Influence of acceleration abilities on performance in agility tests (speed of change of direction of movement)
Hrubý, Jakub ; Hojka, Vladimír (advisor) ; Kokštejn, Jakub (referee)
Name: Influence of acceleration abilities on performance in agility tests (speed of change of direction of movement) Objectives: The main goal of this work is to determine the level of agility performance with acceleration and maximum speed for football players of different age categories. Methods: To solve the problem, I used a correlation analysis. The first measurement was acceleration and peak speed measurement using photocells. The second measurement was focused on performance in change of direction speed. The resulting data from photocell measurements was processed using IBM SPSS statistics 22 and Microsoft Excel. Results: I have found that the greatest impact of the selected COD's tests has an illinois test at r = 0.596 with an almost 100% connection on the acceleration, maximum speed for 16- 17 year old footballers. In addition, it was found that the 505 test had the best connection with the AR_5 test, r = 0.418 with almost 100% acceleration related. The third best result was the arrowhead test, which got r = 0.301, a small correlation value with 90% of the acceleration and maximum speed. The worst result was found in the hexagon test, which had negative r values, ie, an absolutely insignificant correlation. Keywords: football, fitness, speed, COD's, agility, performance structure

The aim of this diploma thesis was to measure the physical fitness of pupils from selected elementary school in Hradec Králové. From the obtained results iw was determined whether age has an effect on pupils'performance. Futhermore, the results were compared and on the basis of statistical analysis of the data a comparison of performances of 6th and 9th grade pupils and also comparison of boys and girls. The theoretical part focuses on the topics of a healthy lifestyle, physical activity, physical fitness, physical abilities, physiological and psychological specifics in older school children. The empiric part deals with statistical data processing and their evaluation based on the results in selected physical tests from the test battery called EUROFITTEST. Based on the results and their comparison, I came to the conclusion that in six of the total eight exercises, older pupils achieve statistically significant differences compared to younger pupils. When comparing the average results of 6th and 9th grade pupils, I found that in seven out of eight tests, 9th grade pupils achieve better results than 6th grade pupils. In the end, I found that the boys performed better on average in five tests out of eight. Girls achieve better results on average in one test out of eight. There are no differences in...

Kunzmann, Egon ; Malý, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee) ; Zháněl, Jiří (referee)
Identification, objectification, and determination of performance criteria for elite soccer players. Aim: Identification of key point indicators (KPI) of young soccer players with a focus on objectifying and determining the possibility of achieving the highest level of performance. Methods: The study included 157 soccer players, who were then divided into five age groups (U21, U19, U18, U17 and U16) and three performance groups (Elite - 1st league players, Sub-elite - 2nd league players, Amateur - 3rd league and lower performance levels players). Within laboratory diagnostics, the following areas were evaluated: body composition (bioimpedance method), postural stability (using pressure plates), explosive power of the lower limbs (three types of vertical jumps), strength and power of knee extensors and flexors (using isokinetic dynamometry) and the value of the maximum aerobic capacity VO2max (using the pulmonary ventilation exercise test). Within the field diagnostics, the areas of acceleration time (sprint at 5 and 10 m), maximum speed (sprint at 20 m flight), time in the test of change of direction (Agility 505 test and K-test) and values of endurance ability (Yo- Yo intermittent recovery test level 1 and 2). The diagnosed data were then processed in the statistical program RStudio® (USA) using...
Perception of vehicle speed by driver
Formanová, Barbora ; Bradáč, Albert (referee) ; Bilík, Martin (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of perception of vehicle speed by the driver, without the possibility of checking the vehicle's tachometer. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of vehicles, including the design of passenger cars. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the field of human perception, which is also focused on perception from the perspective of the driver, gender, and driving experience. The practical part deals with the design, preparation and implementation of experimental measurements. Subsequently, the evaluation of the measured data is performed in terms of selected factors that could affect the subjective estimate of the driver's speed. The conclusion of this work is also devoted to proposals for possible modifications of the measurement methodology for further use.

TITLE Influence of specialized speed training on the development of speed in a U15 football player. AUTHOR Ondřej Šíma DEPARTMENT Department of physical education SUPERVISOR PaedDr. Ladislav Pokorný ABSTRACT This thesis focuses on the analysis of speed skills and their improvement in U15 soccer players, using a monthly specialized speed program. The first part of the thesis contains a detailed review of the necessary theoretical background. From the basics of general and soccer training to information specifically focused on the development of speed abilities in players in this age category. In the second part, independent research is conducted. The research involves speed testing and subsequent analysis of players' speed ability. Subsequently, the improvement of the players after undergoing a month-long specialized speed training is analyzed and compared to players who did not participate in this program and underwent a regular preparation period. The main outcome of this work should be to find out if the monthly specialized speed training has a greater impact on speed development than the regular preparation period. KEY WORDS speed, player, football, training, preparation period

Tittle: Diagnosis of reaction level of fighters in Thai boxing Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to diagnose the level of reaction ability of fighters in Thai boxing, who have been engaged in this combat sport for several years on a professional level. Partial aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the connection of the diagnosed reaction time with the success of the fighters in the last three years. Methods: In the quantitative research where the Vienna test system- determination test (short form with adaptive input of stimuli) was used for obtaining results. In our case, we investigate selective reaction ability. We compare results of reaction ability with fighting success. The correlation between the reaction time and the success factor is calculated using the correlation coefficient. Results: Based on measurements, made by using the Vienna test system, we found out, that professional Thai boxing fighters, were diagnosed as having a response rate in the main variable as a better average compared to the standard area average of the standard scale. Minor variables came out as a weaker average to below average. We also found, that the most mistakes wrestlers make on acoustic stimuli. Lastly, we disproved the hypothesis that the wrestlers with a better wrestling balance will...
