative analysis of the documents from the area of education quality assurance; analysis of the internal and external evaluation of university education quality and the analysis of actors. In conclusion are presented the recommendations for governmental level of decision making process and the university network.

Authorisation and notification of conformity assessment bodies to the European Commission, European element in national administrative procedure Abstract The main topic of a submitted rigorous thesis is a sphere of state testing, authorisation and notification of conformity assessment bodies to the European Commission and other member states. Thesis is divided into eight main chapters, which are composed of subchapters. The first part contains a brief definition of the State Testing as a part of an administrative law, but also emphasizes the impact of European Law. A brief explanation of administrative law history and harmonization takes place in a second chapter of a thesis. Although all processes within State Testing are carried out within European administrative area, this topic has a dedicated subchapter, part of which is a description of a main principles and sources of a European administrative law. Third chapter, as one of the main chapters, focuses on a New Legislative Framework. Separated subchapters deal with legislative acts of a European Parliament and Council, which create a basic framework for this matter from perspective of European Law. This diploma thesis deals with the topic of accreditation of a diagnostic laboratory. It analyses theoretical knowledge in the field of accreditation, accreditation agency and its history. It contains a list and sample of documents required for accreditation and a description of the process. Part of the work is also a description of the requirements arising from the standard ČSN EN ISO / IEC 17025. The work briefly introduces the company whose laboratory is to be accredited. The following are the technologies the company uses and wants to accredit. The main part of this diploma thesis is the Quality manual, which was created with all needed attachments. This Quality manual is the most significant document, which is necessary for the process of accreditation.

The diploma thesis deals with the issues quality of health care in the hospitals of Vysočina Region. The quality of health care is being studied in hospitals in Jihlava, Havlíčkův Brod, Třebíč, Pelhřimov and Nové Město na Moravě. The aim of the diploma thesis, on the basis of the results, is to propose recommendations for hospitals in the Vysočina Region and on which areas of health care quality management should focus the hospitals. The benefit of the thesis is evaluation of the process for obtaining accreditations, monitoring of adverse events and proposals for quality management of health care.All hospitals have a health care quality management system. The basis for making recommendations is qualitative research, especially a deep interview. Conclusion of diploma thesis is fact, that the quality of health care is important for hospitals in the region.
Design of a suitable length standard for nanp-CT measuring device

The diploma thesis deals with the design of three length standards, which will serve to ensure metrological traceability between Rigaku nano3DX, SIOS NMM-1, Zeiss UPMC Carat 850 and other devices located at ÚVSSR BUT and CEITEC Brno. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical acquaintance with concepts closely related to the issue of ensuring metrological traceability. In addition, this section deals with computed tomography and the description of individual devices. The second part of the thesis is devoted to design, production process and testing of individual standards. The last part describes the ensuring the calibration of the smallest standard, the so-called Nano standard and the calculation of the uncertainty of measuring its calibrated length. At the end of the thesis, the outputs of these activities are evaluated.
Organization of nutrition care in homes for the elderly

This thesis deals with the organization of nutrition care in homes for the elderly. The thesis itself is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on social services, age and changes connected with it, nutrition of the elderly, evaluation of nutritional status and accreditation of nutritional care. In the last part of the theoretical part I deal with the international project NutritionDay worldwide. NDay's vision is to minimize malnutrition in institutional care patients through the systematic collection and analysis of nutritional status data in healthcare facilities around the world. The aim of the practical part of this thesis is to describe the organization of nutritional care in individual facilities and find out the nutritional status of clients in individual facilities by participating in the project nutritionDay worldwide 2018 (nDay) and comparing it with other facilities in the world. A partial objective was to find out the awareness of employees in the nursing section about the organization of nutritional care in their institution and also to obtain more detailed information about nutritional care in individual institutions. vii Legal Status of Higher Education Institutions Abstract The aim of this thesis is to analyse the legal status of various types of Higher education institutions within public law in a historical and contemporary perspective, to deal with their typology theoretically. Moreover, the thesis pays attention to academic self-government and the academic sphere overal and finally, it inquires into the assurance of quality of higher education in the Czech Republic in the form of the institution of accreditation. The text is divided into eight parts, including the introduction and the conclusion. The introduction analyses status of Higher education institutions in a historical perspective, particularly concerning Charles University in Prague, and through the development in the 20th century, the line of the thesis moves toward the contemporary legislation, included in the Act No. 111/1998 Sb., as amended, and in the related documents of both legal and political nature. Design of a suitable length standard for nanometology at the CMI Brno and CEITEC Brno

The thesis deals with the design of a suitable length standard for nanometrology. This length standard will be used for metrological traceability of the Rigaku nano3DX located at CEITEC Brno and the SIOS NMM-1 device which is located at ČMI Brno. The first part is focused on the description of these measuring instruments, the analysis of their metrological traceability requirements and the requirements for the material length standard. The second part is devoted to the concrete possibilities of the etalon design, 3D printing of the prototype of the standard and verification of its dimensional compatibility. At the end of the thesis, the evaluation and selection of the appropriate standard design is made.
