The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of personnel marketing within a selected organization and aiming to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the organization's efforts in this area. The selected company is ALBI Czech Republic a.s., which specializes in offering gifts and accessories for various celebrations. The work explains the basic concepts and principles of HR marketing, including its goals, tools, and methods. Based on the analysis results, which include interviews with employees and store managers, it proposes specific measures. The recommended steps emphasize improving communication with potential job applicants and enhancing transparency in the employee recruitment process. This thesis extends the comprehension of personnel marketing and illustrates how applying personnel marketing strategies provide a competitive advantage to the studied organization.
Development of the Employer Brand in the Selected Company

The diploma thesis focuses on the topic of Employer Branding, where the theoretical part describes the possibilities of building a brand and improving it. The practical part contains a description of the selected company and a description of the current situation in the company. Subsequently, internal and external research of the company's brand as an employer is carried out, focusing on the Brno enterprise. According to the results of the analytical part, issues are identified and possibilities for their improvement are suggested.
Employer Branding Strategy

This diploma thesis aims at evaluating the Employer Branding system and formulating a strategic approach, including the design of a strategy leading to the improvement of the current situation in the selected organization. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the specification of concepts related to employer branding, definition of tools and possibilities of measuring Employer Branding and description of social networks. In the practical part, the analysis of the current state of Employer Branding in the selected organization, the analysis of questionnaire surveys, the analysis of the use of profiles on social networks, SWOT analysis, which is evaluated using the method of pairwise comparison with the help of Fuller's triangle. The output of the thesis is three proposed strategies, of which the most appropriate one is elaborated and recommended in detail based on the results.
Use of social networks for recruiting new employees in the bank

The bachelor's thesis on the topic Use of social networks for recruiting new employees in the bank is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on human resources management, employer branding and issues in the field of personnel activities. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, ČSOB bank is introduced and defined, which social networks the bank uses and for what purpose. As part of the interviews with ČSOB representatives, information related to the use of social networks in the recruitment of employees at the bank was found. This was followed by an analysis of the success of the bank's social networks and to what extent the recruitment of new employees is related to the use of social networks. At the same time, a SWOT analysis was carried out, which was prepared on the basis of a study of internal documents and an analysis of the use of social networks for the recruitment of new ČSOB employees. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, there are suggestions for recommendations for individual changes, solutions and innovative procedures based on the information obtained.
Social Media as a Tool for Employer Branding on University Students

This bachelor thesis is called Social Media as a Tool for Employer Branding on University Students and is mainly related to social media and Employer Branding, as can be seen from the name. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the impact of the use of social networks within Employer Branding among university students and to create an evaluation of individual techniques and methods according to their impact on a group of university students. Other objectives of the bachelor thesis are to analyze the state of social networks, knowledge of the term Employer Branding among university students and to find out the reach of strategies used within Employer Branding by companies through a questionnaire survey. The methodology of this thesis is processed by studying literature with a focus on the latest research and knowledge. In this work, the research sample consists of students of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice and students of the University of Economics in Prague. A quantitative research method, a questionnaire, is used to analyse the impact of employer branding use of social media among university students. The results show that most college students do not know the definition of Employer Branding and use social networks mostly for personal use. Research has shown that the most used social networks among students include Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Respondents most often use social networks for communication with friends, family or as a form of procrastination, only a small majority use social networks to find out information and business.
Employer Branding in selected company

The diploma thesis is focused on Employer Branding in a selected organization. The aim of the work is to propose changes that will lead to the improvement of the current state. These changes are designed based on the analysis of Employer Branding tools of the selected company. The work is divided into three consecutive parts. The first of them is the theoretical part, in which the findings drawn from the literature or Internet sources were processed. The work continues with the practical part, which deals with the characteristics of the selected organization and its Employer Branding activities and tools. The practical part also deals with the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey. The last part of the work are recommendations that were designed based on the shortcomings identified during the processing of the practical part.
Process of Recruitment and its Relation to the Perception of the Organization by Graduate Candidates

The diploma thesis deals with recruitment process in organizations and its perception by graduate candidates. The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify factors in recruitment process that graduate candidates perceive as relevant for making judgments about the organization. Firstly, the thesis introduces a framework of knowledge in the area of recruitment process, its strategy and methods complemented by ethical standards and employer branding conception. Characteristics of the target group of candidates are also introduced with emphasis on Generation Y specification, as graduate candidates are part of this group. Significant part of the work is represented by current findings on the topic of candidates' perception of the recruitment process and factors that are positively or negatively influencing their perception of the organization. Empirical research with mixed research design is also a part of this thesis, and its aim is to investigate the recruitment process in relation to both candidates and HR professionals, to get a holistic view on the topic. Personnel marketing - Personnel marketing focused on university students and graduates

The character of activities of human resource management is in today's world wider and wider, to be a good employer is not enough, it is needed to communicate this message through various channels and grip potential employees, current employees and also the public. On the basis of analyzis of available sources, the thesis summarizes and completes current knowledge in the area of personnel marketing and employer branding, and proves the importance of personnel marketing in the discipline of human resource management. The theoretical part at first concentrates on the general area of personnel marketing, later it covers specific activities of personnel marketing focused on the target group of university students and graduates. The practical part of the thesis describes the approach of a specific organization and activities of that organization focused on the target group of university students and graduates. Later the practical part describes a project of building university relations in which I took a part, the results of this project, and evaluation of the impact of the results. In the end the thesis compares the activities of this organization with prevalent praxis and answers a question if the success of personnel marketing is based rather on quantitative or qualitative approach. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of current trends in the process of recruiting employees in the organization. Recruiting employees is an important process for HR professionals and for the entire organization. Recruitment is classified as a personnel activity. First the diploma thesis characterizes personnel activities, especially the process of recruiting staff and the individual steps of the activity. Then the latest trends in the process of recruiting are presented, as the trend in the development of information technology is reflected in recruitment. The current era of digitization and development of information technology brings new conveniences and tools that can be used not only in the actual recruitment, but also in the next steps of recruitment.
