Intergenerational sharing of the teaching profession in specific cases of one primary school

The aim of this thesis is to describe the intergenerational sharing of the teaching profession on specific cases of two families, whose members have taught at the same school at some point in their career. It was necessary to describe the conditions and prerequisites for the teaching profession at the time, in which each member was entering the field. The method chosen for this thesis was a qualitative exploratory investigation, which allows a complex and deeper delving into the topic. Findings from semi-structured interviews were evaluated via shared and differing selected characteristics. The research shows that the teaching profession is shared in families in a consistent intergenerational manner. The parent does not strictly recommend the field, while the grandparent does, via a certain pride in continuing the family craft. Intergenerational sharing of the profession is based on several factors, such as familiarity with the environment, communication of the profession to the child and a form of sharing it amongst family members. Having a common field of work throughout a family is described to be positive and to, in some cases, strengthen relationships. Application of Constructivist Elements in the Teaching of the Czech Language in the First Year

This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part discusses what communication means and its types. What constructivism means and what is the difference between transmissive and constructivist teaching. Furthermore, the issue of children's preconcepts and their use is discussed. The practical part focuses on the application of constructivist elements to the teaching of Czech language. In practice, we mean that pupils should deduce a lesson, rule or principle on the basis of their own efforts, previous experience, constructivist/exploratory approach. Furthermore, it is aimed at discovering preconcepts in pupils or their ideas. At the same time, the aim of the thesis is to create activities for Czech language classes that support constructivist teaching. Thus, pupils use constructivist elements to work. The research includes preparations that include activities focusing on the core curriculum of the second year, among which we include: writing i,í/y,ý hard and soft groups, writing ů, ú and meaning relationships of words. Worksheets, analysis and interview were used to identify the objectives.
On-line teaching of pupils in the 1st year of primary school

The thesis entitled On-line teaching of pupils in the first year of primary school deals with the issue of on-line teaching of pupils in the first grades of primary school. The aim of the thesis is to compare this issue from the perspective of class teachers, parents and pupils who have received on-line teaching. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with topics such as the characteristics of a pupil in the first year of primary school, both psychologically and physically. The general principles of working with a pupil in the first year of primary school are described. In addition, the methods and forms of work used in the regular school classroom for teaching reading and writing. The thesis also describes the basic topics such as online teaching, distance learning and the present form of teaching. The thesis also discusses programs and applications that are suitable for the online form of teaching in the first year of primary school. The practical part, using the research method of semi-structured interviews, deals with the risks and especially the benefits of online teaching in the first grades of primary school from the perspective of three different groups of respondents who have participated in the form of online teaching. Well-being of students of the Faculty of Education and a prevention of burnout syndrom

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of well-being of university students from Faculties of Education across the Czech Republic. The aim of the theoretical part was to introduce and define the concept of well-being in terms of the most well-known theories and to describe what specifically defines well-being of university students. For orientation, the developmental period that corresponds to studying at university was briefly described. Next, the theory focuses on the stressors of college study and what coping strategies for coping with stress are effective or not for students. The research part was conducted qualitatively. Its purpose was to describe the experience of 7 students from Faculties of Education via semi-structured interviews. The data from the interviews were further analyzed and interpreted through reflective thematic analysis. The outcome of the research are the 4 most significant themes tied to students' well-being. The research shows that motivation and attitude towards education are central to students' perceived well-being. Also that relationships and support help students the most in their education journey. Pupils' Perception of Natural History Teaching at the Second Level of Primary School and at the High School Bc. Ivana Pořická ABSTRACT The task of the thesis is to explore the attitudes and the opinions of students from the 2nd stage of selected primary schools and corresponding grades of a multi-year grammar school regarding the teaching of natural sciences, respectively biology. An integral part of the research work involves assessing and evaluating students' mental disposition before the lesson, preparedness, satisfaction with the environment, teaching itself including the methods used, and the usability and importance of biological education in general. Students were also given the opportunity to express their views on the relevant textbooks used in teaching. Furthermore, the thesis aimed to compare and analyze differences in the attitudes of students from primary schools and multi-year grammar schools in the corresponding grades. Another analysis focused on differences in responses in terms of gender. Whether there are any significant differences in the attitudes of girls and boys, and if so, to attempt to evaluate the reasons for these differences. The aim of the bachelor thesis is a study of a new building for the Faculty of architecture BUT in Brno in the area of the BUT university on Udolni. At present, the Faculty of architecutre is located on Porici in a building, which with its spatial possibilities no longer meets the current requirements for teaching architecture and does not offer possibilities of necessary changes. The introductory part of the work is devoted to determining the spatial needs for teaching architecture in the 21st century. Further the project deals with the incorporation of the new building of the Faculty of architecture into the complex in terms of urban planning and its subsequent architectural solution.

New school buildings are designed out of area of Black Meadow in Ostrava but with very close connection with the park. This plot is situated between the river Ostravica, Black Meadow and planned living area New Karolina. It´s orientation to the south and the proximity of nature it´s also very important for the school buildings. Elementary school, secondary school , gym and kindergarden are designed as one komplex connected with platform opened to the river.
