Vliv kulturních odlišností na obchodní spolupráci mezi ČR a Francií

Ve své bakalářské práci analyzuji, jak prostředí, ve kterém žijeme, může ovlivnit mezinárodní obchodní jednání, v tomto případě na příkladu Francie a České republiky. V první kapitole jsem se věnovala představení Francie, podávám zde především základní informace o teritoriu, demografické struktuře, politickém systému, ekonomice a postavení Francie v Evropské unii. V druhé kapitole přibližuji, jak může kulturní prostředí ovlivnit naše jednání, popisuji zde jednotlivá kulturní specifika a porovnávám kulturní dimenze v České republice a ve Francii podle Geerta Hofstede. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na obchodní protokol ve Francii a jeho zvláštnosti oproti obchodnímu protokolu v České republice. Čtvrtá, tedy poslední kapitola, monitoruje francouzsko-české vztahy jak v oblasti ekonomické, tak i mimo ní, již od 1. poloviny 20. století.

Consumers´ Law Protection in Medicine

The work focuses on consumer's problems in medicine, pacients's compensation and malpractice in practices. First part of this diploma work content theoretical part which shows the law system of compensation, fault and non -- fault liability in the Czech Republic. Health compensation is being huge and very expencive these days specially in the states of western Europe and USA. That is why the part of the work compares the law rules and system between Czech Republic, Germany and France. Because New Zealand has very unusual non -- fault system and the burden of proof doesn't bear the pacient but the hospital the comparision was made also with this country. This issue is also very interesting from the economic point of view. The whole analyses agrees on hypothesis: Consumers'law protection in medicin is comparable with EU and satisfactory.

First part of this graduation theses "Fundamental and technical analysis of the Telefonica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. equity" concern more about the teoretical approach of the characteristics of the company Telefonica O2, his competitors on the country level as well as on the regional level. This description should prepare the reader to know better the telecomunication sector. The second part is a empirical study. Primarily from the fundamental approach and then from the technical one. These two parts concern about discovering the "buy" os "sell" recommendation for a real investor. Each of the methods are first described and then a brief comment of the results is made.

The elements of Mudejar art

The Mudejar Art means the art of mudejars ( muslims who lived under the dominion of Christians), of moriscos (muslims which were forced to accept the baptism, but which staied secretly practising lslam) and ofthe other ethnic or religious groups which used their technics. Because it is realized outside of the lands of lslam, it is usually associated to the elements of the other religions and traditions and to their buildings. The Mudejar Art is limited to the Pyrenean Peninsula (Spain, Portugal) and their former colonies. The Spanish and French historians of art tended frequently to doubt about the Mudejar Art and his existence like independent style, the same name of this style was disputed and the other better was been looking for unsuccessefully. Maybe it was also because of the fragmentation total of the Mudejar Art, which in every area (Castile and León, Aragon, Toledo, Andalusia, the eastern zone etc.) has his specific character. Four materials have been considereted like typically mudejars (brick, wood, gypsum, ceramics). This definition, which was been accepted in the III. lnternational Symposy of Mudejarismo in Teruel, was in the first two cases doubted by Phi1ippe Araguas and Nuere Matauco, like his al1eged economicity. Objectives of presidencies of the Council of the EU

Each presidency presents its program of priorities before the beginning. In connection with the formulation of the priorities we can follow three different lines influencing the whole process: affairs within EU, affairs out of EU and last but not least the national priorities of individual member states. The target of this thesis is to present a general overview of EU presidencies in the period 2000-2008 and to demonstrate, that formulated priorities do not appear in the agendas of presidencies randomly, but reflect certain continuity in development of the integration process.

