Motivation and job satisfaction of generation Y employees
Zuranová, Natálie ; Legnerová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Stříteský, Marek (referee)
This thesis aims to find out how to properly motivate the new generation Y and find out if there are differences in their motivation and job satisfaction from other generations. Using mixed research in the form of a questionnaire survey for employees and in-depth interviews with potential employers will provide a dual view of the issue, which can provide valuable information and serve as an important informative element for the correct motivation of Y generation. Three hypotheses have been identified, which will be subsequently verified in both quantitative and qualitative research. After evaluating the research, it is good news that the outlook of the generation Y and their employers is very similar, and it seems that potential employers are very well prepared for the future generation and are already able to estimate their differentiation from other generations and thus properly motivate them and stimulate them for better work performance.

It will try to answer the question why this institution is given such weight and importance as to whether it is related to the concept of "national" in the name of the gallery. This can evoke the connection with other institutions that have this word in the name. There are some expectations connected to this "national" title, but there are also certain responsibilities associated with that. The work will also look at the media space given to the gallery's leadership and how the media express themselves considering this subject. This can fundamentally...

The first goal of this work is to pursue the technique of confession as a crucial mechanism that participates on constructing the subjectivity in Foucault's work. To uncover in which connections it is usually pursued and what forms according to Foucault did it gain during history depending on various configurations of bonds between power and knowledge. Petr Valenta Keywords critical theory, critical media pedagogy, media literacy, critical pedagogy, media, ideology, discourse, power, symbolic power, knowledge Abstract The theoretical dissertation analyzes the traditional media education model issues, which derives from the orientation of media literacy on the dominant paradigm of media effects research in media studies. Media education takes the "media effects concept" and uses it to organize its own teaching practice. Theoretical dependence on media studies and the concept media effects leads media education to protectionism and normativity, which is reflected in the directive establishment of knowledge, skills and values pupils may acquire. This situation has negative effect on efforts of developing critical media thinking as independent on social authorities. Moreover, media education potentially reproduces the dominant modes of knowledge about media and society, without revealing them as social constructions. The theoretical basis for changing the paradigm of media education to become more critical and transformative practice able to form the student's personality as an autonomous, critical- thinking and committed citizen is presented in the second...
