Název: Vývoj a postavení beachvolejbalu v českém prostředí Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat a zhodnotit vývoj beachvolejbalu na našem území od jeho počátku. Dalším cílem je popsat způsob organizování a začlení plážového volejbalu do českého sportovního prostředí. Metody: V práci jsou použity metody kvalitativního i kvantitativního výzkumu. Různé metody osobního dotazování jsou použity k získávání dat o vývoji a postavení beachvolejbalu od bývalých sportovců a zaměstnanců volejbalového svazu. Internetový výzkum pak u veřejnosti. Výsledky: Vytvořila jsem a zhodnotila ucelený přehled o českém plážovém volejbalu, jak se vyvíjel v českém sportovním prostředí, až po současný stav. Dále jsem detailně popsala organizování beachvolejbalu a jeho postavení v našich podmínkách, a to jak ve veřejném, tak i v soukromém sektoru. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to describe and evaluate the Czech beach volleyball history since its beginning. The next aim is to delineate the way of organizing and integration of beach volleyball into the Czech sport environment. Methods: The paper used the methods of qualitative and quantitative research. Different methods of personal interviews are used to collect data about development and status of beach volleyball from athletes and officials. Computer Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI) is applied to public. Results: I created a complete overview of the Czech beach volleyball history, as developed in the Czech sports environment, to the present. In the second part, I delineated an organization of beach volleyball and it's emplacement in our conditionals in detail - both in a public and the private sector.
