My bachelor work is concerned with the archeological finds processing from Late Hallstatt to Early La Tne age. The finds have been discovered during rescue archeological research in poly- cultural residential area in Vrábí- Brandýs nad Labem. The aim of my work is to make systematical and synoptic processing of archeological materials, subsequently explicate the finds and place the residential area in the context of time and place. The emphasis is placed to utilize the findigs with maximum efficiency and to make it possible to compare archeological data from other localities.

Protection of Passenger Rights under European Private Law

The topic of this thesis is rights of passengers under European private law. This issue is important for most people, since there is continuous expansion in travelling. Although passengers have quite extensive rights, they are often not aware of what they are entitled to during travelling. Therefore it is necessary to try promoting awareness of passengers about the rights which they have. One of the aims of this thesis is to create a comprehensive overview of rights of passengers in rail, road, water and air transport under European private law and to analyze some of the problematic provisions of the relevant EU regulations. Another aim is to compare regulations of individual modes of transport, in particular with regard to air transport, which seems to be the most widely regulated one, and to find out whether there could be uniform regulation for passenger rights in all modes of transport. In addition to introduction and conclusion, this thesis is divided into five chapters further divided into subchapters, while the first chapter serves rather as the basis for the next chapters and besides the definition of the term "passenger" introduces the sources governing passenger rights along with other non-binding documents created by the European Parliament and the Commision. Archaeology and the public - the relationship of the science and the general

This diploma thesis deals with the relationship of archaeology and the general public in Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is firstly the analysis and consequent evaluation of the current situation in presentation of Czech archaeology and secondly, the proposition of possible solutions of this situation. The thesis contains the theoretical parts besides the practical ones, which present the point of view of both general public and experts, on the ground of realized research of public opinion. Some of the chapters contain also foreign analogies, that have to serve as means to deeper understanding and demonstration of broader comunication possibilities between archaeologist and the public. The legal aspects of bankruptcy as a way of solving insolvency

This dissertation deals with the legal aspects of bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is one of the ways of resolving insolvency, which was incorporated in the Czech legislation in 2008. The first part contains a literature review and also analyses the applicable legis lation and the case law issued. In the second part the work deals with indebtedness of households and companies, the duration of insolvency proceedings, yield of insolvency proceedings. The third part provides a practical "how-to" for debtors. It guides the debtor who filed the insolvency petition through the insolvency proceedings. This pro-ceeding is initiated by filing in an insolvency petition. Such proposal can be filed by the debtor or creditor. In our case the insolvency petition was filed by the creditor. The dissertation furthermore deals with proceedings before the decision on the bankruptcy. This procedure is followed by proceedings after decisions on bankruptcy where the method of resolving insolvency is chosen. Bankruptcy proceedings end by resolution on the cancellation of bankruptcy. This is followed by closing the accounting books by insolvency administrator and a court resolution acquitting the function of the insolvency administrator.

The Comparison of the japanese and the german model of capitalism

The paper deals with the comparison of the japanese and the german model of capitalism and the search for the answer to the question asking if these two models are becomming closer to each other thanks to globalization or not. The research is based on work with historical sources, reports published by international organizations and also articles available on the Internet. The first chapter defines the term of economic policy and globalization and describes historical development of japanese and german economy. The second chapter describes development between the world wars. In the third chapter I focus on the World War II and its influence on the economy of both states. The final chapter follows the development from the 70s of the 20th century to nowadays. At the end of each chapter I summarize the main features of both states in the researched period that enable me to answer the main question of my work.

Education and presentation of archaeological cultural heritage: certified methodology

V úvodních kapitolách metodiky jsou přehledně vysvětlena základní témata, týkající se prezentace a edukace archeologického kulturního dědictví spolu s určením uživatelů, kteří mohou z metodiky čerpat. Metodika se dotýká nejen kulturních a historických aspektů prezentace a edukace, ale také aspektů pedagogických, které se snaží zohledňovat a osvětlovat jejich uplatnění v archeologii. Vlastní metodické postupy, jakými osvědčenými způsoby lze provádět prezentaci a edukaci archeologického kulturního dědictví, jsou pak uvedeny v kapitole 5. Metodika práce s veřejností. Jelikož se metodika zabývá archeologickým kulturním dědictvím a konkrétními postupy, jak ho prezentovat veřejnosti a zlepšovat její vztah k němu, je důležité si nejprve uvést základní myšlenky a fakta, která se archeologického kulturního dědictví a nakládání s ním týkají, a z nichž metodika mimo jiné vychází.

The legal aspects of debt relief

This bachelor work deals with the legal aspects of debt relief. Debt relief is one of the ways of resolving insolvency, which was incorporated in the Czech legislation in 2008. The first part contains a literature review and also analyzes the applicable legislation and the case law issued. In the second part the work deals with indebtedness of households. The third part provides a practical "how-to" for debtors. It guides an applicant for debt relief around the steps of the insolvency proceedings. This proceeding is initiated by filing an insolvency petition, together with a proposal for permission for debt relief. The work then deals with proceedings before the decision on the bankruptcy. This procedure is followed by proceedings after decisions on bankruptcy and leads the debtor to the completion of insolvency proceedings resolution of the court to meet all the statutory conditions. The debtor is subsequently exempted from paying claims.

Trasnational corporations in the world economy and their impact on developing countries

This paper deals with transnational corporations, their origin, consolidation of their position and above all with the impact of their activities on developig countries. The first part is devoted to general description of globalization, its main aspects, especially transnational corporations. The second part introduces developing countries, their historical development, position in the world economy. Also the influence of transnational corporations in these countries is described. The third part describes particular examples of these companies in developing countries- Shell in Nigeria and Union Carbide in Bhopal, India.

Ecologic aspects of product labelling

This thesis analyzes systems of product labeling. The aim is to assess the current state of the product labeling and may propose possible improvements. It brings a description and analysis carried out most of the current product labeling systems used in the Czech Republic. The conclusion provides an analysis of the labeling especially in ecological terms, as well as the shortcomings in the system of labeling, such as lack of propagation, lack of cooperation of providers brand and lack of cooperation of Ministry of the Environment with the providers and lack of standardization and fragmentation.
