Tourism and recreation in selected area of Šumava mountains and its foothills
JANEČEK, Petr
The described area has potential for tourism development. Essentially, this is a potential of natural origin. Majority of the location has a high potentiality for tourism. It is represented by the the above mentioned possibilities of natural and cultural places that attracks visitors . Complex potential occurs in the village Velhartice and Kašperské Mountain, which is known for its historical sights. Other historical attractions are located in a few other locations. They they are used well and they complement the range of natural attractions. Tourism-attractive sites of interest are very unevenly located across the area. These differences in location can be partially reduced by new attractions, which will focuse on the fun element. Another way to reduce inequality would be the emergence of educational tourism and thematic trails. Considerating the offer and demand; and the segment of customers on the market of tourism, we come up with the know-how that could be used for marketing and sales promotions; or the creation of business plans. The results of this work could be used by people working in the Destination management, aimed at creating and developing menu of activities for participants of tourism in these regions. The information obtained can offer additional work that will deepen the achieved interim results.

The intention of Love Gifts in the Metamorphose of Tradition and Present
Navrátilová, Alexandra
The author uses both historical material as well as a present day research to describe the meaning these gifts were given by symbolic systems of both tradition and the present for gender and sociocultural communication of men and women. The first part of the article describes the notions related to love gifts in the traditional cultural stereotype, recorded in the ethnographic sources from Bohemia and Moravia from 19th and 20th centuries. The characteristic features of traditional love gifts are then confronted with outcome of some original research by the author. The research was conducted in 2006 at selected places among high-scholl and vocational school youth, age of 15-19. The gifts that materialize symbolism of love show its coexistence with modern mentalities that are already distant to symbolic systems of traditional communities.

Firstly it is a piece of literature, chosen according to the coming around topic in the lessons of the Czech language and literature in the appointed year. Secondly it is visual art, which appears here in two levels ? as inspiration taken from one particular period of history of art, identical with the literary work, and as creation itself , using specific art techniques (mostly of modern and contemporary art). Last but not least it exploits methods of drama education, that define basic arrangement of the whole workshop. One of the main objectives is to reduce crisis of fine art expression which becomes evident during the period of adolescence.
