Název práce: Motorická yýkonnost závodníků Muay-Thai Title: Motor performance ofMuay-Thai competitors Cíl práce: Cílem diplomové práce je na základě standardizované baterie obecných motorických testů porovnat obecnou motorickou výkonnost závodníků Muay - Thai (Thajského boxu) a posoudit vliv této motorické výkonnosti na výkonnost specifickou. Metoda: Všichni závodníci byli měřeni stejnou baterií testů. Použitá baterie testů obsahuje: člunkový běh 4x10m, počet shybů, leh/sed za lmin., skok daleký z místa, hloubka předklonu v sedě a chytání padající tyče. Výsledky: Osvětlují význam motorické výkonnosti na celkovém sportovním výkonu v Muay-thai. Tato práce přispívá k usměrnění tréninkového procesu ve sportovních oddílech i státní reprezentaci. The study of gamma-ray bursts detected by satellite RHESSI
Řípa, Jakub ; Mészáros, Attila (advisor) ; Karas, Vladimír (referee)
The beginning of the theoretical section of this diploma thesis is pointed to a discovery of the gamma-ray bursts. Then it is pointed to a brief historical summary of the different instruments dedicated to the GRB's field. Because the main aim of this work is the basic analysis and the classifying of the observed gamma-ray bursts by RHESSI solar satellite (which has observed more than 220 GRBs yet), a technical description of this instrument is introduced. It is followed by a part about gamma-ray production mechanisms. In this work there are also mentioned some related gamma-ray sources e.g. SGRs. The theoretical résumé is concluded by the description of the GRB's afterglows and some preferred models of their origins. In the proper study there was done the morphological classifying of the GRB's temporal profiles. Next there was studied the duration distribution with orientation to determine number of the subclasses using lognormal fits and the 2 test. Distribution of the radial distances of the gamma-ray sources can be examined by the log N vs. log P. dependence. The results are properly discussed and compared with the results of the BATSE instrument (including the V/Vmax test). In the final stage of this work, there is argued the dependence between the hardness ratios and the durations.

Paddling technique and race strategy for K41000 m Aim: 1. Give complete information on proper execution kajakářského shot while riding Kayak Four. Trace the second best tactics to track 1000m, used representational Kayak Four crews in top international competitions. A method: ad 1. Qualitative overview of knowledge in the art of paddling a kayak. Description shot exploded basic phases. Synthesis of practical and theoretical knowledge discipline of K4. Ad 2. Analysis, the subject of which is a set of results top world races levels. We define variants waveform rate, that affect the explicit transformation (order ships in goal) and we find the relationship to the quality of results achieved various options strategies. Results ad 2 shows the most frequently used options strategies used in the discipline K4 1000 meters the world's best crews in recent years. Analysis of stability in alpine disciplines by children
Niklas, Martin ; Süss, Vladimír (referee) ; Matošková, Petra (advisor)
Thesis title: Analysis of stability in alpine disciplines by children Goal of the thesis: The aim of this work is comparison the level of postural stability in a group of efficiency skiers and students with selected indicators of postural stability (the total length of trajectory and speed of deflection in the sagittal and lateral direction). Method: To test the ability of balance were first selected two files, a group of efficiency skiers and students. During the test was used method called stabilometry. Results: The test results showed higher level of postural stability by all monitored indicators by the group of skiers, except the velocity deflection in the sagittal direction with eyes closed. In most cases was also evident the deterioration of all observed indicators of postural stability in all tests with eyes closed, compared to the tests with eyes open. Comparison of levels of physical load during selected swimming techniques with and without clothes
Thiel, Dan ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor) ; Maršálek, Kamil (referee)
1 ABSTRACT Title Comparison of levels of physical load during selected swimming techniques with and without clothes. Purposes My work compares particular swimming styles with or without army suits worn by Armed Forces of the Czech Republic focusing especially on physical effects on a human organism. The goal of my work is to find out the best and the most useful swimming style for the military swiming. Methods This is an observational type of quantitative research. Implemented using the intra-individual comparative analysis on a sample of two diferently swimming skilled probands. The measurement is made in the pool with a counter in the FLUM facility at faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University. The compared swimming styles are breast swimming with head above water, crawl, rescue backstroke and swimming on the side. Results The results compare levels of physical demands utilised swimming techniques while swimming with clothes and in swimwear. They contrast the physical demands based on heart rate. The results show a difference in performing the same activity in clothes and in swimwear. Breast with head above water was the best of both probands when compared heart rate in swimming in clothes. When comparing the changes in heart rate with the difference between swimming in clothes and...

Analysis of the pension systems of Czech Republic and Slovak Republic and their comparison in the years 1993-2015
Kovanda, Dominik ; Zeman, Martin (advisor) ; Bartůsková, Lucia (referee)
The aim of this thesis is the analysis of pension systems in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The result of this analysis is the evaluation and comparison of these systems and their functionality for the needs of present and future generations of retired people. In 2016, the second pillar of the pension system in the Czech Republic was cancelled. This pillar was established in 2013. Its creation and existence was deemed unsuccessful. In contrast with the Slovak system where the second pillar operates eleven years and has a large number of participants. Theories of causes of failure of the second pillar in the Czech Republic in the last year came up a lot. The importance of initial conditions of the other pillars in the pension system before the reform was crucial for the success of the new, now canceled that second pillar. The theoretical part of thesis studies social policy, its divisions and implementation. Subsequently there are descriptions of general models of pension systems, their financing methods and possibilities of implementation. The practical part analyzes the historical development and current form of pension systems in the Czech and Slovak Republics. It also describes ways of contribution, profiles of participants, payment options and risks of individual pillars. At the end of the practical part is the comparison of both systems, with projections of possible developments in the future.

TITLE: Self-evaluation in terms of nursery management AUTHOR: Vaclava Čmolíková DEPARTMENT Charles University in Prague, college of education School Management Centre SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Vera Fantová ABSTRACT: The aim of this study was to provide an overview of access of nursery schools to self- evaluation from a management perspective, compare the reality in nursery schools and units of the merged primary and nursery schools in the realization of self- evaluation and adopted measures, which are based on the self-evaluation report. In the theoretical section there are reported some basic terms related to self-evaluation, school management and the legislative framework. The subject of the research was to map how the managers of individual schools and units of the merged primary and nursery schools evaluate an area of the management. The result is a summarization of approach to school self- evaluation procedures in view of schools, which points to continuing problems in the evaluation of management of nursary schools and which opens a new way to understanding and doing self-evaluation more effective in the area of nursary schools.
