The air transportation and consumer rights

The thesis is focused on dynamically developing field of the air transportation. It is based on rights and duties of airlines and consumers. It is mapping the most important current law moves of Czech Republic which has been changed and agreed for a consumer protection. It describes consumer rights in the case of a flight delay and cancellation, refusal of entry on the plane and in the case of baggage problems. It also touches the issues of advertised price of plane tickets. It is followed by the analysis of current situation of the observance of consumer rights and their point of view on some controversial topics.

Zavedení regulačních poplatků ve zdravotnictví

Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá nejvíce diskutované opatření v rámci reformy zdravotnictví ministra MUDr. Tomáše Julínka ? zavedení regulačních poplatků u lékaře. Především se zabývá účelem použití tohoto opatření, tedy snahou zamezit nadměrnému plýtvání finančních prostředků ve zdravotnictví a zneužívání zdravotnických služeb ze strany pacientů. V teoretické části je jako příčina tohoto chování označena metoda financování zdravotní péče pomocí zdravotního pojištění a dále přiblížen koncept poplatků včetně jejich pozitivních a negativních důsledků. Analytická část demonstruje teoretické závěry o nadužívání v systému českého zdravotnictví a zkoumá konkrétní dopady poplatků zavedených na Slovensku v letech 2003 ? 2006.

Analýza vývoje aktivit instituce CzechTrade

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá jednou ze součástí proexportních opatření vlády,agenturou CzechTrade. Za cíl si klade zhodnotit téměř desetileté působení agentury a její efektivitu pro ČR. Popisuje začátky proexportní politiky po transformaci, předchůdce agentury CzechTrade a důvody jejího vzniku. Dále se práce zabývá obdobím od vzniku CzechTrade až do současnosti. Popisuje vývoj aktivit a poskytovaných služeb během devíti let. Další část je věnována srovnání určitých ukazatelů a skutečností v čase zpracovaných do grafů. Poslední kapitola se zabývá podobou CzechTrade dnes, jejím hodnocením ze strany zahraničních pracovníků, srovnáním s Evropskými proexportními organizacemi a pohledem do budoucna. V závěru je zhodnocena samotná efektivnost proexportní agentury pro ČR.

Kindergarten

The subject of my thesis is a project documentation of kindergarten in the land of the municipality Litovel. It is a two - storey detached house which disposal solution meets the conditions of operation of the building – the education of children aged from three to six years. There are classes for children aged three to four years and technical support for the school in the first floor. In the second floor there are two classes, one class for children aged four to five and second class for pre - school children and children with deferred schooling. Each department has a separate entrance, which is located on the north side. The constructive design of the system is designed from the POROTHERM system. The vertical rim of the structure of the first and second floor are bricked up wiith POROTHERM 44 T Profi dimension of 248 x 440 x 249 mm. Inside walls with POROTHERM 30 Profi, a wall between the rooms, and the food servery is of POROTHERM 30 Aku Profi dimension of 247 x 300 x 249 mm and internal masonry POROTHERM 11, 5 Profi dimension 497 x 115 x 249 mm. In the object there are used SDK pre-walls and ceilings Rigips 150 mm thickness. The ceiling is ceramo-concrete POROTHERM system (carrier beams Pot and cartridge Miako) 290 mm thickness. The vertical structure are obtained from internal and external parties plaster. The roof is designed as a green roof. The windows and the front door are designed in plastic with mahogany colour. Floor coverings are designed with regard to the use or operating rooms - the ceramic floor tiles or vinyl flooring. The operation of the school on the 1 st and 2. floor is linked with monolithic staircase. The outer surface layers are equipped with mineral coloured paint. Overindebtedness connected to consumer finance - possible solutions and suggested precaution

This thesis is mapping current situation in the area of consumer lending, shows main reasons and impacts of overindebtedness and also its connetion to consumer lending. The target is to suggest appropriate regulation to lower the rate of overindebtedness, that exists in this area due to the absence of regulation in the area of consumer lending in Czech republic. Suggested regulation insures higher consumer protection and compact rules for all the partcipants on the consumer lending market. It also collects complex information about clients and their debt ratio. It has advantages for all participants.

Opodstatněnost podpory a kroky k liberalizaci v českém zemědělství

Problematika přijetí reformních opatření v agrárním sektoru s ohledem na jeho specifika a cíle dané zemědělskou politikou státu. Práce poukazuje na velikost ochrany tohoto odvětví v integrované Evropě a na úsilí ze strany Světové obchodní organizace přispět k uvolňování trhu prostřednictvím liberalizace agrárního obchodu. Pozornost je zaměřena na situaci zemědělství a velikost podpor v České republice, přičemž jsou zmíněny dopady podpory a odhady vývoje sektoru včetně důsledků možných liberalizačních kroků. Poslední část je věnována Novému Zélandu, který je pro svoji úspěšnou reformu inspirujícím příkladem pro prosazení liberalizačních opatření v odvětví zemědělství.

Specifics of international road freight transport in specific area

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the German Act on the Regulation of a Minimum Wage, which affects Czech hauliers operating in Germany. First of all, macroeconomic and microeconomic issues in the field of road transport and of course the specifics of German Act (MILOG) are described. Secondly, the main effects of the law on business are analysed in case of the Czech haulier ¨Dítě Spedition s.r.o.¨ In the following, an increase in operating costs of the company according to the MILOG is calculated. Moreover, there is a prediction of potential scenarios in case of confirmation of legality of MILOG applying to the international road freight transport. In conclusion, the main arguments why the act is contrary to the basic principles of the single European market are explained.
