This Master’s thesis is concerned in analysis of HR activities, which are doing in company S & K TOOLS spol. s r.o.. There is part of the thesis survey of employee satisfaction, which was done for foundation of employee opinions. There are some proposals how to improve HR activites, which was done on the basis of the analysis of HR activities and survey of employee satisfaction in the Master’s thesis.

Human Resource Management in Relation to Industry 4.0

The purpose of the diploma thesis is the analysis of the human resource management in the company in relation to Industry 4.0 and on the basis of the acquired results suggest the arrangements for improvement the human resource management. For research purposes of the thesis was selected a midsize company Firma XY, operating in the engineering industries. The thesis is divided into two parts. First, literary part, is based on information related to the management of human resources, personal activities and Industry 4.0 and it is described on the basis of Czech and foreign literary sources. The second analytical part focuses on the description of selected personnel activities in the company, Industry 4.0, interview and questionnaire survey of employees. All the information obtained allows to propose measures to improve human resources management in the company.
Education of employees in the multicultural organization

Résumé This thesis focuses on the education of employees in international corporations. Its aim is to introduce this problem in a broader context, especially that of international business. Firstly, in this work an international corporation is understood as an organisation, firm or company in which individuals of many different cultural backgrounds meet and interact. Therefore, the thesis also occupies itself with subcategorie of cultural theories, the characterization of an international corporation as such and, moreover, international personal management with an emphasis on managing expatriates. However, the most attention is paid to certain educational specifics of international corporations. The processes of adaptation and reintegration are described in detail as are the problems of intercultural learning and intercultural training. To conclude, this thesis attempts to summarize theoretical bases and to bring forth new ideas on the basis of study available Czech and foreign literature in the context of the given issue.

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of current trends in the process of recruiting employees in the organization. Recruiting employees is an important process for HR professionals and for the entire organization. Recruitment is classified as a personnel activity. First the diploma thesis characterizes personnel activities, especially the process of recruiting staff and the individual steps of the activity. Then the latest trends in the process of recruiting are presented, as the trend in the development of information technology is reflected in recruitment. The current era of digitization and development of information technology brings new conveniences and tools that can be used not only in the actual recruitment, but also in the next steps of recruitment. Attention is also paid mainly to the methods, partial methods and tools that are used in this area for individual methods. Tender for the academic staff at the university

The bachelor thesis deals with the description of the selection process for an academic at the university. In the theoretical part, the reader will familiarize with the personnel activities in the organization, including the recruitment of job seekers, pre-selection and selection of workers. This part of the thesis describes the methods of employee selection and the stage of the personnel selection process. The work also defines a college (university) and specifies an academic worker - a college worker. The research part of the thesis focuses on a detailed assessment of the selection process for university graduates. The research was carried out on a sample of public universities in the Czech Republic. Interviews were held with the staff responsible for the selection process at universities (Personnel Department staff). Further knowledge on this issue was gained through direct participation in the selection process for academic staff taking place at some universities. Analysis of HR Processes and HR Position in Czech Ice Hockey Extraleague Clubs

5 ABSTRACT There is fourteen ice-hockey clubs in the highest Czech professional ice-hockey league (called "Tipsport Extraliga"), but only two of them have a position of personalist in their organizational structure. This dissertation is aimed on the issue of HR operations administrated in terms of Czech professional sport organizations. On the bases of interviews with employees chosen from two Czech ice-hockey clubs I compare the execution of HR activities on the two clubs there is a special position for HR specialist, in the second one there is a leader or sport manager, who is executing the HR activities. There is also the analysis of HC Sparta Praha HR specialist position in the dissertation. In the special chapter there is the specification of HR processes executed in Czech ice-hockey clubs including processes aplicated in the past. Corporate social responsibility as a variable determining employer's attractiveness

This Master Thesis copes with current phenomenon - Corporate social responsibility and as a base it uses the Stakeholder theory. The Thesis continues with defining the concept of Corporate social responsibility in general and then devotes small part to present activities under Corporate social responsibility which aims mainly at external stakeholders of an organization. Nevertheless the core of this Thesis is an interconnection between Corporate social responsibility and human resources management which is later on examined from several different points of view and an overview of tools that work with this interconnection is given. It also describes employees from the stakeholder perspective, follows with investigating corporate social responsibility aspects within individual personnel activities in an organization and confronts them with real attitudes of Czech university students.
