The diploma thesis deals with construction technological project of Aquacentre Kohoutovice. The thesis handles technological prescription of compact external cladding assembly including supporting structure. The thesis also includes assessment of transport itinerary, itemized budget with bill of quantities, design of site equipment, time and financial plan, construction schedule, machine assembly, control and test plan and safety and health care policy.

The subject of this thesis is the constructional technology project of Wellness Hotel Vista in Dolní Morava with focusing on selected technological stage. The main stage is the realization of supporting structure of the building – monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton. For this stage is prepared technological regulation, inspection and test plan and drawing of site equipment. In this work is solved timetable and financial plan for individual objects, health and safety at work, mechanical assemblies and project of site equipment. For the main object is processed itemized budget and a detailed timetable. The other part of this work includes the special technology of baffle panels – it means sound absorbers.

Bolt Tower Dolní Vítkovice - construction technology project

The diploma thesis is dealing with selected parts of construction technology project of extension Vysoká pec no. 1 in Ostrava – Vítkovice. This thesis contains detailed elaboration of technological specifications for the construction of structural steel superstructure. For this phase is treated with a draft of mechanical report, inspection and test plan, dealing with traffic routes and itemized budget. There is also processed a proposal of building equipment which is the same for the entire implementation extension of Vysoká pec, a situation of building equipment, technical report of the object, the timetable for the entire project, ecology, health and safety.

Pension for Seniors

This master's thesis describes the design of new pension for seniors on the outskirts of the city of Zlín. The new building is situated in flat terrain. The building has three floors and no basement. The purpose of master’s thesis is to build a building for residential flats with a special purpose, partly for residential social care and provision of health care to seniors and the nearby surroundings. The remaining part of the building consists of social, administrative and facilities. Two separate entrances lead to the object. Both are accessible from the eastern boundary of the property. Roofing is solved by single-flat roof.

The body culture phenomenon in czech special interests magazines

Body culture represents a typical example of sociological phenomenon which has been a subject of mass commercialization for nearly several decades. At certain stage of this process, new magazines of special interest were been created with focus on a specific concept of the physical culture. Their content coverage ranged from fitness, strength training, bodybuilding, health lifestyle, to physical exercise in general. The diploma thesis "The body culture phenomenon in Czech special interests magazines" aims to survey an origin and evolution of such magazines in the Czech Republic and tries to shed light on how physical culture represented by increasing popularity of fitness activities among general public had been reflected in this segment of media production. While analyzing three Czech magazines, Svět kulturistiky, FITNESS and MUSCLE&FITNESS, the thesis examines how the mass popularization and commercialization of physical culture have affected a content structure of the magazines. The research focuses on selection of topics, target audience, use of language and graphic design. Public Views on Fees and Some Other Measures in Healthcare - December 2016

In December 2016 Public Opinion Research Centre included a blok of questions connected to health care. One of the discussed topics was also health care measures in the Czech Republic. Questions focused mainly on charges for medication, doctor visit and stay in hospital. Next issue was connected to insurance and insurance company.

The thesis aims to determine the value of the company Mlékárna Hlinsko, a.s. at December 31st 2014 at the nett value. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic concepts and practices in the field of business valuation. In the practical part follows the introduction of the company in terms of its operations, history and ownership. The strategic analysis describes the current development of the market, its prediction and competitive position. This part continues with financial analysis, which aims to determine financial health of the company. On that basis, it is decided about the infinite duration of the company. There has been chosen yield valuation method. It continues with analysis and forecast of value drivers and a financial plan. It is followed by valuation itself.

Implementation and Absorption Capacity of EU funds in Tourism

The thesis aims to analyze European funds promoting tourism in the Czech Republic, and to assess the extent to which the Czech Republic was able to take advantage of this support. The intention is to introduce current possibilities of using EU funds and analyze how effective implementation was. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to regional policy and the instruments through which it is implemented. The second chapter deals with the Implementation process of EU funds at European and national level. The last chapter analyzes data focused on financial support to the tourism development in the period of 2007-2013, and 2014-2020.

Valuation of PEBAL s.r.o.

The thesis aims to determine the equity value of the company PEBAL s. r. o. as of January 1st 2016. It is not separated into theoretical and practical part, because it is considered as fake appraisal of an expert. That is the reason why the whole thesis is practical with occasional theoretical background explanations. In the first part there is basic information provided about the appraised company along with its characteristics. Then financial analysis is carried out which will provide an overall picture of financial health of the company along with determination of competitors. Followed by strategical analysis which deals with the market as whole and predicts its future development as well as development of sales of the valued company. The next part consists of analysing and predicting value drivers and the overall financial plan. Result of the last part is the valuation itself applying discounted cash flow (DCF) method using discounts rate calculated earlier in the chapter. The final chapter also contains market valuation using method of comparable companies along with Monte Carlo simulation, that provides probability distribution of the value of the company.

The goal of this Masters Thesis is to estimate the value of CZC.cz s.r.o. as of 31.12.2016. The goal of estimating the firm value is to evaluate its current financial health based on historical data, which are primarily gathered from the firm annual reports and other official sources. The next step after evaluating the firm current health is to model future financial results based on expert predictions to find out what economic value will the firm bring to its owners, or what is the price for investor to pay for gaining control over the firm. The Thesis contains of two parts: theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part explains terms, methods and instruments used in evaluation process. Practical part consits the results of analysis and comments, and the result of estimating the firm value based on Discounted Free Cash Flow method. The Thesis ends with conclusion, which summarizes the results of analysis and valuation.
