There is a theory about customer relationship management and about CRM systems including its implementing. Most of the thesis deals with analysis current state of CRM in a concrete company. There are presented its main drawbacks and proposals heading for improvements.

Digital maps application in the State administration

Geography and spatial data are part of our everyday life. The purpose of this thesis is to create an effective digital map processing system for a Municipal office, a system that would combine traditional ways of using maps with modern means of representation of spatial data. The first part of this work is focused on theoretical fundamentals of digital cartography. The second part is practical and describes development of geographic information system, which uses PUKNi2 system for manipulation with the data of a real estate register. The results of deployment and operation of this system have proved eligibility of the implemented solution.

The object of this business work is new modern e-commerce system which bring comfort to customers and shop owner too. And the product of this work is new system and new advertisement and marketing project to do the company well-known. We will get more customers and more orders in our e-commerce.

The thesis focuses on describing the development of the database system in SQL, HTML, PHP and also on the structuring of the database. It aims to create a database system, which will comply with the company's requirements.

Transient effect at the output of a linear dynamic system controlled pulse-width modulation

The goal of this work is to determine the size of overshoot produced at the output of a linear continuous second order system controlled by pulse width modulation. This work contains the calculation of the output signal response of the system in the time domain using the Laplace transform. The calculations of the amplitude of the output signal based on the pulse width modulation and system parameters are performed in this work. Finally the possibilities was given to determine the suitable period of pulse width modulation for required ripple. All the important calculations were compared with the simulations in the MATLAB-SIMULINK program and with the measurement at the real inertia second order cell.

This bachelor thesis implements system of web management and monitoring. The thesis compares and evaluates contemporary possibilities of web monitoring. It likewise describes the application solution and its capabilities. Created system records the managed webpages, monitors their parameters during the time. The system has significant features: Ability to monitor webpages without source code treatment (possibility to monitor competitive webpages as well) and tracking the criteria within the time. The system provides outputs in both text and graphic shapes. It is based on free technologies.

Project of wiring system with intelligent elements for family house

The goal of this bachelor work was first of all the theoretical introducing to the project documentation and to the question of intelligent electrical installation. The first part of the bachelor work consists of terms and definitions of principles for creating the project documentation of electrical installation. With the view of the pages’ limitedness, it is not possible to describe in detail all the terms principles and standards used in creating of electrical installation. Because of that, the work focuses on the heavy current part of the technical documentation only. The next part of the work is focused on the question of intelligent electrical installation, its division and applicable possibilities in family houses. The advantages of the system installation in comparison to classical. In this part are further analyzed and described the different systems of different manufacturers of intelligent electrical installations. The closing part focuses on the blueprint of the project documentation of heavy current distributions. The distributions of the electrical installation for the family houses are realized with the help of intelligent elements from ABB company of the KNX system. This part furthermore focuses on the proper selection of system installation, placing of the distributions and elements of installations, inclusive of components of intelligent installation and a blueprint of subsidiary apartment distributer. Then it deals with the calculation of heat loss of the object and the selection of proper head pump related to it. With the help of determined power take-off the main breaker used in the apartment distributing board is appointed and the conjunction of the main residence wiring related to it.

Rooftop photovoltaic system and its return of investment

The Bachelor’s Thesis is focused on a potency of using the Rooftop photovoltaic system, like the investment project. The general principle of the photovoltaic transformation and eventual utility of a sun solar radiation in Czech Republic is described in the first part of the Thesis. Furthermore there is a overview of approachable technology of the photovoltaic systems. The third part contains a review of inverters and photovoltaic systems integration. Following the complete concept of the Rooftop system and the calculation of capital expenditure for the selected property. Finally, the last part of the Thesis attend to summarize produced aggregate energy, the profit assignment due to service system. The main aim is to evaluate the Rooftop photovoltaic system and its return on the investment due to operating costs.

Extraction of information from web pages

This thesis deals with the separation of information from websites of selected geolocation services. Methods of geographical location of network devices and amount of available data provided by chosen freely accessible geolocation databases. The data are summarized with focus on methods of obtaining information about IP addresses from APIs of particular databases. In the paper there are also presented ways used to develop the system for automatic estimation of geographic location of IP addresses specified in source file and process of comparing retrieved data with reference data. The system is created in Python and provides a simple way for verifying information about given IP addresses in five freely accessible databases. Furthermore, accuracy of the retrieved data is evaluated and five geolocation databases is compared.
