The changes of elementary school climate caused by the remote schooling

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of changing the climate of class collectives caused by remote schooling. The research investigation deals with the connections between the functioning of class teams today and the social ties between students that have been disrupted by remote schooling. It deals with climatic types of the school environment, their positives and negatives. It clarifies the roles of individual school positions and explains competencies and the possibilities of influence of these posts on influencing the class climate. In the last part of the theoretical part, he outlines the possibilities of diagnostic investigations in the school environment and the selection for the research investigation of this work. The research was carried out using a quantitative questionnaire survey in the form of an electronic questionnaire with closed questions. The respondents were pupils of the 8th year of elementary school. The survey results were interpreted using pie charts and commented. Answers that deviated from the average of other respondents were compared with other answers of specific respondents, entered in a graph and subsequently commented on. Psychology of adult learning - The role of emotions in adult learning

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the psychology of learning. It focuses on determining the influence of the type and intensity of emotions on learning and on coping with test loads. It focuses on connections between motivation to learn and retention in studies among adult students. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, individual phenomena related to learning, testing and experiencing emotions by university students in the combined form of study are described. This section also describes the non-traditional student with the specifics that distinguish him from the traditional student. The barriers and pitfalls that the individual must face on during learning and the obstacles that he overcomes are also defined here. In the introduction of this section, research questions are asked and hypotheses that the work deals with are established. Mixed research and its implementation are described in the empirical part. Qualitative research was conducted on the basis of in-depth unstructured interviews. Marketing communication of secondary school

The thesis entitled Marketing Communication of Secondary School focuses on the influence of marketing communication of secondary vocational school on the decision of pupils to apply for studies at this school. The theoretical part is devoted to secondary education, its anchoring in the educational system of the Czech Republic and the factors that influence pupils when choosing a secondary school. It also describes the basic concepts of marketing, the specifics of marketing in education, the marketing mix of the school, the environment surrounding the school, and describes its SWOT analysis. It discusses the school's marketing communication and its tools. The empirical part is divided into two phases. The first phase is based on a pre- survey in the form of interviews with pupils to specify and clarify the questions for the questionnaire and a follow-up survey. In the second phase, based on quantitative research methodology, a questionnaire survey is conducted among current vocational high school pupils to find out their reasons for applying to vocational high school. Headteacher Competences within an Educational Institution

Most kindergartens in the Czech Republic are managed by a headmaster/ headmistress and their deputies (depending on the size of the kindergarten). There are also some kindergartens which fall within the management of a primary, or even a secondary school in the particular municipality, and the function of a headmaster/ headmistress is performed by the primary/ secondary school principal. If that is the case, the kindergarten headteacher position is introduced, who is not a deputy but is in charge of the kindergarten and responsible to the principal. This thesis examines the competencies of a kindergarten headteacher as an educational institution leader. The aim of the thesis is to research kindergarten headteachers' job competencies and job description in South-Bohemia Region (Jihočeský kraj). In the theoretical section, the thesis focuses on a headteacher's position, what professional requirements there are in such a position; what the measure of participation in the organisation management, and the headteacher's approach towards interpersonal relationship in the workplace is. The thesis focuses on the award of the HR Excellence in Research Award certificate as an international standard for quality rules in the management and development of human resources in science and research at selected universities. This is an award given by the European Commission for excellence in the management of human resources in a scientific environment and is the result of the successful implementation of the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers. For researchers, the HR Award guarantees European standards of care for staff, openness and transparency in the selection procedures for positions, and quality of the working or academic environment. The European Commission's aim with the HR award is to introduce the concept of strategic human resources management, the application of modern HR practices in the research environment and the consistent adherence to modern principles of human resources development in research.
