The Impact of the Implementation of the Wall Construction on the Building Construction Cost

The first theoretical part of the thesis quotes different types of prices and methods of pricing, including the international pricing standards. The second theoretical part deals with history of civil engineering, sorts of building structure and their construction. The practical part of the thesis examines 6 variants of vertical building structures considering their prices, thickness of walling masonry and overall coefficient of heat transfer. Every structures cover description of their construction inclusive making reference to pros and cons. The outcome of each structure is presented in graphs. At the end of the thesis, one particular building material is chosen as the best, in accordance with the criterion hereinbefore.
Evaluation of a current structural and technical condition of a residential building

The main goal of my bachelor work is to make a common structural engineering research of a residental building that is built on Gorkého street in Brno. This object (building) is located in the vicinity of the premises of The Faculty of Arts, where will be the reconstruction and also the final extension. For this reason the survey was conducted. My bachelor work includes a documentation of existing disorders of the objeck and it is evaluation.

This work is focused on research of customer's satisfaction of company Gebr. Ostendorf - OSMA plastic processing s.r.o.. This company deals with manufacturing and sale of plastic sewer pipeline and operates in many countries. The aim is to analyze the level of customer's satisfaction and to suggest measures to enhance it. Work is composed of several parts. The first part contains theoretical sollutions to work. The following is an analysis of current satisfaction by questioning and evaluating questionnaires. In the last part we suggest own solution and evaluate its benefits.

These proposals focus on copany‘s new communication strategy with custommers via the internet. Barchelor thesis also includes analysis of current situation through a survey amog custommers. The output of this work is a set of concrete proposals for solving the problem, including a new website.

In my Bachelor´s thesis I am focusing on the satisfaction of customers. First I am working at the theoretical level based on the literature survey. Afterwards it is analyzed in the Connex Morava, a.s. The analytical part consists of the description of marketing strategies asserted in this venture and the customers satisfaction survey. From the point of these materials, there are also processed firm recommendations how to increase the costumers satisfaction of this company.
Building survey and evaluating the state construction

The diploma thesis is focused on study of diagnostic methods used for reinforced concrete structure with a practical example of a survey on the subject of the original memorial Bata in Zlin, today's House of Art. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the general methodology of the survey with the distribution methods for testing materials and structures, and displays the evaluation according to ČSN ISO 1382 Also deals with the required properties and used by diagnostic methods for concrete and steel. In the practical part of the surveyed, which is supposed to show the methodology of the survey to the evaluation process involving the setting apart of strength and classification of concrete and chemical analysis, which should show whether the concrete is not based on aluminous cement.
Telepresence Autonomous Robot for Exploration of Unapproachable Areas

The subject of this master's thesis was to get familiar with a robot developed at the Department of Intelligent Systems of FIT VUT Brno. The goal of this work was to design and then implement hardware and software improvements of the robot so it could be capable of telepresence exploration of a narrow cave using remote control, including autonomous return back to the entrance. Also suggest possible extensions for a further improvement of the robot.
Foundations in Volume Unstable Soils

This dissertation is concerned with the foundations in volume unstable soils and objects disorders which are related to this. The thesis was focused on the study of clay and loess soils which are abundant in the geological profile of the Czech Republic. First, the formation of the two groups of soils is introduced, then their properties are examined and finally the influence of vegetation on the former type and the influence of collapsibility in the latter type are investigated. The conclusion is, in fact, a recommendation on the design of structures so that the system of clay / structure is not damaged and that structures are not subject to renovations. Several instance of problems with structures are discussed which were subject to structural repairs employing both a civil and geotechnical engineers.
