1 Companies in private international law Abstract This thesis focuses on the topic of companies in private international law and aims to summarize this topic using the methods of description, analysis, synthesis and comparison. The main focus of the thesis is primarily on the Czech and European legislation on companies in private international law, but there is also a partial review of the topic from the standpoint of legislation of the Russian Federation and Kingdom of the Netherlands' legislation. The thesis is divided into six parts - an introduction, four chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter provides a theoretical insight into the topic by defining the fundamental terms in the title of this thesis, i.e. company and private international law. In the context of Czech private law, a company is a multi-meaning term. Therefore, the thesis makes it clear that for the purposes of this thesis, a company will be understood as a commercial company. This master thesis deals with the processes of the order process in the selected company Alcadrain s.r.o., which operates on the market as a manufacturer of sanitary equipment. The master thesis is divided into three parts, where the first part defines the partial theoretical background within the chosen topic, the second part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the selected company and last but not least the suggestions for improvement in the problematic segments are completely described.

Financial Analysis of a Selected Manufacturing Company

This bachelor's thesis deals with the financial analysis of the selected manufacturing company Indorma Ventures Mobility Moravia a.s. in the monitored period 2018 to 2022. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter contains theoretical principles that are used for financial analysis in the second part, which deals with the application of these principles. Based on the results of the financial analysis, the third chapter deals with proposals for improving the financial situation of the analyzed company.

Motivation and Remuneration in the Selected Company

The thesis focuses on the remuneration system and employee motivation in the selected company. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical background from which the analytical part is based. The second part first describes the selected company, which is the focus of the thesis, and then research is conducted on the company's payroll issues. At the same time, a questionnaire survey is conducted in this part. Then the processing and evaluation of the data obtained from the research is done. In the third part, suggestions for change in the company are developed based on the information found in the analytical part.

Suggestions for improving the marketing strategy of the selected company

The diploma thesis is focused on the marketing strategy of the researched company and on proposals for changes that will lead to its improvement. The work consists of three main parts – theoretical, analytical and design parts. With the help of professional literature, the theoretical part focuses on the field of marketing and marketing strategy and thus helps to understand this issue. The following is the analytical part, which already deals with the analysis of the current state of the marketing strategy of a specific company. The final part of the diploma thesis is the design part, in which measures based on the information found in the analytical part are proposed and which in practice will lead to the improvement of the current marketing strategy of the investigated company.

Evaluation of Business Performance Through Financial Analysis Tools

This bachelor thesis focuses on the performance of ČEKMONT elektro s.r.o. in the period from 2018 to 2022. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background of the topic, the basic principles of financial analysis, methods, indicators and calculations used are described. The following part presents the results of the financial analysis based on the previous theoretical part. The final part of the thesis focuses on the interpretation of these results and recommendations for improving the financial situation of the company.

Society's attitude towards children and adolescents with behavioral disorders

The bachelor's thesis deals with society's attitude towards children and adolescents with behavioral disorders. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the characteristics of behavioral disorders, their classification, and the manifestations of behavioral disorders in children and adolescents at the present time are presented. Attention was also paid to risky behavior, antisocial behavior, factors influencing behavioral disorders, etiology and prevention of behavioral disorders, and the system of care for children and adolescents with behavioral disorders is also mentioned here. The last chapter already deals with the company's attitude. The practical part was carried out using a quantitative survey, using the questionnaire method. A total of 160 respondents took part in the survey. Three objectives were chosen for the bachelor thesis. The first goal was to find out how today's society perceives children and adolescents with behavioral disorders, or the clientele of institutions of institutional education. The second goal was to find out how these individuals are treated, i.e. if they are perceived as problematic or dangerous, or if society perceives them in a different light. The third goal was to find out if they also see the causes of their problems and can perceive them positively. Based on the results, it was found that society perceives children and adolescents with behavioral disorders most often as someone who often and in large quantities consumes alcohol and smokes cigarettes. The majority of respondents perceive individuals with behavioral disorders as fixable, and more than half perceive them as someone who is to blame for their disorder. The thought of individuals with behavioral disorders in society evokes mixed feelings in most. More than half of the respondents perceive these individuals as problematic, but not dangerous. The research also showed that society believes that the greatest influence on the emergence of disordered behavior is an unsatisfactory family environment and relationships with peers. Society has largely agreed that the most important factor in preventing the development of behavioral disorders is a suitable family environment. The vast majority of those interviewed also believe that children and young people with behavioral disorders in our country do not receive enough care and are not taken care of.
