Title of diploma paper: The influence of chosen psychical factors on the performance of Competitor in wild water slalom. Aim: The aim of the work is based on the results of the questionnaire CSA-I 2 to determine the values of all three components Racing anxiety and their impact on the performance of the plant itself. Methods: To determine the values of competitive anxiety questionnaire was used CSAI-second results They were processed using the statistical program SPSS. Strategic analysis of a company RIO Media a.s.

The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to undertake a strategic analysis of the company RIO Media, a.s. The analysis is performed for the period of 2011-2015 with regard to other periods, where it is beneficial. The analysis is done through external analysis, enriched with internal inputs. The analysis is divided into two main sections. First is dealing with theoretical and methodological approaches, which explain the various terms used, methods and their application form. Second part is practical, which builds on the previous section and uses these methods in practice. It also analyzes current trends and significant outputs are processed partly in the SWOT analysis and fully processed at the conclusion. The benefit of this work is to determine the company's position within the industry and to form recommendations for further improvement in this position.

To fullfill the practical part of my diplom task, I asked one of the teachers at our school to do the practical part instead of me. I gave him freedom in choosing the medium, topic and the lenght or format. The only condition is the quality of the work and proper explanation of its meaning. I will not be informed about his work untill the moment of presentation in front of the chosen comision where, during the discussion, my real income appears. The purpose of this work is to search for new moments in recyclation of artistic traditions.

The course of execution proceedings

The thesis deals with a very actual issue of execution, from the beginning to the end of proceedings, which monitors and analyzes each individual stage. Discusses the legal rules execution, execution modes, specifies the notion of the party and also addresses every single stage of the execution proceedings separately and in detail. It also deals with the rights of debtors and the frequent problems associated with the course of the execution proceedings, and shows the real life situation from the perspective of a party, whether in the role of the debtor himself, debtor spouse or roommate. The aim is to clarify the basic rights of debtor during the execution proceedings and demarcate negotiations of executors. Furthermore, my goal is to evaluate the current legal status of execution proceedings under the Enforcement Regulations, focusing in particular on its shortcomings and difficulties and also to ascertain whether the rights of debtors are sufficient. The motivation for the treatment of this issue for me is the large media coverage of the topic, his ignorance of the citizens and also a major financial illiteracy of the nation, which each year brings more problems to individuals and families.

Sports career biography of Imrich Bugar

Title: Sports career biography of Imrich Bugár Objectives: The main aim of this paper is to evaluate and present a twenty-year long sports career of discus-thrower Imrich Bugár by the means of content analysis of newspaper articles published in the journal Czechoslovakian sport. Methods: Biographic research was used as one kind of a case study. The paper is divided into three main parts. The first part is concerned with the summary of all newspaper articles written during Bugár's sports career. I have statistically categorized the articles according to the criteria stated by Jan Volf in his diploma paper of 2007. The second part of the paper is concerned with information gained from Imrich Bugár personally, during a conducted interview. The third part shows a summary of Bugár's best achievements. Results: Based on the accessible materials, I have described and evaluated the sports career of Imrich Bugár. In total, I have evaluated n = 348 articles concerned with his sports career. The next part presents a commented evaluation of the conducted interview with Imrich Bugár. When categorization of the articles is taken into account, most articles about the course of Bugár's career are of an informative character and describe his participation in competitions. Analysis and Testing of Concurrent Programs

V disertační práci je nejprve uvedena taxonomie chyb v souběžném zpracování dat a přehled technik pro jejich dynamickou detekci. Následně jsou navrženy nové metriky pro měření synchronizace a souběžného chování programů společně s metodologií jejich odvozování. Tyto techniky se zejména uplatní v testování využívajícím techniky prohledávání prostoru a v saturačním testování. Práce dále představuje novou heuristiku vkládání šumu, jejímž cílem je maximalizace proložení instrukcí pozorovaných během testování. Tato heuristika je porovnána s již existujícími heuristikami na několika testech. Výsledky ukazují, že nová heuristika překonává ty existující v určitých případech. Nakonec práce představuje inovativní aplikaci stochastických optimalizačních algoritmů v procesu testování vícevláknových aplikací. Principem metody je hledání vhodných kombinací parametrů testů a metod vkládání šumu. Tato metoda byla prototypově implementována a otestována na množině testovacích příkladů. Výsledky ukazují, že metoda má potenciál vyznamně vylepšit testování vícevláknových programů.
