NÁZEV: Autoevaluace mateřské školy z pohledu řízení AUTOR: Václava Čmolíková KATEDRA (ÚSTAV) Pedagogická fakulta Centrum školského managementu VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: PhDr. Věra Fantová ABSTRAKT: Cílem této práce bylo podat přehled o přístupu mateřských škol k autoevaluaci z pohledu řízení, porovnat realitu v mateřských školách a sloučených celků základních a mateřských škol jak v oblasti realizace autoevaluace, tak i přijímaných opatření, která vycházejí ze zprávy vlastního hodnocení. V teoretické části jsou zaznamenány některé základní termíny týkající se autoevaluace, řízení školy a legislativního rámce. Předmětem výzkumného šetření bylo zmapovat, jakým způsobem vedoucí pracovníci samostatných mateřských škol a sloučených celků základních a mateřských škol, oblast řízení vyhodnocují. Výsledkem je sumarizace přístupu škol k autoevaluaci řízení, která poukazuje na přetrvávající problémy v procesu hodnocení řízení mateřských škol a pootevírá cestu k poznání a zefektivnění autoevaluace v oblasti řízení mateřské školy. In the theoretical section there are reported some basic terms related to self-evaluation, school management and the legislative framework. The subject of the research was to map how the managers of individual schools and units of the merged primary and nursery schools evaluate an area of the management. The result is a summarization of approach to school self- evaluation procedures in view of schools, which points to continuing problems in the evaluation of management of nursary schools and which opens a new way to understanding and doing self-evaluation more effective in the area of nursary schools.
