Vilčková, Stanislava ; Hanušová, Marie (advisor) ; Jana, Jana (referee)
The bachelor´s thesis deals with the problem of burnout syndrom of teachers on secondary schools. The aim of this thesis was find out dependence of burnout syndrome on several factors, they are the age, the pedagogic practice, the type of secondary school, the number of pupils in the class and the number of pupils with special educational needs in class. It was used questionnaire method and individual talks with teachers on secondary schools for findings of experimental aids. Resultes shew, that measure of burnout syndrome don´t depends of age nor on longitude pedagogic practice, while number of pupils depends. Influence of number of pupils with special educational needs wasn´t evidenced. The reason was low number of respondents which haven´t this pupils in the class. Burnout syndrome arise on long term stress and presence is very individual for each teacher. There aren´t guaranteed methods how to stop development of this syndrome. Tolerance depends on several factors which are personal charakteristics, skills manage of stress, influence environs, type of profession. Preventive step is to be well- informed about burnout syndrome and know how it rise and which are it´s phases.

Strategic analysis and its application in business
Derenchuk, Anastasia ; Kovář, František (advisor) ; Dvořák, Jiří (referee)
The aim of the master thesis is to create an optimal strategy for the future development of the selected firm, based on its strategic analysis and application of acquired theoretical economic knowledge in the specific business plan. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the main concepts and describes different analyses, which are then used in the practical part and lead to a final choice of a particular strategy, as well as give the basic information about the business plan, its structure and content. The practical part analyses the internal and external business environment. The information from each type of analysis is used to create the SWOT analysis. Based on the results of these analyses, the idea of the future company development has been elaborated, which is related to the above-mentioned mission and vision, and an appropriate strategy has been selected. As a result, the practical part presents a specific and realistic business plan for the changes to be made in the already existing beauty salon "ALLURE".

The 2008 crisis and the response of France in the European context
Giusiano, Grégoire ; Maitah, Mansoor (advisor) ; Anna, Anna (referee)
The objective of this thesis is to analyze what have been the impacts of the 2008 financial crisis in France and what were the direct reactions of the government to it. This analysis would be put in perspective by comparing it to the policies taken by various European neighbors. In the first part we analyze the cause of the crisis bubble-burst cycle and more precisely of the financial crisis. We conclude that a financial crisis comes from an accumulation of debt badly invest. We then study the example of the crisis of 1929 and the measure taken by the American government during the Great Depression through the New Deal. We explain that the measures not only planned on distributing money for the demand but set people to work and reformed the general economic environment. After studying the crisis of 2008 in the United State we see that even if the crisis began in the financial sector, its repercussion were felt on the entire economy. In the second part we analyze the main economic trends of France since World War Two. We will see that after thirty years of high growth and social development, the country was for thirty years on a downward trend of the economic development. We will study the case of unemployment, which is representative of the politic and economic system of France. We will realize that the different governments do not seem to be able to reform the country through sustainable measures that go beyond the impact of the announcement itself. We will then analyze the first effects of the crisis on the French economy to conclude that it resulted in the worsening of all the main macro-economic indexes, with the deepening of the debt and the development of a recession. We will then be able to compare those results to three major indexes of two other Europeans countries: the Czech Republic and Germany. We will see that those two countries, due to the importance of exportations on their national economies, and in the case of the Czech Republic, the importance of Germany, suffered more, in proportion, compared to France. In the third part we will study the measures taken by the French government in the aftermath of the crisis and the effects of those measures. We will see that if they plan to support the country through the help to the companies, the measure lack of long term planning. They are short terms measures that helped the country pass the worst of the crisis, but with long lasting effects on the country's debt. We will then compare them to the measures taken by the United Kingdom and Germany. Those two country are interesting to study since the British government made the choice of mainly directly supporting the consumption and Germany, with the largest European stimulus package was acting on all fronts. We will conclude that the main result for the two countries are the growing debt in percentage of GDP, but also that the long term effects are more taken into account in those two plans.

