Marketing communications in a chosen company

The basic goal of this thesis is to propose a communication campaign for a chosen firm by using modern tools in the communication mix. The theoretical part contains an explanation of basic concepts, tools and methods in marketing communication. The information is collected from secondary sources as are scholarly literature or internet sources. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the chosen company background and on analysis of communication tools that the company uses by encouraging information from the theoretical part. There is a proposal for a new communication campaign including the budget of the campaign in the last part of the thesis. The campaign is primarily focused on online communication and social networks.

Title: The marketing plan proposal of relaxing complex Objectives: The main aim of this project is to create the marketing plan proposal of relaxing complex. The goal is to clarify a situation of the fitness market in Czech republic and partially in the world. Also to explore this sphere of wellness and find innovative means, which are used in modern wellness and fitness clubs. This project includes the marketing mix of providing services. Methods: In methodological part, this project is based on the analysis of competiton in wellness and fitness sphere in Prague. This project also uses the analysis of client's requirements in wellness sphere and the interview with fitness a wellness managers. Finally there is swot analysis, that summarizes both the analysis of internal environment and the analysis of external environment. Results: This project contains the marketing mix of the suggested relaxing complex and you can read there the idea of this wellness, provided services and products, prefering attitude to clients and presentation of whole complex. There is also the propagation plan, the question of human resources management and the price policy. The expansion of Czech company to the Slovak market

The aim of my thesis is to evaluate whether on the Slovak market there is opportunity for expansion of the Czech company Pelmi spol., s.r.o. Based on analysis of the target market, the SWOT analysis, competition, and economic characteristics of Slovak market I will suggest my own recommendation what kind of form entry is the most convenient for company.