Detergents in the Living Environment

Detergenty jsou čistící nebo mycí prostředky. Jsou to mýdla nebo syntetické detergenty. Jejich účinnou složkou jsou tenzidy. Detergenty jsou chemické látky, jejichž produkce výrazně ovlivňuje kvalitu povrchových vod a tak i životního prostředí. Poměrně dlouho dobu byla otázka detergentů a jejich vlivu na všechny sféry a oblasti životního prostředí v podstatě neřešena. Až v posledních dvaceti letech si lidé uvědomili důležitost této otázky a dostala se do popředí mnoha ekologických jednání na mezinárodní sféře. V zájmu členských států Evropské unie i samotných průmyslových podniků je postupně produkci specifických složek detergentů (zejména fosfátů) omezovat tak, aby se zamezilo jejímu negativnímu působení na životní prostředí. Tyto snahy u nás velice podporuje také společnost CSDPA-České sdružení výrobců mýdla, pracích a čistících prostředků. Výsledkem těchto snah je mimo jiné formulace Zákona č. 258/2000 Sb. O ochraně veřejného zdraví a také Zákona č. 356/2003 Sb. O chemických látkách a chemických přípravcích. Tyto zákony platí od 1. 5. 2004, tedy od data přijetí ČR do EU. Obchod nehmotnými statky

Diplomová práce se zabývá úlohou transferu technologie ve světovém hospodářství. Ve své první části obsahuje shrnutí nejdůležitějších pojmů z oblasti nehmotných statků, práva průmyslového a duševního vlastnictví, včetně odkazů na příslušné zákony. Je vysvětleno, co je to patent na vynález, užitný vzor, průmyslový vzor a některé další výsledky tvůrčí činnosti v hospodářské oblasti, mimo jiné i podmínky jejich registrace. Následuje pasáž o institutu národní ochranné známky, označení původu výrobků, obchodní firmy a podnikových průmyslových práv. Další kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na samotnou směnu průmyslového vlastnictví, jednotlivé licenční smlouvy a jejich obchodní a cenovou problematiku. Druhá část je věnována ochraně průmyslového vlastnictví na mezinárodní scéně, jednotlivým úmluvám v této oblasti a zápisu mezinárodní ochranné známky dle Madridské dohody. Práce řeší též otázku harmonizace práva členských států Evropské unie s právem komunitárním a vytváření práv na úrovni Společenství v oblasti ochrany průmyslového vlastnictví, především se zaměřením na problematiku ochranné známky Společenství, včetně jejího zápisu a režimu právní ochrany.

This diploma thesis deals with the new building of hotel with restaurant in Ochoz u Brna. The building consists of three above-ground floors. On the first floor is a reception, a restaurant with hinterland and a technical room. The second and the third floor is designed to accommodate guests at the apartments. The object has a saddle roof with wooden truss and steel purlins. The apartments include loggia. The object is placed in slighty sloping terrain. There is no other object on the land parcel.

The screw conveyor of aggregate

This bachelor thesis deals with the conceptual design of horizontal screw conveyor for transportation of aggregate. The work consists of technical report and drawings. Technical report contains the calculation of main dimensions, selection of the drive, clutch and bearings, including stress analysis of functional parts. The drawings, which are based on model assembly processed in 3D CAD system, contains a drawing of the entire device, sub-assemblies of bearing seats and welding subassembly of trough.

Problémy aplikace japonského managementu v ČR

This graduation thesis' aim is to help reader realize and understand what makes Japanese companies, especially Japanese management style, so successful and competitive and what problems (challenges) may occur while applying the Japanese managerial techniques in the Czech Republic. Companies teaching and implementing Japanese managerial style were found and evaluated. While giving background information on Japanese economy and manners, basic description of chosen Japanese managerial techniques as well as examples of their usage in companies, the main idea is to find out what the prerequisites of successful implementation of Japanese managerial techniques are, how techniques can be implemented and consecutively describe possible obstacles at the application of the Japanese management in the companies outside Japan. The reason for looking for the prerequisites of successful implementation is the thought that not only managerial techniques themselves (their "technical side") are the key for success. It is also, and very importantly, the way how they are used. It is knowledge what "forces" are driving the success of the techniques. Therefore, in order to understand what the Japanese managerial techniques are and who the people developing and using them are about, I step by step gathered related information and in a summarized form wrote them in this thesis. Analyzing the information I was able to conclude that there are three prerequisites for successful implementation of Japanese managerial techniques. It is firstly a technical side of managerial techniques itself, secondly it is a psychological aspect (learning Japanese management also means learning pieces of Japanese culture and manners and only if that culture is understood and applied, techniques can show they full potential) and thirdly it is hard working.
