Koubská, Patricie ; Valešová Malecová, Barbara (advisor) ; Šiška, Jan (referee)
Application of art therapy elements for students at high special school (practical) The theme of this bachelor thesis is the use of art therapy procedure for pupils from practical two-year high school. The aim of this thesis is to consider the possibilities of using elements of group art therapy for the development of self-knowledge, communication, for strengthening of prosocial ties and increasing of a sense of group belonging. In the narrower sense, art therapy is underwood as a fine art therapy. Theoretical basis of the thesis will be the methods of art therapy, their possibilities and procedures, developmental aspects of maturing, specifics of maturing for pupils with handicaps (mental retardation issues, specific disorders of behavior problems of pupils with social and physical handicaps). In the practical part of the thesis there is described the use of these methods in my own art lessons.

Application of the Balanced Scorecard in the company ELLA-CS
Cwierz, Jan ; Neumaierová, Inka (advisor) ; Beneš, Oldřich (referee)
Balanced Scorecard belongs to the most prominent managerial tools for performance measurement and strategy management. Aim of this thesis is to describe BSC with emphasis to small and medium enterprises using literature review. Additional supporting tools for strategy formulation are included as well. BSC is then proposed for implementation in privately owned small enterprise in the sector of medical devices. Based on the thorough analysis of the company and its environmental factors operational and strategical performance gaps are identified. Such gaps are then addressed by means of BSC including financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth perspective. Despite some limitations inherent to SMEs in general introduction of BSC is feasible and could be of value to all company stakeholders.

The Role of the Class Teacher at a Secondary Vocational School
VÖGLEROVÁ, Monika
The bachelor thesis addresses the issue of the role of a class teacher at the secondary vocational school and apprentice training school. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of the concept from mandatory curricula and subsequent connection with the activities and competence of the class teacher in teaching and direct educational activities, educational coordination, teachers' educational work in their classes, class teacher's forms of cooperation with legal representatives and school management, socialization of the individual and creation of class climate. The practical part is focused on description, procuring and realization of briefing by a class teacher before entering students to a secondary vocational school. It is monitored content and importance of presenting information, establishing of early cooperation with students' parents for their class teacher's future work. Addressed class teachers evaluate cooperation with legal representatives and the importance of briefing in the form of semistructured interview. The aim of qualitative research is to gain a comprehensive overview of presenting and gathering information for a class teacher's work in the form "Class teacher's guide during the first year at secondary vocational school". The importance of creating of the behaviour code for students and application in practice is given an example of realization of the excursion.

Title ofthesis : Cryotherapy is oppurtunity for the regeneration ofsportsmen Goal of the project : To map and compare information of c:ryotherapy center and places that provide c:ryotherapy application in the Czech Republic. Ifthere is a regulary and properly train information of cold effect for body and prove to provide. On the basis ofthis is determination the quality of information giving to clients and experience ofsportsmen clients at information about influence of cold and this procedure. To find out how the method is used and whether are conditions an fulfiled. Metb.ods :For research I use an exploratory method. The collection of dates was executed by public inguiry and guestionnaires PO:tv1S. The getting dates of particular items was evaluated by qualitative method. Results : This reseach charted cryotherapy centres in the Czech Republic. There was established professional skill specialists served in each of all questionnairy cryotherapy centres. However safety ofthe clients is provided in part only. The clients should have to udergo medical examinations. But these ones are not realised in some of them. The results of this rescach ís cryotherapy centres and sportsmen are deficienty ínformation. The results ofquestionnaires POMS cenfirmed players feelings are posítive after cold application....

Title: Diagnostics ofgame performance in football. Goal ofthe project: To analyze the style of resolving the quick counter attack ofCzech Republic at the under 20 years World Championship in football. To localize the constructive gain ofthe ball with resulting utilization offree spaces for carrying out the counter attack. To note (activity analysis) all attacking actions endíng with a shot, standard situations gaining or dangerous scoring chances. Method: Observation analysis with quantitative and qualitative ranking indirect sighting. Results: Objectification oftheoretical approaches in activity structure in match process in football. Application approaches for utilization in training process in the sense ofmatch and training integration. Vodní a hybridní plazmatrony s plynovou a vodní stabilizací
Hrabovský, Milan
Plasma torches with water-stabilized arc (Gerdien arc) are utilized in plasma processing for specific applications. In water-stabilized torches an oxygen-hydrogen plasma jet is produced. The torches are characterized by very low mass flow rates and high power. Plasma enthalpy is thus several times higher than enthalpy of plasmas generated in gas-stabilized torches. High enthalpy is accompanied by very low plasma density. Also other plasma parameters substantially differ from the ones in gas torches. New type of plasma torch with combined stabilization of an electric arc by water vortex and gas flow was investigated. This hybrid water/gas stabilization offers possibility of adjustment of plasma jet parameters in a wide range from high enthalpy, low density plasmas typical for liquid stabilized torches to lower enthalpy, higher density plasmas generated in gas stabilized torches.

Study of electrolytic influence on organic dye decomposition in the diaphragm discharge in liquids
Davidová, Jaroslava ; Rašková, Zuzana (referee) ; Kozáková, Zdenka (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis is focused on study of chemical and physical influences which are proceed in diaphragm discharge in water solution. These processes could be used in water treatment. If DC non-pulsed voltage is applied, a significant influence of electrolysis must be taken into account. The main goal of this thesis is the estimation of electrolytic contribution to processes in the discharge. Theoretical part describes basic theory about creation of electrical discharges in water and electrolysis with emphasis on processes leading to destruction of organic compounds. Production of reactive particles (radicals, hydrogen peroxide, ozone, etc.) and electrochemical reactions on electrodes mainly belongs among these processes. This part describes analytical method (UV-VIS spectroscopy) which was used for determination of organic dyes concentration as well. Experimental part is oriented to experiment procedure which was carried out in an apparatus with separated anode and cathode area. Separation was made by dielectric diaphragm with a pinhole in the centre. Its initial diameter was 0.25 mm. Electrolytic decomposition was carried out at constant current of 30 mA and supplied power was about 14–32 W. Two Saturn dyes (Direct Blue 106 and Direct Red 79) were selected for experiments. As the decomposition was related to decoloration of the solution, UV-VIS spectroscopy in the range of 350–700 nm was used for determination of dye concentration. Next part focused on results presents various factors which had remarkable effect on decomposition of organic dyes. These factors were: various polarities of electrodes, conductivity and pH of solution, applied power, kind of electrolyte and structure of organic dye. The electrolysis had the significant influence on decomposition of small organic molecules. Decomposition was running mainly in the anode area where so called negative discharge was created. Optimal conditions were set by NaCl electrolyte with concentration providing initial conductivity of 500 S·cm-1. By the NaNO3 electrolyte half decomposition efficiency was achieved and in Na3PO4 electrolyte, the decomposition even didn’t run. The decomposition in the anode area was stimulated by the low pH value, which was decreasing during electrolysis. Generally, higher decomposition was achieved by the discharge than by pure electrolysis but the electrolysis had higher efficiency. In pure electrolysis, high rate of removal can be achieved by the application of a relatively low power. When bigger organic molecules were decomposed, the efficiency was higher by applying the discharge.
