Following by an analysis of the current environment and compiling a questionnaire survey based on analytical part. The thesis “A Suggestion for the Improvement of the Company Culture in the Centre of Insurance” deals with the analysis of the corporate culture in the Centre of Insurance, a company that provides financial services. The main target of the thesis is to ascertain the power and standard of the corporate culture, as well as employees’ satisfaction. It aims to identify the elements of the corporate culture according to Schein’s model, and based on a questionnaire enquiry suggest such measures that would improve the corporate atmosphere and thereby contribute to the increase in the productivity of labour.

Corporate and communication culture in a construction company

This bachelor thesis focuses on internal communication and corporate culture in the company GEMO. This bachelor thesis is systematically divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part of the work, based on a search of professional literature, the issue of internal communication in the company, corporate culture and, last but not least, the specifics of construction companies are introduced. The practical part uses the method of quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire is used to find out how internal communication and corporate culture are set up in the selected company. There is also an interview with a manager in the company. Furthermore, the method of SWOT analysis is used in the practical part of the work. The method was included because it is able to identify specific strengths and weaknesses in a specific area and strategy. Based on this SWOT analysis, recommendations for improving the current situation are defined.
The Motivation of Employees in High-tech Company

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyze the values of the selected group of employees in high-tech company. The other partial aims were to analyze motivation preferences of employees and also analyze employee’s attitude towards the company. The analysis was based on two question-forms, Hofsteda VSM 94 and question-form asking about motivation preferences. I have found out from these analyses that the environment is quite stressful, employees are big individualists and long-term orientation is dominating there. The most valuable benefits for employees are: paid holiday, education and health care contribution. The work, this selected group was doing was rated as well paid and their work satisfies them. As a suggestion it could be recommended to offer more days of holiday, education contribution and expansion of team cooperation on their work place. This could help to the company to achieve increased efficiency of employee’s performance
Suggestion and optimalisation of a private investor portfolio

This diploma work is focused on a suggestion of private investor portfolio and suggestion of questionnaire to determine a risk profile of a provate investor. Apart from basic investments theory, the thesis briefly describes characteristics and parameters of particular asset classes and suggests and optimises a risk portfolio for a private investor. Furthermore, a survey of this risk profile is conducted, so that the investor can use it himself/herself in management of his investments to best full fill his/her expectations.

The diploma thesis is focused on the area of real estate agents. It deals with the analysis of awareness of the real estate offices with direct targeting on the real estate company Gaute a.s. It identifies the current situation on the real estate market and the respondents' satisfaction with the services offered. In the theoretical part, the reader is made familiar with key concepts related to the topic, followed by the analysis, which is composed of the performance of Gaute a.s. preparation questionnaire and evaluation. Based on the findings recommendations are proposed, which will serve to raise awareness of the real estate office.

Tato semestrální práce je zaměřená na zkoumání překladatelských nástrojů a překlad odborného textu. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních částí. První část se zabývá tím, co je to překlad a jaký je rozdíl mezi zastaralým a moderním přístupem. Druhá část je zaměřena na různé překladatelské nástroje a jejich popis. Třetí část definuje, co je to odborný text a poukazuje na obtíže a zvláštnosti při jeho překladu. Čtvrtá část je zaměřená na praktický výzkum formou dotazníku.

The thesis is focused on the communication strategy of the bridal salon La Queen. In the first part of the thesis, to introduce the topic, the theoretical background is described. In the second part of the thesis, an analysis of the current communication activities of the bridal, a survey and evaluation of the questionnaires are presented. The main goal of the theses is to, following the analysis and the processing of the survey data, propose a set of measures that could improve the marketing communication strategy of the chosen company.
