V úvodní kapitole se zabývám konkurencí, jejím obecným pojetím a funkcí. V ekonomickém pojetí konkurence zmiňuji názory "klasiků" ekonomie Adama Smithe a Karla Marxe na konkurenci, kteří ji pojímají jako "střet kapitálu". V textu dále uvádím mikroekonomické dichotomie konkurence- dokonalou a nedokonalou konkurenci a její formy, a konkurenci cenovou a necenovou. Zmiňuji též mikroekonomickou diferenciaci konkurence podle trhu, na kterém ke konkurenčnímu boji dochází, tedy konkurenci mezi nabídkou a poptávkou, trh na straně poptávky (trh výrobce) a na straně nabídky (trh spotřebitele). Na závěr kapitoly uvádím manažerské pojetí konkurence, užívané v praxi. Analyzuji konkurenci na základě Porterovy teorie konkurenčních sil, kterou rozšiřuji o současný pohled na konkurenci v odvětví (podnikatelské oblasti) od J .Jiráska. Druhá část kapitoly seznamuje čtenáře s vývojovými formami konkurence, jak se postupně rozšiřoval její dosah. Uvádím zde konkurenci meziodvětvovou, produktovou, národní, mezinárodní, globální a alianční. V rámci mezinárodní konkurence připomínám teorii komparativních výhod. Závěrem kapitoly rozebírám současnou podobu konkurence, tzv. superkonkurenci. V další kapitole definuji, co je to konkurenceschopnost a všímám si jí na úrovni států a firem. Eric Voegelin's Thought of Order

The topic of this work was to discuss the question of order from the standpoint of Eric Voegelin. (Political) order is not understood as an artificial man-made construct, but as an intelligible structure of the whole, which is to be attuned to. Disastrous experiences of the last century led Voegelin to the attempt at rediscovery of the science of order: politiké epistemé. To this end he pursued a detailed study concerning history, i.e. the subject in which he hoped to find structures of order and, in particular, the experience of order in soul of man. Therefore it is possible -in his view- to reflect on political order adequately only after we have attended to philosophical anthropology which should facilitate the detection of constants of human nature. These appear against a background of unexceeded tension between poles of God and man. In the first chapter of the main part, I discuss the relationship between the human and transcendent pole and I try to clarify Voegelin's conception of metaxy (also participation of the human on the transcendent pole). In the following chapter, I pursue the theoretical and pragmatic consequences arising for the political order, whose goal is the preservation of man, society, and good life. Evaluation of Investment into Brownfield Redevelopment in Prague

This Master's Thesis deals with the evaluation of investment into residential redevelopment of a former Libeň's harbour in Prague. The Thesis' aim is to decide whether the planned project creates enough profit and to find what is the maximum price the developer should be willing to pay for the land. The theoretical part focuses on key words definition, specification of investment decisions and describes evaluation methods including the definition of input parameters. The practical part includes strategic analysis evaluating macroeconomic situation of Czech republic, Prague's real estate market and describing the forces, which determine the competitive environment of the project. The investment evaluation is based on the data ascertained in strategic analysis using the methods described in the theoretical part. The risk analysis is finally applied on the evaluation methods' results.

Cyberbullying in society

The diploma thesis called " Cyber - bullying in Society" deals with this phenomenon and there Ialso mentioned its related problems such as cyberstallking, luring, video clips, where agressors torture thein victims. My aim is to inform the public with this topical phenomenon.I focus on its types, who the attacker is in these forms of bullying nad who becomes a victim. Additionally, I describe the divisor of cyber-aggresors, the effects on cyber.bullying victims and how the victims can be helped. In the practical part I analyse a case study of a girl, who I met and who became a cyber-bullying victim. I also describe the offender of this crime, I try to define with the help of a professional the investigatoin and subsequent capture of the cyber-aggresor by Czech police. Furthemore I džine the specific development of cyber-bullying in a sekond case and steps taken by the girl's school in order to capture cyber-aggresors and subsequently punisch them. From the analysis case studies I learned that she was tiny and at last kyberšikanována girl Hana (14 ), pupil one Prague ZŠ. The girl was in school the new, because she's out of the original school, to which she didn't like and she was in her bad favor. Důvěryhodnost informací s akcentem na vliv internetu

