The influence of formative assessment on the self-assessment of pupils in the teaching of informatics at primary schools

The diploma thesis deals with the question of what are the differences in self-assessment among pupils who worked with formative assessment and those who were assessed by a teacher and assed with a regular classification. The target group were students of the secondary school the studied subject was Computer Science. The goal of the thesis was to find out how the introduction of formative assessment into teaching will affect the student's self-evaluation. In the theoretical part, the author defines key terms with an emphasis on types of school assessment, student peer assessment, self-assessment and classification. It also touches on the teaching of IVT at the lower secondary school from the perspective of the framework education program and the school education program. For the research was chosen a qualitative research strategy - the peer observation technique. The research took place in parallel in the class 8.A, where the pupils were monitored and evaluated by the teacher during the half-term, and only at the end of the semester they received self-evaluation questionnaires to fill out. Developing formative assessment in a kindergarten: action research

This thesis addresses the issue of formative assessment in the kindergarten environment, aiming to systematize the application of formative assessment techniques and tools in preschool educationand enhance cooperationwith parents. The theoretical part delineates the development of children's identity, the significance of self-concept in preschool, and its alignment with the Framework Curriculum for Preschool Education. It also explores motivation, assessment, potential formative assessment techniques for preschool education, and underscores the importance of formative assessment in the Strategy for Education Policy of the Czech Republic 2030+. The final chapter delves into cooperation with parents and its contribution to children's education. The empirical part is structured as action research, involving the diagnosis of the current state of formative assessment in a selectedkindergarten. Conflict resolution styles among teachers in the context of stait-trait anxiety and self-esteem

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of conflict resolution styles in the context of trait anxiety and self-eteem in teachers. Conflict resolution styles can be described as reactions to certain situations or specific patterns of behaviour in conflict situations. Trait anxiety is defined in the literature as a personality trait with a tendency toward feelings of worry and distress and a greater tendency toward anxious reactions. Self-esteem is viewed by most authors as a representation of the emotional relationship with oneself. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the contents of the mentioned constructs. The practical part describes teachers' conflict resolution styles towards pupils, parents of pupils and colleagues. It also investigates whether gender, length of experience, trait anxiety, and self-esteem influence the choice of conflict resolution styles. The research involved 147 teachers, selected by simple random sampling, who were administered a battery of self-assessment questionnaires, the ROCI-II, STAI X-2 and RSES, in an online format. The results of the research show teachers most often choose an integrative and compromising style when dealing with conflicts with pupils, parents of pupils and colleagues. They use the avoidant and dominating style the least. Neither gender nor length of experience has an effect on the choice of conflict resolution styles. There is a positive relationship between trait anxiety and avoidance conflict resolution style r = 0.280. The combination of low self-esteem and high anxiety increases the probability of preferring an avoidant style in conflict resolution. It is self-esteem, but not anxiety alone, that appears statistically significant in predicting avoidant style in conflict situations.

Baseline: Self-esteem is often perceived as an indicator of emotional and mental well-being and life satisfaction. How we perceive ourselves is also important for our environment. Addiction disrupts the attitude towards oneself, and self-esteem becomes problematic. Therefore, it is important to focus on strengthening self-esteem in therapy. Goals: To determine the change in self-esteem of patients undergoing inpatient treatment for addiction at the Department of Addiction Treatment of the Kosmonosy Psychiatric Hospital. To demonstrate the influence of the studied categories (education, occupation, number of treatments and length of addiction) on self-esteem. To compare the change in the subjective perception of psychological quality of life in relation to self-esteem. To analyze the change in psychological and physical health. To recommend possible interventions based on the findings. Methods: This is a quantitative research conducted using questionnaires administered at the beginning and at the end of treatment. The Master's thesis entitled "Implementation of Parent-Teacher-Student Consultations in Primary Education" focuses on the systematic reflection during the implementation of consultations among teachers, parents, and students. The author, in the theoretical part, examines the relationship between the family and the school, along with their collaboration, taking into account the historical development of these institutions. An important aspect is also the exploration of the impact of feedback on students and the positive effects of this interaction on their education and personal growth. In the practical part of the thesis, the author, in the role of a teacher and an active participant, evaluates each cycle of consultations with the aim of advancing her professional development. Through action research, she observes the evolution of her own practice in implementing tripartite consultations. Research questions are posed, and the author reflects on her progress and acquired knowledge through a pedagogical diary. The author tries to bring readers closer to the year-long process in which pupils take their educational journey into their own hands. The aim of the diploma thesis is to explore the system of interconnected and supporting steps that contribute to the efficiency of the entire process. In the theoretical part, the author focuses on the main components of the entire system, which support the resulting efficiency and the fulfillment of the goal, their implementation and evaluation with pupils. In the second, empirical part, the author describes, compares and evaluates individual systems at several different schools. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and methods related to the measurement of company performance by using multi-criteria models. The analytical part deals with the evaluation of the current situation and the subsequent identification of strengths and opportunities for improvement. Based on the outputs of the non-financial analysis, the design part proposes measures to improve the performance of the selected company.
