Credit policy of Maxmilian II. (1564-1576) with special view to Bohemia
Chmelař, Jiří ; Šimek, Eduard (referee) ; Čechura, Jaroslav (advisor)
The Credit Policy of Maximilian II. (1564 - 1576) with special view to Bohemia is an overlooked theme. A1so whole personality of the emperor is in the shadow ofhis more known relations, the father Ferdinand 1. and the son Rudolf II. A last work, which was specialized in an economic and a credit policy, is over sixty years oldo Therefore I have to use foreign studie s, which are linked with the intemational project named A Financial and Economic Policy of the first Habsburgs. I have chosen this theme, because I had written a study about the king's credit policy in 1574 and 1575 in 2005. This study is divided into five parts, An Introduction, The Survey of Sources and Literatures, The Financial and Economic Policy, The Campaign in 1566, Eliška z Landštejna na Tuchorazi and Magdalena z Brodějovic as Examples of Creditors. The first expert chapter is The Financial and Economic Policy. In this issue I would like to introduce an administration of Maximilian' s revenues and expenses. I have given consideration to offices and officers, chamber' s possessions, credits, fiscal systems in the second part of the XVI.th century, a phenomenon of loan. I would like to give notice of elaborate lists of loans and creditors and a new detected chamber's instruction at 12. January 1571. The second chapter is based on a...

Národová, Zuzana ; Novotná, Jarmila (advisor) ; Listíková, Renáta (referee)
The aim of this diploma thesis was to create the Czech French and French Czech bilingual explanatory dictionary of both algebra and arithmetic mathematical terminology taught at Czech and French primary and secondary schools. The dictionary is intended especially for Czech users to help them with translation of mathematic terms from both languages. The entries are appended with basic grammatical and phonetic indications, definitions and example sentences. At the end of the dictionary there is a list of mathematical symbols used in the mathematical terminology included in this dictionary. Czech and French textbooks, dictionaries and French web sites focused on mathematics were used as the main sources of information. The Introduction of this thesis describes the process of creating the dictionary and the survey carried out at the Grammar school in Josefská Street, Prague. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Economic rights and the licensing agreement
Pevný, Jan ; Žikovská, Petra (advisor) ; Císařová, Zuzana (referee)
Property rights and the licensing agreement Nowadays copyright is more important than it ever used to be. Cause of this importance is the development of society and mainly new technologies of communication which emerged not long ago, particularly Internet. Copyright in the Czech republic is based on dualistic conception, thereby we distinguish moral rights of author from property rights of author (that is in accordance with Berne convention article 6 bis). In the Czech law only property rights may be subject of licensing agreement. In first chapters I deal with copyright in general. Its position in Czech law system and review of sources of law including international treaties and European directives. Furthermore, I define subject of copyright, thus author's work. Chapter concerning author's property rights serves as an introduction to chapter analyzing licensing agreement. This chapter provides list of author's exlusive property rights mentioned in copyright act with their basic characteristics. Emphasis is put on the right to use the work. The enumeration of rights to use the work is demonstrative, so there may exist also different rights. Eventually in this chapter, there is mentioned duration of economic rights. The most important part of my thesis is the last part, which is devoted to licensing...

Arbitration procedure in a domestic and international commercial intercourse
Mlčochová, Olga ; Pauknerová, Monika (advisor) ; Růžička, Květoslav (referee)
As a topic of my rigorous essay, I have chosen an issue of arbitration procedure in a domestic and international commercial intercourse. As I was working on my rigorous essay, at first, I wrote a short general information on international and domestic arbitration procedure, kinds of arbitration procedures, focused on institutional arbitration procedure and mentioned the most important arbitration courts as well. I have also assessed positive and negative aspects of arbitration procedure and named centres where international and domestic arbitrations are proceeded. I have also dealt an issue of submission (in the chapter 5, I have focused on a problem of making a valid submission, as there were some institutions in the past that were abusing arbitrary rights of clients they accused and violated arbitration law). I have also focused on arbitrability in general, how this is processed and the way some specific cases concerning e.g. labour law, Land registry inscription and exchange cases are solved using this method. Next, I have also analyzed the way other courts` decisions are accepted and executed and finally, I have also mentioned the newest arbitration method online arbitration. I have divided my rigorous essay into ten parts (including introduction, conclusion and list of literature I used for my essay)....

Introduction High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is modern instrumental method used mainly in analytical chemistry. Most used separation mode is reversed phase liquid chromatography (RP HPLC). This method is very useful because of high separation efficiency, reliability and wide choice of stationary phases with different selectivity. Most used stationary phases in RP HPLC are bonded phases, which have many advantages: good availability, wide application range, fast establishment of equilibrium and ability to...
