Topic of diploma thesis is new building of football club facility in Šternberk. This thesis should fully cover all the requirements for documentation for building construction. Object is designed as a three storey building, basement included. Just half of the basement is actually in contact with the soil. There is also tribune designed from prefabricated elements connected to the building as a part of the project. The whole building is designed as a masonry building from Porotherm system with external wall from thermo insulation blocks, monolithic ceilings and the flat roof. The basement floor is design for thy gym and facilities connected to that such as dressing rooms, showers, toilets, sauna, jacuzzi and massages. You can find reception, buffet with the toilets and the dressing rooms for home team, away team and referees on the first floor. The second floor is divided to two parts. One as apartment and the second as administrative part for the club management.

"Vítání občánků": Social Analysis of a Czech Baby-Welcoming Ceremony

Vítání občánků which translates to "Welcoming of Little Citizens" is a rite of passage celebrated by Czech parents with newborns at their local town or city council. It was invented during the Communist era with the aim of replacing baptism. A reason for its continued popularity even after the shift to democracy is its function as a rite of passage at a difficult life situation but also its successful re-invention. Transition to parenthood is difficult in contemporary society due to high societal expectations of parents as well as contradictory ideals. Rite of passage helps ease the transition for the parents, but it also involves the broader community and the newborn. In addition, it puts one's life journey into a bigger perspective and provides a platform for a family gathering and for using symbolic language. Both its invention and re-invention were done by inducing a sense of continuity via elements invoking past traditions and universal values. Thanks to that, the desired new meanings and values have been accepted by the public. A crucial role in the (re)inventing process has been played by a so-called institutional entrepreneur, an actor who has the skills, resources and motivation to achieve it. Talent management field of education

The thesis focuses on a specific area of management, namely talent management in regional education. The thesis asks questions such as who is a talented worker, is talent welcome in the school environment, what methods do school principals use in talent management, what problems do they face and how do they try to prevent them? The first half of the thesis is dedicated to the theoretical grounding of the concepts of giftedness and talent, including the differentiation of giftedness from talent through Gagne's 2020 model, then the concept of talent management is explained and the methods of talent management in identifying, developing and retaining talented workers in an organisation are described. The thesis is related to the field of human resource management in regional education, and therefore key documents related to the development of teachers are included. The aim of the thesis is to find out the methods used by school principals in managing talented emloyees. Cooperation between school and family at the disadvantage pupils

The diploma thesis is focused on monitoring the quality of cooperation between family and teachers of disadvantaged students. The parental side examines the interest in education and care of their child. From the teacher's side is monitored the level of communication and support towards parents. The whole research is accomplished within the Ustecky region in the Czech Republic with the main focus on excluded locations. Research is using the following methods: questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. The results can provide interesting insight into the level of awareness of parents living in the excluded localities about their children's education and the level of mutual cooperation between parents and school with the aim of enriching and educating younger generations. For the child's development it is necessary to create a safe space. The basics for creating a safe environment is the synchronization of interests of parents, teachers and the teaching methods. Mutual cooperation between parents and teachers is the basis for success in a child's education. Possibilities for development of Zoo Jihlava from the point of view of visitors

The thriving zoo provides excellent animal husbandry and care, as well as an offer of unusual experiences, education and quality of services for their visitors. The presented work deals with the possibilities of potential development of the Jihlava Zoo from the visitors' point of view. The main aim of my work was to assess the possibilities of spatial and technological development with regard to their wishes. In addition to the analysis of the results, the diploma thesis contains specific recom-mendations for the future development of the zoo. The evaluation of the results took place on the basis of a questionnaire survey, which was attended by 400 respondents from among the visitors of the Jihlava Zoo. Of the innovations proposed by the zoo, respondents expressed the greatest interest in its spatial growth and new restaurant facilities. According to the respondents, it is appropriate to extend the zoo to the area of the former textile factory. In their opinion, it is the best way to make use of it. The industrial area could be used for a new pavilion and a large-capacity restaurant. Visi-tors would also welcome combined indoor exhibits with outdoor enclosures for animals.

Birth of a Child - Rituals, Customs

This bachelor thesis focuses on the birth of a child in the Czech family and society in the nineties of the twentieth century and at the beginning of the twenty-first century. The chapters and the subchapters are concerned with the periods connected with the birth of a child and are aimed at rituals, customs and activities connected with coming of a new life to the world. The thesis is divided into three main parts, pregnancy, childbirth and post-natal period. In the part Pregnancy we will look at how awaiting of a new life is reflected in the language, superstitions and various practices and what is necessary to do before the birth of a child, we will especially focus on the choice of a name and surname. In this part we can find the chapter on the preference for the sex of a child and on the values which the Czech society connects with a child. In the second part Childbirth we will look at the perception of childbirth as pain, at the course of childbirth and at the first things which are necessary to do after the birth of a child. The chapters on maternity, fatherhood and family were also put to this part since the birth of a child creates a new, lifelong relationship between a child and his/her parents. Communication between a family and a school directed to the contemporary elementary schools

The aim of this work is to determine whether communication with incomplete/"uncooperative" family is from the perspective of teachers more difficult. What problems may be in communication with the family of the student, how can they be prevented, where necessary, to deal with. In the second part to find out what kind of impact it has on the mutual communication of the teacher and the legal representative the pupil evaluation in the form of the word guest. The task is to suggest possible strategies for mutual communication with parents of children at 1. level of primary school. In the solution a questionnaire survey and interviews with teachers and parents was used. Carried out research, I discovered that at the aimed school is almost 100% of teachers meets with problem/"non-cooperating" parents. Verbal evaluation of the results of an investigation has the mainly positive influence to the comunication. At the same time, motivates the student to better outcomes. On the basis of the findings of the results, teachers can further improve the relations between family and school, or more involved verbal evaluation, which improves communication between the two parties. The main result is to obtain the symbol "The parents welcome".
