Bortlíková, Kristina ; Šulová, Lenka (advisor) ; Šírová, Eva (referee)
The present bachelor's thesis deals with the possible risks of joint custody of preschool children. At the beginning there are some notes on family and the factors which can lead to its break-up. Then the three possible after-divorce arrangements which are allowed by the current legal regulation of the Czech Republic are defined and described. The core of the thesis is the chapter on joint custody, which describes its most frequently cited advantages and shortcomings which also presents previous research into this topic. The next chapter describes selected areas of the preschool period of child development, which are linked to the divorce of the parents, and to the pros and cons of joint custody. Emphasis is placed on the risks of this after-divorce arrangement, which should be taken into account by parents, as well as by courts. The final part of the thesis is the proposal for a research project in this field.

Interpretation of the drawing of an enchanted family in the context of social work with foster families
Gazdová, Marie ; Novák, Petr (advisor) ; Drahoňovský, Jan (referee)
The bachelor's thesis will be focused on the drawing of the "enchanted family". In the theoretical part, I deal with concepts related to the family. I also deal with surrogate family care, its forms, the perception of family care, etc. The theoretical text also contains an approach to the topic of children's drawing, especially its developmental stages, family drawings and drawings of the "enchanted family." The practical part is focused on drawing an "enchanted family" with children from foster families and talking to them. With the drawing of the enchanted family, it is essential that the child can express his view of the individual members of the family by bewitching them into an animal. Drawing in my research part is used to get to know the child's personality, especially his relationships between family members and his overall experience while drawing. I also decided on child development and substitute family care. Keywords Family, Foster Care, Child, Child Drawing, Family Drawing, Enchanted Family Drawing

The main objective of the thesis is to find out the primary reasons for parents' choice of sport for their children and to find out their expectations of what movement skills and character traits their children will develop in the club. Quantitative research using a questionnaire survey was chosen as the research method. Three hockey clubs across different league levels were involved in the research. The research sample consisted of two groups, one of which was a group of 140 parents of children aged 3-15 years and the other group consisted of 41 youth coaches. The results showed that the main reason for parents to choose a sport for their child was their child's interest in that sport. Furthermore, when analysed in more detail, the results showed in the context of the age group of the children that for parents of pre-school children, seeing their child's professional sport career was more important as a reason for involvement in a hockey club than for parents of older children. In contrast, parents of older school-age children gave more weight to all-round and harmonious development than parents of...