Práce se zabývá duveryhodností informací a jejím hodnocením. Uvádí postupy a kritéria, podle nichž by mela být duveryhodnost overována, a která by mela prispet k jejímu overování, a to predevším na internetu. Ten je jako médium v soucasnosti nejvetším zdrojem informací a k jejich vyhledávání je nejcasteji využíván. Cílem práce, je také poukázat na nekteré konkrétní služby a zdroje, se kterými se lze na internetu setkat, nastínit cestu, kterou by se mel ubírat vývoj v oblasti hodnocení duveryhodnosti informací, a poukázat na role, jaké by meli v tomto procesu zastávat informacní pracovníci a bežní uživatelé.

This year’s first issue of Global Economic Outlook presents the regular monthly overview of recent and expected developments in selected territories, focusing on key economic variables: inflation, GDP growth, leading indicators, interest rates, exchange rates and commodity prices. Starting with this issue, our regular monitoring will include the United Kingdom, due not least to one of the most keenly awaited events of this year: the actual start of Brexit. In this issue, our analysis focuses on one of the most discussed phenomena of the day –the decline in equilibrium real interest rates in the global economy. We present two theories –one that attributes the phenomenon of low interest rates to structural changes and speaks in favour of a permanent decline in rates, and another arguing that the fall is temporary and based on cyclical swings caused mainly by the financial cycle.

Tourist Destination Value - Dolní Poohří

The Master Thesis deal with evaluation of domestic tourism in the destination Dolní Poohří located in Usti region. Destination Dolní Poohří was defined within the project called Brána do Čech. The aim of this thesis is to determine the potential of tourism in the destination Dolní Poohří and its attractivity for domestic visitors and tourists. Subsequently evaluate if destination Dolní Poohří has a potential to growth and describe development of attractivity in the tourist destination for domestic visitors. To achieve the goals of the thesis was the following methods applied. The method of evaluating the potential of the tourist destination designed by RNDr. Jan Bína, the method ATD, which described RNDr. Jiří Vaníček in his article in the magazine COT Business and the index of destination quality Q, which used in their research Ing. Ida Vajčnerová, Ph.D and Ing. Kateřina Ryglová, Ph.D. Essential data used with above analyzing methods are obtained from the questionnaire survey, which was made during summer season in year 2016 and from a public database of Czech Statistical Office.

Použitelnost technických indikátorů na českém akciovém trhu

Diplomová práce se zabývá použitelností technických indikátorů jako jedné z metod technické analýzy na českém akciovém trhu. Postupně rozebírá vybraných sedm technických indikátorů, které jsou aplikovány na vybraných sedm akciových kurzů. Cílem bylo, vedle přiblížení a charakteristiky českého akciového trhu a konkrétních jednotlivých metod technické analýzy, zejména zjištění a závěrečné konstatování, zda se aplikované indikátory výnosově osvědčily při načasování nákupů a prodejů jednotlivých akciových titulů. K tomuto účelu byly zkonstruovány tři typy výnosových měr a také celý systém hodnocení sledující navazující charakteristiky jednotlivých aplikací. Český akciový trh zde byl reprezentován Burzou cenných papírů Praha a.s. a jejím nejlikvidnějším a nejobjemnějším segmentem SPAD.

Spinoza's Ethics Karel Kukla Spinoza's Ethics is practical instruction to a change of ethical thinking. It is a true reflexive Metod. We cannot think a compassion if we don't understand it. Author challenges us to the change of ethical thinking and refers to Spinoza's Ethics, which he introduces to a contemporary reader in an intuitive fashion. Summary of this ethical interpretation as follows: Everything is a part of our body, expressions are necessarily part of the whole. Atribute of thinking has essential role. It enables our intellect to comprehend these expressions and resign in a sense of active ability to reduce our lusts and affects. The third intuitive degree of comprehension directed to God comes out of honest resignation of intellectual comprehension. It comes out of honest self-understanding. Spinoza's Ethics is such a deep and breath-taking exploration of our human heart. It contains appealing ethical reference. It calls for unity and understanding. It leads people out of slavery. Out of thought captivity which is to think or believe we are free. Out of the real slavery he sets us free from the bond of uncontrollable lusts and confused ideas. The question is whether or not we are interested in it. Spinoza's Ethics means a practical life under way of eternity.
