Voice problems are kown to be common among voice professionals, e.g. teachers. More information is needed on biomechanical forces related to voice production in order to be able to set safety limits for voice use in various professions. Impact stress, defined as the impact force divided by the contact area of the vocal folds, is an important variable in quantifying the mechanical load posed on the vocal fold tissue during voice production.

Title: Art and sport Summary: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and compare art and sport. The author wants to compare the moments in which they are similar, their progression or suppression. A movement is an inherent part of sport, which has become a great challenge for artists; it is remarkable how art deals with movement. Moreover, sport and recreation in the course of time are described here. Several chapters from the art history connected with sports have been chosen for this thesis; it starts with prehistoric ages and maps the art history until modern styles. The thesis is also concerned with the pedagogical use of teaching physical education and art. Starting with historical facts, this part of the thesis proceeds to the importance of these subjects and their use in schools nowadays. The real link between physical education and art is supported by a project for 12-year-old pupils of elementary schools, which deals with this subject. An inherent part of this thesis is the author's reflection describing the art project, author's feelings and reactions of the public to her art work.

Suchomelová, Alena ; Kašpar, Ladislav (advisor) ; Dlouhý, Martin (referee)
The thesis "Parental influence on creating their children's attitude towards kinetic activities" analyzes the degree of the parental influence on creating their children's positive attitude towards kinetic activities and searches for other factors affecting these attitudes. In the theoretical part of the thesis I highlighted the influence of the parents on creating personality of the child and the importance of upbringing in a family. I also emphasised the need of meaningful use of the children's leisure time and last but not least I pointed out the affect of kinetic activities on child's health. In the empirical part of the thesis approximately 120 respondents (children aged 13-15) and their parents coming from the Orlicko-ustecko region were examined using quantitative questionnaires. I looked for the ways that the parents use to encourage their children's attitude towards movement and for other aspects that help to strengthen those attitudes. The results of the examination show that it is exactly the parents who play the biggest role in creating a stable attitude of the children towards movement and so it is crucial to pay special attention to this area of the child's development. At the end of the thesis I emphasized the necessity of trying to avoid mistakes that can sometimes even cause a...

Problematika karcinomu čípku, zdravotně sociální dopady onemocnění
MÜLLEROVÁ, Jana
The objective of the bachelor thesis focused on this topic was monitoring of the system of prevention and therapy of precanceroses and cervical cancer, including the medicosocial impacts of the disease in a population of Czech women. The studied cohort consisted of women living in the South Bohemian region, Central Bohemia and Prague who underwent the complex treatment of cervical cancer. The experimental part of the thesis was performed using questioning strategy along with data collection using an anonymous questionnaire. Surprisingly, the research implies that most of the women became ill with cervical cancer despite undergoing the gynecological examinations regularly before disease onset. Thus, this prophylactic method was unable to prevent them from the disease development. The amount of information regarding the risk of internal genital cancer is insufficient, even if provided by a gynecologist. The strongest distress associated to the disease was represented by the course of treatment itself, both in somatic and psychic sphere. In half of the cases, the negative impact of treatment on the psyche of the women was confirmed. More than half of the women that underwent the treatment do not work. At the same time, it was revealed that the consequences of the disease have negative effects on intimate life with the partner, however, the partnerships didn{\crq}t break up. The results imply that it is necessary to evaluate and improve the interpretation quality of colposcopic and cytologic examinations at the level of local ambulances. At the moment, the planned vaccination seems to be the best measure in prevention of the disease. It is necessary to promote the level of awareness about the issue, preferably within the framework for sexual health education of girls in the primary schools and consequently during the preventive visits in gynecological ambulances. Based on physician {--} psychologist cooperation, the psychological distress in the course of treatment can be managed by providing psychological counseling already during the hospital treatment. The earlier return of the patient to work can be achieved by integrating the patients into the complex rehabilitation process. Cervical carcinoma represents a serious illness and it should be in the interest of our society to improve and perfect the system of its awareness and prevention.

Tato práce zkoumá japonskou výtvarnou výchovu jako vyučovací předmět. Reflektuje jak po stránce formální, tak obsahové japonský vzdělávací systém a rovněž umožňuje vhled do různých vrstev japonské kultury. Výzkum byl veden kombinací metod pedagogicko-etnografických a kulturně- antropologických. Informace čerpal především z terénního výzkumu prováděného v Japonské škole v Praze a v některých školách v Japonsku v Ósace v letech 1986-2006. S postupující globalizací a asimilací kultur vyvstává potřeba "mezinárodní výchovy". Nutnost hledání základních postupů vedoucích k poznání a pochopení jiných kultur. Výchova k empatii vůči příslušníkům jiných národů a jejich specifickým projevům. I v tomto směru tato práce...

Problematics of factors influencing juvenile delinquency
NYKLESOVÁ, Eva
The degree paper deals with the issues of juvenile delinquency and the factors which have impact on the origination of the juvenile delinquency. I have chosen this topic since it is a very serious problem and this phenomenon has been proliferating significantly. The crime in general, especially the juvenile delinquency, is a serious social-pathological phenomenon. Minors who do not reach the limit of criminal liability often became the offenders. In addition, the probability of threatening a young man by social pathological phenomena and his subsequent ``criminal career{\crqq} is currently much higher than ever before. To recognize the occurrence of risk factors among the youth in time it is necessary for the families, teachers, educators and all professionals working with the juveniles to acquire sufficient knowledge, information and experience and be able to work with the factors and fight against them in time. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the term ``youth{\crqq}, the personality of a young delinquent, structure of the juvenile delinquency, analyses of the risk factors which most frequently participate in the occurrence of juvenile delinquency, and outlines the possibilities of intervention against the juvenile delinquency and various kinds of prevention. The research is focused on the occurrence of risk factors among the young respondents and on protective factors and attitudes of the respondents in respect of the juvenile delinquency and the crime at all. Structured interviews were held with the youth which are placed in the reformatory or special correctional institutions in the territory of the Regional of Plzeň. The main objective of the degree paper is to describe the factors which significantly affect the occurrence of the juvenile delinquency and to map the occurrence and impact of such factors on the juveniles placed in the correctional and reformatory social retraining institutions in the Region of Plzeň. Hypothesis No. 1 is: The youth commit property crimes at the most. Hypothesis No. 2: The youth behave improperly namely when in groups. Hypothesis No. 3: The decisive factor affecting the juvenile delinquency is the family. I think that the objectives of the degree paper were fulfilled. Hypothesis No. 1 was confirmed. The respondents mostly stated that they were adjudicated treatment in special reformatory institution due to property crimes. Hypothesis No. 2 was also confirmed. The replies of the respondents mostly contained the possibility that they committed crime within a gang. Hypothesis No. 3 was confirmed, too: Analyses of the research proves that all factors participating in the occurrence of the juvenile delinquency are penetrated with the impact of the family and family environment on the juveniles. Results of the performed research will be used for further education of the students at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, as well as for the students of other auxiliary professions at other universities. The results will be further used as the source of information for parents and pedagogical professionals working with the youth and as source materials for seminars about the given topic.
