Title: Comparison of selected variables of the game performance in football. Work objectives: The main objectives of this dissertation is primarily a mutual comparison of two consecutive years of UEFA Champions League 2007/ 2008 and 2008/ 2009, where the greatest effort is to identify new and effective trends in training and scoring offensive action from the "open play", due to the ever improving defense systems and outline new methodological and didactic practices in the training process, which could help the current needs of modern football. After an accurate record of all the goals, all goals are evaluated and compared with the previous year. All goals are analyzed from two perspectives, in terms of quantity and quality. The former analysis follows the form of attacks, shooting technique, shooting method, the most common areas of shooting or shooting success due to the game time. Based on these quantitative data are then created interesting graphical illustrations. Qualitative analysis focuses on the breakdown of individual model offensive situations in terms gradual developing of attack and fast counter attack. Results: The results...

They include: creative thinking in learning of Ohm{\crq}s law, creative thinking in learning of Archimedes{\crq} principle, and creative thinking in application of knowledge of geometric optics.

Confidence in criminal justice and compliance in the Czech Republic
Homolová, Pavla ; Buriánek, Jiří (advisor) ; Podaná, Zuzana (referee)
The thesis is aimed at normative and instrumental aspects of compliance with the law and cooperation with the criminal justice system in the Czech society, namely trust in the police and criminal courts and their perceived legitimacy, personal morality and perceived risk of sanctions. Its purpose was to empirically verify the revised Tyler's procedural justice model of compliance as suggested by Jackson et al. (2011) within the Czech context. A review of literature on the topic implied potential constraints to validity of the model in the Czech society, mainly in respect to low levels of trust and legitimacy of the police and courts. Nevertheless, the empirical analysis based on structural equation modelling with use of two representative datasets (ESS Round 5 2010, Bezpečnostní rizika 1999) indicates trust in police procedural fairness to be - in contrast to fear of sanctions - a strong factor in predicting compliance. The obligation to obey the law shaped mainly by trust in procedural fairness and personal morality appear to be comparatively the most important predictors of compliance in the Czech Republic. The model was not significant in case of courts nor for the 1999 dataset, probably due to poor internal consistency of some constructs. Keywords confidence, legitimacy, criminal justice, compliance

When the source is wrong - corrections in the czech news agency's service and on the pages of the lidové noviny newspaper
Mojzešová, Tereza ; Trunečková, Ludmila (advisor) ; Osvaldová, Barbora (referee)
Every news medium makes mistakes. No matter if the origin of the mistake is the information source or the journalist, a trustworthy medium always notifies of the mistake and corrects it. This thesis deals with these corrections on the example of the Czech News Agency to represent the news agencies. The theoretical grounds for the thesis are: to define the demands of news coverage, to present the specifics of the news coverage by news agencies, to offer relatively complex analysis of the work with the sources of journalistic information. The application section of the thesis analyses the corrections as published in the Czech News Agency's service during the first three months of the 2011 calendar year. These corrections are categorized by several keys: by the nature of the corrected mistake, by the affiliation of the corrected mistake to the specific agency service and by the priority of the corrected mistake. The results of the analysis serve a practical purpose to journalists because they show them which type of corrections is the most common for a specific kind of the news coverage. I assume that the majority of mistakes is corrected (or at least that none of the types of mistakes and none of the kinds of the news coverage is neglected more often than the others when correcting the mistakes), and...

Modelling of toxic gases substituents on the model of the Old Town Square in Prague
Bezpalcová, Klára
The model of the place and its vicinity was manufactured, an atmospheric boundary layer in the appropriate scale (i.e. in scale 1:270, in which the model was manufactured) was created in the wind tunnel, and the climatology of the location was study in order to select prevailing wind directions in the frame of the experiment preparation. Also a flow visualization using a smoke generator and laser sheet was conducted. The concentration of the toxic gas substituents (propan and pentyl acetate) were measured in the location of the Old Town Square in Pargue for 4 different source locations (corner of the Pařížské street, Hus monument, City Hall tower a passage by U Prince) and for 5 prevailing wind directions (NW, WNW, W, WSW, SW).

Interactive website for teaching of functions at high school
Richter, Jaroslav
The thesis deals with the possibilities of using internet in teaching functions at high school. It is divided in two parts. The available web sites are the topic of the first part. Sites which were found are briefly described and evaluated. This portion concludes with a table providing the evaluation criteria for the sites. The second part of the thesis presents a new function-teaching web site. The features it covers include general function properties, linear function, quadratic function, absolute value function, exponential and logarithmic function, power function and linear rational function. Interactive elements are implemented as JAVA applets. The applets visualize how the particular coefficients affect the graphic course in a rule of function. Every chapter offers a test to check the attained knowledge.
