Bakalářská práce vychází z dříve zpracovávané architektonické studie předmětu AG32 – Ateliér architektonické tvorby v zimním semestru druhého ročníku bakalářského studia, která byla dále vypracována do navazujících stupňů projektové dokumentace. Tématem bakalářské práce je novostavba vinařského objektu pro Vinařství Prokeš v obci Velké Němčice. Zadáním bylo navrhnout prostory pro výrobu, zpracování a skladování vína, spojené s bydlením vinaře, ubytováním pro hosty, prodejnou a degustací vína. Hlavním cílem projektu bylo navrhnout takové řešení, které by splňovalo funkční a provozní požadavky majitele. Na parcele byl koncipován jeden objekt, který obsahuje všechny potřebné provozy vzájemně propojené a dělí se na část výrobní, veřejnou a soukromou. Návrh stavby se snaží nenarušovat sousední zástavbu, ale zároveň ukazuje moderní pojetí venkovské architektury. Hmotově stavba navazuje na okolní prostředí, a tak je řešena jako na sebe navzájem kolmé kvádry, které se od sebe odlišují svým provozem a jsou ukončené průčelími převyšující nad hřeben střechy. Výrobní část pro zpracování a další procesy jakými jsou skladování a expedice vína se nachází v suterénu, která je přístupná z manipulačního dvora. Severozápadní křídlo objektu je tvořeno v 1NP a 2NP rodinným bydlením vinaře a je dispozičně navrženo pro čtyř člennou rodinu. Prodejna vína, degustační místnost a zázemí přilehlé k těmto provozům se nachází v druhé části 1NP. V druhé části 2NP se rozprostírají 3 ubytovací jednotky a 1 bezbariérový pokoj pro krátkodobé pobyty, zároveň se zde nacházejí úklidová místnost a sklad prádla. This bachelor thesis is based on previously developed architectural project established in the subject AG32 – Architectural Design Studio during winter semester in second year of Bachelor study, which was further more elaborated to the subsequent level of project documentation. The theme of this bachelor thesis is the design of new viticulture building for Prokeš winery production in the village Velké Němčice. Required task was to design building facilities for wine production, manufacture and storage, included with owner habitation, accommodation for guests, wine shop and wine tasting. The main idea of the design was to invent such a solution, which would fulfill functional and operating owner’s requirements. One building block was drafted on the parcel, which consists of all necessary operating areas interconnected among each other also the building is divided into the production, public and private area. The external design tries not to invade the neighborhood structure, but also shows modern concept of rural architecture. The mass of the building is connected to the external surrounding, and so it is conceptualized as two perpendicular blocks to each other, which differ in their operating areas and theses blocks are ended by the faces of the building outsized over roof ridge. Production area for manufacture and further processes such as storage and export of the wine is located in the basement, which is accessible from the handling yard. Northwest segment of the building is made with owner habitation on the first and the second above the ground floor and layout is created for four members’ family. Wine shop, wine tasting room and the facilities adjacent to these operating areas are located in the second part of the first above the ground level. In the second part of the second floor above the ground are placed three accommodation rooms and one barrier-free room for short-term stays, also there are cleaning room and laundry storage.
