To Dvur Kralove by train - Transfer Terminal in Dvur Kralove nad Labem
Černá, Tereza ; Sedláček, Jan (referee) ; Ponešová, Barbora (advisor)
During the design process, I used the approaches of individual transport and pedestrian facilities to the plot. When analyzing pedestrian access, it became clear that the parcel can be taken from almost all directions, so the orientation of the terminal is not clearly predetermined. In connection with a diverse surrounding area that at present does not offer any attractive surrounding scene, I decided to turn the orientation towards the center to create a yard that will link individual transport sites, allow access from all corners of the parcel, and create a central area for visitors of terminal.
Proposal of Communication System in Company
Černá, Tereza ; Klech, Jan (referee) ; Zich, Robert (advisor)
Master´s thesis analyses modern methods of communication in company management. The objective is to discover out the crucial defects of this issue and to outline possible solutions which would improve the weaknesses – of internal communication. The master´s thesis consists of three parts: The theoretical part is concerned about communicational instruments which have been used by the operational company ČEPRO, a.s. The analytical part describes implementation of communicational instruments in the company. (external communication, internal communication, crisis communication and communication during the new product implementation) The proposal part recommends appropriate elements for efficient communication within the current communication system in the company.
Business Plan
Sieczka, Pavel ; Černá, Tereza (referee) ; Rompotl, Jaroslav (advisor)
Master‘s thesis deals with problems connected with unsufficient usage of current state of business premises, where usage of these premises for developing company‘s services is possible. The aim of the thesis is to find suitable solution for spare premises either with expansion of providing services in present time or to find usage of these premises with providing new services.
The Town under the Stars
Černá, Tereza ; Synek, Ondřej (referee) ; Mléčka, Jan (advisor)
The aim of my thesis is to find and insert a new function to the city of Sumperk in a way as sensitive as possible to the city environment, based on its needs and was beneficial not only for the city itself but also for the bigger region.
Vegetation Detection in Images
Černá, Tereza ; Herout, Adam (referee) ; Přibyl, Bronislav (advisor)
This project focuses on detection of vegetation in digital image and describes approaches to detect vegetation. Created aplication uses grass detection method in video in real time. There is a new mean of evaluation of the method proposed in this project, using commonly used pixel by pixel detection and also a new detection approach, segment detection. Functionality of the application is checked by set of test images. The thesis is concluded by comparing results of those two approaches. Success of correctly detected vegetation ranges up to 86.32 %.
License Plate Detection and Recognition for Traffic Analysis
Černá, Tereza ; Hradiš, Michal (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This thesis describes the design and development of a system for detection and recognition of license plates. The work is divided into three basic parts: licence plates detection, finding of character positions and optical character recognition. To fullfill the goal of this work, a new dataset was taken. It contains 2814 license plates used for training classifiers and 2620 plates to evaluate the success rate of the system. Cascade Classifier was used to train detector of licence plates, which has success rate up to 97.8 %. After that, pozitions of individual characters were searched in detected pozitions of licence plates. If there was no character found, detected pozition was not the licence plate. Success rate of licence plates detection with all the characters found is up to 88.5 %. Character recognition is performed by SVM classifier. The system detects successfully with no errors up to 97.7 % of all licence plates.
Mixture toxicity of estrogenic endocrine disruptors in samples from the Czech Republic
Černá, Tereza ; Cajthaml, Tomáš (advisor) ; Klusoň, Petr (referee) ; Šváb, Marek (referee)
The environment is contaminated by countless toxic chemicals of mainly anthropogenic origin; therefore, elucidating the impact of chemical mixtures is one of the biggest challenges of current research. Endocrine disruptors (EDs) acting through the oestrogenic nuclear receptor are typical representatives of the mixture toxicity concept of concentration addition, which can be accurately predicted using the latest mathematical models. Oestrogenic activity and oestrogenic EDs have been detected in many matrices across the globe in biologically relevant concentrations; therefore, they are considered a high risk. The presence of synthetic steroids in the aquatic environment in units of ng/l can disrupt the hormonal pathways of individuals and subsequently cause fatal changes in whole populations. However, if the exposure is terminated, the ecosystem will recover in a few years. Wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) are able to remove a large number of chemicals, including synthetic and natural oestrogenically active compounds; nevertheless, their occurrence in WWTP effluents and in sewage sludges is frequent. Therefore, WWTPs are considered significant sources of agricultural and water ecosystem pollution. This dissertation thesis focuses on the mixture toxicity of oestrogenic EDs and their occurrence in...
Development and position of Beach volleyball in the Czech environment
Černá, Tereza ; Slepičková, Irena (advisor) ; Vorálek, Rostislav (referee)
Title: Development and position of Beach volleyball in the Czech Environment. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to describe and evaluate the Czech beach volleyball history since its beginning. The next aim is to delineate the way of organizing and integration of beach volleyball into the Czech sport environment. Methods: The paper used the methods of qualitative and quantitative research. Different methods of personal interviews are used to collect data about development and status of beach volleyball from athletes and officials. Computer Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI) is applied to public. Results: I created a complete overview of the Czech beach volleyball history, as developed in the Czech sports environment, to the present. In the second part, I delineated an organization of beach volleyball and it's emplacement in our conditionals in detail - both in a public and the private sector. Keywords: Organization, Beach Volleyball, Sport Organization