The effect of water stress on the content of monosaccharides in potato tubers
Podhorecká, Klára ; Orsák, Matyáš (advisor) ; Hnilička, František (referee)
Bachelor thesis is focused on monitoring of influence on selected metabolites, especially monosaccharides. The first part is devoted to short characterization of potatoes, therefore the importance of this crop, morphology, cultivation and also are described demands of potatoes on environment and nutrition. In the next section is detailed discussed problems of the chemical composition of tubers with a focusing on carbohydrates. Potatoes are globally consumed and are popular source of carbohydrates. Potatoes are rich in vitamins also, especially in vitamin C, B3 and B6. Potatoes contain a high content of minerals, especially potassium and magnesium, too. As another substances are in potatoes colorants, antioxidants, phenolic and related substances, proteins, and small amount of lipids. It is noted that proteins of the potato tuber are ranked among nutritionally valuable proteins of vegetable origin. Among this proteins is ranked Patatin, which is considered to be a major reserve protein and it is placed in the vacuoles. Substances, which has a negative effect on the human body are called Glycoalkaloids the opposite. Glykoalkaloids are synthesized by plants of the family Solanaceae. The most significant substances in potatoes are alfa-solanine and alfa-chaconine. Value of tubers is primarily determined by their chemical composition, which forms food and raw materials. The contents of sugars in the tubers are relatively low (0,5 % of the original mass), and even though their contents are important both in aspect of manufacturing and in sensory aspect. The main reducing monosaccharides are ranked glucose and fructose, typically with a concentration of 0,15 - 1,5 %. The sugar content significantly affects internal and external quality characteristics especially fried products. Several studies confirm that the accumulation of carbohydrates might help resist extreme stress conditions, especially low temperatures, salinity and water deficiency. In the next chapter is created summary of stress conditions effects on plants with focusing on potatoes. In plants we can talk about stress, if variability of negative environmental factors exceeds a certain limit. The main theme and also the most limiting factor is deficiency of water in other words water stress. Also were mentioned other factors abiotic and biotic factors marginally. By effects of stress reaction is created a specific level of adaptive skills. Temporarily it can lead to acclimatization, which increasing the resistance to abiotic stressors. Most of plants are trying to establish the tolerance to stress. In this Chapter were also described changes during storage and during heat treatments of potato, which leads to an undesirable darkening of the tubers. Excessive levels of reducing sugars cause unacceptable browning of fried products. In the last chapter is described selected methods of determining carbohydrates. These methods are based on reducing properties of sugars, on their condensing reactions by color, measurement of optical activity, measurement of refractive index, separation methods and others. The methodic of work clarifies the determination of reducing monosaccharides (glucose, fructose), sucrose by the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in four selected varieties of potatoes from harvest of 2015.

On Some significant aspects of growing L1 communicative competence
Klikarová, Helena ; Červinková Poesová, Kristýna (referee) ; Pípalová, Renata (advisor)
The main purpose of the thesis was to investigate the role of the age factor in discourse and to observe some significant aspects of the growing LI communicative competence in children. The analysis was based on a corpus consisting of audio recordings of adult-child interactions in the primary school environment. The interactions involved pupils of different ages and their teachers. The children formed three age groups according to their grade. They were pupils of the first, third and fifth grade; that is to say they were mostly seven, nine and eleven years old. The recording took place in Barnes Elementary School in Beaverton, Oregon, USA, during two weeks in May, 2006. Although the school staff was very helpful and open to the project, there were factors that made it rather complicated (see also 1.3). Firstly, the time period of two weeks was a short time to obtain enough material for a large-scale research project. Moreover, the school schedule included many activities such as field trips or theatre performances, which even further reduced the time aimed for recording. Secondly, the school was a noisy place, which caused certain passages of the recordings to be unintelligible. Thirdly, young children from the first grade were sometimes shy and reluctant to talk, so their speech was inaudible and thus...

Gitana between tradition and present times. (The position of women in particular communities of Catalan Gitanos in French Perpignan and environs)

The beer and the pubs in culture of Czech society
Soudková, Jitka ; Matějů, Martin (advisor) ; Czumalo, Vladimír (referee)
The object of our dissertation is to explore and specify the particular role that beer plays in the Czech culture. It also addresses its historical, social, cultural, and local development. We aimed to examine the function of beer and its cultural configuration; its setting and significance in cultural and social system; and its influence on behavior and experience of individuals. Furthermore, we have focused on both cultural;historical transformation of beer consumption on the Czech historical territory and drinking public spaces - pubs - as active cultural and social institutions. We regard pubs as places where pro;social and reciprocal behavior is accepted and active social interactions are expected to happen. Moreover, we are concerned with claim that roots of Czech national enlightenment lay in rural environment of village inns where Czech language was still widely spoken and preserved. In addition, we describe and assess a development of the brewing industry and related institutions; the status of so;called "barfly" as a particular social and cultural category. Last but not least we mention the gender problematic. In past, it was highly socially inadmissible for women to enter the pub without being accompanied by male counterpart. Therefore, we focused on this matter using heuristic and compilatory...
