Construction Technology project microbrewery Highlands

The aim of thediploma thesis is to make the detailed building-technological project of microbrewery Vysočina. It is concentrated on the principles of building organization what makes construction facility, the calculation of electric power and water supply, calculation of the costs of operating the construction site and its graphic representation for chosen construction phases. I also make the project of the optimal machine composition. After that I compile the budget and costing of the microbrewery, the time and financial plan and the evaluation of main sources. I technologically solve the phase of upper shell construction made of reinforced pre-cast construction for building object of the microbrewery Vysočina. I apply the other ways of assembly of upper shell construction and show their evaluation in terms of price and time construction. I make the inspection and test plan, environmental aspects, the source register of working risk, heat-engineering review of building case and fire safety solutions.

Microbrewery Highlands - technological phase basics

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to solve the technological phase of foundation for the object of a microbrewery “Vysočina”, to establish technological orders about earthworks and foundations. It applies in alternative way the two others methods of foundation and does their price and term evaluation. The other aim is to elaborate the documents of principles of organization of construction includes the graphical illustration of construction facilities and the movements of chosen composition of machines.

The Financial Plan Proposal of Construction Company

The objective of this diploma thesis is to create a financial plan for a selected company. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge which is necessary for the formation of the financial plan. The second part focuses on the presentation of the selected company, and creating a strategical and financial analysis. Based on all the gathered information, two options of a financial plan will be created. The last part presents an overall evaluation of the plan.

Possibilities of integration of geography and art

Integrated teaching has found its place at the Czech schools particularly during the last years. By using of this method we can reach for increasing of students' knowledge and especially it can help to understand the relations between subjects and better connect one information with another one. The integration of subjects leads to the development of key's competences of pupils. In my thesis I'm dealing with possibilities of integration of geography and art which haven't been comprehensive processed yet. The interconnection of subjects is possible in terms of contents or as an alternative to didactics games or as a mean to the development of knowledge and skills of the pupil. This way of integrated learning has also a motivating effect and helps to improve a lot of key's competences. In my thesis I'm analysing the curriculum documents and searching for common themes for geography and art but I'm also dealing with the suggestions of concrete activities and their application into practice. The part of my thesis is a presentation of a model lesson and the evaluation of benefits and effectiveness of the studied teaching method through a didactics test.

Title: Reasons for development of childhood obesity not related with health condition. Objectives: This thesis is focused on the subject matter of reasons for development of children's obesity not related with the health condition. I will work with children aged 11 to 15 years from the primary school ZŠ Velké Přílepy and the grammar school Gymnázium Nad Štolou in Prague. The target of this thesis include assessment of life style, movement activities and diet habits of children in an urban and a rural school. Namely such factors or conditions will be covered like lack of movement and sedentary life style, unsuitable diet habits and excessive eating, pressure of the environment, family conditions, social and economic life conditions, etc. Differences between the two mentioned schools will be examined and BMI of all children considered. Methods: The quantitative method - an inquiry - is used to achieve the results. A series of 14 closed questions focused on obtaining information from children of the two different schools. From the closed questions (age, body weight and body height) their BMI will be calculated. Together 160 children submitted the inquiry. Problems of substitute family care in the Czech Republic

Theoretical part of this thesis deals with description of substitutional family care and its types. Importance of family care for child's development is emphasized at the beginning of the thesis. Further legislation of the substitutional family care and also terms of its mediation are described. The theoretical part deals with history of the substitutional family care in our country and also in other countries. Then some weaknesses of the substitutional family care and its system are mentioned. Second part of the thesis contains research with several chosen caseworkers who work in branch of the substitutional family care. Detection of respondents' opinions about education and personality predispositions for good practise of profession is the aim of the research.

Part of the thesis is a questionnaire survey among visitors and exhibitors at agricultural fairs.
