This diploma thesis deals with a proposal of marketing strategy for existing organization. The first part contains the theoretical basis for better understanding of the issue, on which the practical part is based. Practical part consists of the analysis of the macroeconomic and microeconomic environment. In the final conclusion are presented the concrete proposals of improvement of the marketing strategy in the company.

Critical Sector Analysis of the Fuel Market

In my bachelor‘s thesis I have analysed the diesel fuel market in the Czech Republic from the point of view of the petrol stations offers as well the consumers demand. It concerns oligopoly market form, where the front positions are taken by foreign brands. I have determined the structure type by the data referring to the market power of particular petrol station networks and also thanks to the price research itself. Consumers behave quite often very illogically in this market due to the lack of available information. These conclusions I have obtained by the market research I did on active drivers. A modern solution is a new web portal establishment based on cooperation with petrol stations, which would provide information about the fuel market to the drivers.

Tato práce se zabývá aplikací rozšířené reality v oblasti navigačních zařízení. Popisuje možnosti zpracování videa za účelem projekce virtuální scény pomocí dat získaných satelitním a inerciálním navigačním sybsystémem. Práce klade důraz na využití moderních hardwarových prostředků pro zpracování videa v mikroprocesorech pomocí grafických akcelerátorů. Součástí je návrh aplikace a realizace prototypu.

The bachelor's thesis describes a proposal for a new internet shop with promotional items of company iMi Partner, a.s. The proposal includes a change order process in the context of linking Internet applications and internal information system. The proposed solution is preceded by analysis of the current situation and analysis of requirements. Part of this work is devoted to general issues of electronic commerce as a theoretical basis the implementation of similar projects.

The thesis describes a proposal of iMi Partner, a.s. marketing strategies for entering new markets with Schwarzwolf outdoor brand. The proposal section contains a summary measure for the achievement of expanding the product into new markets and for strengthening the brand. The proposed section is preceded by a strategic analysis of external and internal environment of the company. Part of this work is devoted to the marketing as its theoretical starting point.

This thesis is about designing a web application, which works as a technical diary of motor vehicles. The application allows you to register regular or company user who can list any number of vehicles. For company's account its user has the option to assign vehicle's administration to a specific person. Listed vehicles have the ability to monitor its consumption and maintenance costs development. Furthermore, the application allows you to manage important vehicle notifications with its early warning system before expiration.

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací distribuované komunikační služby v reálném čase, jejím cílem je sestavit základní strukturu pro aplikace digitálního přenosu zvuku a videa v rámci klient-klient topologie sítě. Práce definuje komunikační protokol a popisuje jeho implementaci. Důraz je také kladen na zabezpečení pomocí moderních kryptografických metod. Realizace navazuje na stávající řešení přičemž využívá především svobodného softwaru.

Environmental data collection

The thesis focuses on the design of a meteorological station for collecting environmental data that measures non-electrical quantities characterizing environmental conditions. The station is designed to send the collected data to a server for further processing. The design of the station is adapted to low consumption thanks to the possibility of power supply from a photovoltaic panel. The implementation of the station involves the use of an STM32 microprocessor, LTE phone module, Wifi, camera and a set of sensors. Among the selected phenomena monitored by the sensors are measurements of temperature, pressure, wind speed and direction, precipitation, ambient light radiation, UV index, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide and dust particles. This thesis also focuses on remote archiving of measured data on the server and providing measured data in the web user interface.

Interviewer's competencies in working with narrator's traumatic life memories: psychotherapeutic approaches in oral history practice - possibilities and limits

This diploma thesis is working with the method of grounded theory and aims by means of interdisciplinary synthesis contributing to the enrichment of values for researchers practicing the method of oral history, who's become its current representatives. Diploma thesis that is based on the premise that connection of historical sciences and psychologies or practical psychotherapy (which have a certain ethical-moral appeal and have a broader knowledge of the human soul) could be enriching for the practice of oral history. Research of psychological and psychotherapeutic approaches to the practice of oral history is not just a theoretical self-synthesis, but the work is enriched by practical experiences from clinical practice of auxiliary specialists (psychologists and therapists), who were asked about theoretical questions firstly, then about few questions about trauma presence in typical interviews with four narrator. Narrator`s participate in project "Memory of the Nation" and it is possible to assume potential existence of trauma inside them - looking at their life experiences.
