Class Management as Teacher's Managerial Activity

The topic of the thesis is class management as teacher'smanagerial activity. The aim of the thesis is, based on the perused documents, and the interview analysis made with three primary classteachers and three secondary classteachers, to draw a set and description of all manager competition and class management related activities. The thesis is supposed to become the source material for a comprehensive meta analysis of managerialcompetence in a teacher's professiography. Within the theoretical part, the thesis focuses on the comparisonof a teacher and a manager. There search section, using qualitative approach, deals with the issue of class management as managerial activity. The half-structured interview with six respondents have been used as a method, which are further analysed and the conclusion of the thesis has been elicited based on them.

Managerial competences in EF JU student´s development

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of managerial competences of the students of the Faculty of Economics of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice who study program Management and Business Economics with a proposal how to develop core competences to increase their competitiveness in the labour market. The results are based on the questionnaire survey of the students and managers of companies, focusing on the soft skills established by the Central Database of Competences.

The dissertation thesis: THE ISSUES OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS IN THE COMPETENCY BASED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Mgr. Tereza Raisová ABSTRACT The dissertation thesis focuses on the topic of competences, the Competency Based Management and especially the method of the Competency Based Interview. The thesis aim is the underestanding of the competences in the pedagogical, andragogical and human resource management meanings. The thesis focuses primarily on the professional competences of the high performance, their identification, development, and the possibility of their usage in the recruitment, training and evaluation system, respective in the Human Resources Management system.
