Preventive Program against Chicane for Elementary School
JURKOVÁ, Ivana
In my thesis I have focused on a bullying prevention programme in a primary school. The intention was to create a bullying prevention programme for the specific school. I would have achieved this by studying professional literature and analysing the current situation at the school. The thesis is divided into three sections. In the first section I have concentrated on clarifying concepts of bullying, characterising individuals involved and summarising the consequences which may have occurred. In the next section I have focused on bullying prevention outlining the methods and techniques used. I have included the institutions and legislative authorities for bullying prevention or when the bullying has already occurred. The last section is a summary of the school programme against bullying where I have described my interpolation of what the results could be including student?s diagnosis and evaluated further preventative methods. In the last part of the thesis based on my studies of professional literature and analysis the current situation of the specific school I have created the finalised programme for the specific school. The programme consists of thirteen key components, which should be included for its function. The preventive programme I will then introduce to the previously selected school.

Melková, Ludmila ; Vojtíšek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Mašát, Vladimír (advisor)

The objective of this thesis was to explain what psychosocial help is about, where the emphases lie and to summarize selected pieces of experience with helping the victims of mass accidents within the Czech Republic and describe and offer principles which would lead to improvements in the forms of this help.

The Importance of Timely Diagnosis of Dyscalculia
Adamovská, Dita ; Stolařová, Jaroslava (advisor) ; Počtová, Lenka (referee)
The bachelor work is focused on diagnosing dyscalculia. Its aim is to highlight the consequences of the late diagnosis of dyscalculia for a child and its relatives. The work includes information about dyscalculia, its diagnosis and teaching methods. The work contains five cases of late diagnosing of dyscalculia, case studies, an evaluation of the consequences of the late diagnosis for the child and its relatives. There is also a comparison of the differences in the development of the child with early and late diagnosed dyscalculia and outlined remedies. The work includes the research about the awareness of dyscalculia and an information availability about it. There is a research of a frequency of the term dyslexia vs. dyscalculia in contemporary mass media too. The aim is to notice the lack of awareness of dyscalculia among teachers and non-teaching public, a summary outlining the implications and potential sources of improvement.

Use of Scientific Exegesis in Lectio Divina: Mark 5:21-43
Minář, Petr ; Brož, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Hřebík, Josef (referee)
DONATION OF THE NEW LIFE - Mark: 5,21-43 Use of the Scientific Exegesis in Lectio Divina This study presents applicability of results of the biblical sciences on the field of spirituality and practical spiritual life, how they are used in the method of reading the Bible - lectio divina. It also discovers connections among biblical different biblical texts as they are used in the Christian liturgy, concretely in the order of the readings for the Mass. The structure of the study is based on full literary analysis of Mark 5:21-43 and demonstrates how it can be used in singular parts of lectio divina. The introduction of the study characterizes and describes the method of spiritual reading and methods of biblical sciences. The conclusion notices application of the methods of the scientific exegesis in practical spiritual life and in liturgy. The last part also describes context of the Christian liturgy and lectio divina. Prefabricated houding estates today - Jižní město (Southern Town) through the eyes of two generations of its first inhabitants
Barvíková, Jana ; Illner, Michal (advisor) ; Temelová, Jana (referee) ; Maier, Karel (referee)
Prefabricated housing estates today - Jižní Město (Southern Town) through the eyes of two generations of its first inhabitants The current state and possible development of prefabricated housing estates is a very serious issue and there are many blank spaces on the present knowledge map that have not been investigated yet, as well as questions that have not been answered yet. At the same time, prefabricated housing estates in the Czech Republic represent an issue on which most of the general as well as professional public (across the impacted fields) has a clear opinion, which is frequently quite firm, even though they may have no -- or only minimal -- personal or professional experience with the environment. The fact that the real situation at the housing estates may be quite different from the image of housing estates perceived from the outside -- as presented by the media and viewed by "outsiders" that do not live in housing estates and do not actually know that much about them, except how the housing estates come across physically and what feelings and notions they evoke in them -- is the basic hypothesis that is tested in this thesis. This hypothesis is based on findings from domestic research as well as research from abroad that in contrast to the problematic reputation -- respectively image -- that...

Applications of capillary electrophoresis in life sciences
Křížek, Tomáš ; Coufal, Pavel (advisor) ; Pacáková, Věra (referee) ; Tůma, Petr (referee)
Tomáš Křížek: Applications of Capillary Electrophoresis in Life Sciences (Dissertation thesis) ABSTRACT This thesis is focused on the applications of capillary electrophoresis in two important areas of life sciences, proteomics and enzyme assays. In the first part, Pluronic F-127 copolymer was studied as a sieving matrix for proteomic applications of capillary gel electrophoresis. The effect of thermoassociation of Pluronic F-127 on the separation selectivity was investigated and no difference in selectivity of the separation below, inside and above the thermoassociation temperature region was observed. The performance of Pluronic F-127 in capillary gel electrophoresis was compared with dextran as a commonly used sieving matrix. The results showed, that Pluronic F-127 offers superior performance for low-molecular-mass proteins because it provides higher separation power than dextran with significantly lower viscosity of the background electrolyte. The lower viscosity makes the polymer easier to replace after each analysis, which leads to remarkably higher repeatability of the experiments. On the other hand, dextran, due to its higher viscosity, was shown to be more convenient for separations of protein digests, where extremely high separation efficiency is required. The second part focuses on...
