Development of Business Activities from the Perspective of Added Value Products

This diploma thesis deals with the development of business activities of the company JPL kovo s.r.o., with the focus on strengthening its current position in the machinery market. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge from the areas of management, marketing, and business activities, and it also presents selected analytical methods. The analytical part looks at the current situation of the company through its internal and external environment. The last part provides recommendations leading to the development of the company and its business activities.
Válka Winery Nosislav

On a basis of my project of the second year of bachelor's study on the Faculty of Civil Engineering the following bachelor's thesis is prepared, which goes on to the Documentation for Building Permit and Documentation for Construction. The theme of the work is Family Winery Válka in the village of Nosislav. The bachelor's thesis is the Family Winery Válka. The basic idea of my project was to create a modern wine-making complex and a guest house. There were designed objects for production, sales and housing. The Family Winery includes a winemaker's house, a bouquets store, warehouses, a refuelling hall, a pressing hall, sheds for storing devices and parking, a house with a brigadier's dressing room, administration and apartment. The production complex includes warehouses, tank room and pressing machines room. Its structure is made up of steel elements. Facades of buildings are made of wooden cladding and black interlocking metal cladding panels. The buildings have a gable type and shed type of roofs. Other objects have a brick system. The restaurant building is located on the southwest side of the property, has a two above-ground floors. 1st floor is partially embedded into the ground, on the 2nd floor the wall on the north-eastern side is made of a glass facade to the better lighting of space. At the top of the land, there is a residential building that constitute a guest house. The building has two floors and serves as accommodation. From the side of the main entrance, the building has the characteristic appearance of family house. From the inside of the territory, the facade of the pension becomes more interesting by expanding the ground floor and adding large terrace doors. My choice of facade and roof solution fell on wood because it is an amazing material that looks great in combination with almost everything that exists, and even after years, the miraculous power of trees can be felt.
WINERY PROKEŠ NĚMČICE

This bachelor thesis is based on previously developed architectural project established in the subject AG32 – Architectural Design Studio during winter semester in second year of Bachelor study, which was further more elaborated to the subsequent level of project documentation. The theme of this bachelor thesis is the design of new viticulture building for Prokeš winery production in the village Velké Němčice. Required task was to design building facilities for wine production, manufacture and storage, included with owner habitation, accommodation for guests, wine shop and wine tasting. The main idea of the design was to invent such a solution, which would fulfill functional and operating owner’s requirements. One building block was drafted on the parcel, which consists of all necessary operating areas interconnected among each other also the building is divided into the production, public and private area. The external design tries not to invade the neighborhood structure, but also shows modern concept of rural architecture. The mass of the building is connected to the external surrounding, and so it is conceptualized as two perpendicular blocks to each other, which differ in their operating areas and theses blocks are ended by the faces of the building outsized over roof ridge. Production area for manufacture and further processes such as storage and export of the wine is located in the basement, which is accessible from the handling yard. Northwest segment of the building is made with owner habitation on the first and the second above the ground floor and layout is created for four members’ family. Wine shop, wine tasting room and the facilities adjacent to these operating areas are located in the second part of the first above the ground level. In the second part of the second floor above the ground are placed three accommodation rooms and one barrier-free room for short-term stays, also there are cleaning room and laundry storage.

The basic idea of my project was to create a modern wine-making complex and a guest house for people who decided to visit the winery for wine degustation. There were designed objects for production, sales and housing. The Family Winery includes a winemaker's house, a bouquets store, a large warehouse, expedition warehouse, a refuelling hall, a pressing hall, several sheds for storing devices and tractor parking, a house 153 with a brigadier's dressing room, administration and grandmother's apartment. A guest house is situated on a separate land over Masarykova street. The production complex includes warehouses, tank room and pressing machines room. Its structure is made up of steel elements: pillars, beams and trusses. Facades of production buildings are made of wooden cladding and black interlocking metal cladding panels. The buildings have a gable type and shed type of roofs. Other objects have a brick system. The restaurant building is located on the southwest side of the property, has a rectangular ground plan and two above-ground floors. 1st floor is partially embedded into the ground. At the top of the land, there are a number of three residential buildings that constitute a guest house. Each object is more than half a meter above it. In this way they characterize the complicated nature of the land. Objects have a rectangular ground plan, above the entrances there are raised black steel awnings. The roofs of all the buildings are gable and made of black interlocking metal cladding panels, including one of the facades. Other facades are made of wooden cladding.

This thesis deals with the use of brownfields. One of the main goals of the thesis is to design the most suitable use of a particular brownfield in the city of Brno. The subject of this diploma thesis is the proposal for the use of brownfield Former technical services area, which is located in the city part Trnitá. The design solution is based on analyzes of the given locality and is processed in three variants. These options are subsequently evaluated for their actual implementation costs and expected return assumptions
Production buildings VW Autocenter

This Bachelor thesis deals with a new building of Carcenter VW Group located in Brno city, north-east ftom the inner city, in a city part Zábrdovice, on Cejl Street. The building site is recognized in cadastral list by the Brno City Council as Brownfield with the number 3402. It has a iregular shape with area of 1.15 hectares and it is oriented to the north-south direction. From the east it is bordered by a protective belt of the river Svitava. From the south is the site bordered by the Cejl street and from the western side is bordered by the Jana Svobody street. The land is located in an industrial zone, surrounding buildings are of mixed use. The building of carcenter is situated perpendicular to the southern boundary. The access into the area of the building is designed from the road on Cejl Street. Urban solution allows independent use of a showroom and a service warehouse. There are designated separate parking areas for the needs of individual operations of both parts. The building is designed to meet the requirements of the service carcenter VW Group. It will serve as a showcase and a selling point of cars of Volkswagen, Škoda, Audi and Seatvas well as a service and spare parts stock shop.
Analysis of the Real Estate Market with Catering Facilities in Olomouc

The commercial real estate market is constantly changing and some developments can be observed in our approach to it. Like every other market, this market is also dependent on the existence of supply and demand. The diploma thesis "Analysis of the Real Estate Market with Catering Facilities in Olomouc" deals, as the name suggests, with the analysis of the real estate market with catering facilities in the statutory and university city of Olomouc. It solves especially the survey and analysis of the market with a focus on the sale and rental of catering facilities (such as restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes, etc.). Further, based on the analysis of this segment of the real estate market, this thesis determines the factors which influence market prices and market rents and it describes the way of their influence.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the extension of the information system on the planning of delivery lines in a particular company. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical starting point of the work, which is necessary to understand the problems in this thesis. The second part describes the current state of the company. In addition, the analysis needed to design a solution was carried out. This is at the end of the work and there are elaborated recommendations and a proposal for a solution for the planning of delivery lines for saving time and minimizing company costs.
