Customer Satisfaction Analysis of the Selected Company and Proposals for its Improvement.

This diploma thesis deals with customer satisfaction analysis of Hospoda U Hlaváčů using a questionnaire survey and provides proposals for its improvement. The thesis is based on a comparison of theoretical knowledge with practical skills. Theoretical part is focused on market research, customer and questionnaire survey. The practical part analyses and elaborates the obtained results. Based on the data evaluation, several areas requiring improvement were indicated. Proposals to increase the level of customer satisfaction and development of provided services are given.

This thesis is dealing with recognition of customer’s satisfaction rate of the company. The goal of this thesis was to design such recognition system of the customers satisfaction rate, which would enable the company to follow the current situation and help to improve it. This thesis also contains the suggestions on how to improve the overall customer satisfaction.

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou analýzy spokojenosti zákazníků společnosti Deloitte Belgie. Srovnává teoretické poznatky s praktickými dovednostmi získanými během stáže ve společnosti Deloitte. Metoda osobního dotazování byla použita za účelem získání cenné zpětné vazby od klientů a k provedení analýzy spokojenosti zákazníků. Na základě vyhodnocení bylo identifikováno několik oblastí vyžadujících zdokonalení a navržena opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení zjišťování spokojenosti zákazníků a zvýšení stávající úrovně spokojenosti zákazníků.

Marketing Research of the Customer Satisfaction of the Company OKAY s.r.o.

This thesis deals with problematics of customer satisfaction in company OKAY electronics. The whole research and final asking were done in Brno, in two selected shops of the company. The work connects theoretical knowledge, from the field of satisfaction research, with the practical part made by asking customers personally. From those surveys the final conclusions and recommendations are made. Based on the conclusions from questionnaire result, some areas were defined, which should be improved by workers of company OKAY.
