Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku úlohy třídního učitele na Střední odborné škole a středním odborném učilišti. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením pojmů ze závazných pedagogických dokumentů a následnou spojitostí s činnostmi a kompetencemi třídního učitele v oblasti vyučování, přímého výchovného působení, výchovné koordinace, vzdělávací práce pedagogů ve svěřené třídě, forem spolupráce třídního učitele se zákonnými zástupci i vedením školy, socializaci jedince a tvorby klimatu třídy. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis, zajištění a vlastní realizaci informační schůzky třídním učitelem před nástupem žáků na Střední odborné učiliště. Je sledován obsah a význam předávání informací, navázání včasné spolupráce s rodiči žáků pro budoucí práci třídního učitele. Kooperaci se zákonnými zástupci a význam informační schůzky hodnotí formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru oslovení třídní učitelé. Cílem kvalitativního šetření je získání uceleného přehledu předávání i získávání informací pro práci třídního učitele v podobě ?Průvodce třídního učitele prvním ročníkem na střední odborné škole?. Význam tvorby kodexu chování u žáků a uplatnění v praxi je uvedeno na příkladu realizace odborné exkurze. The bachelor thesis addresses the issue of the role of a class teacher at the secondary vocational school and apprentice training school. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of the concept from mandatory curricula and subsequent connection with the activities and competence of the class teacher in teaching and direct educational activities, educational coordination, teachers' educational work in their classes, class teacher's forms of cooperation with legal representatives and school management, socialization of the individual and creation of class climate. The practical part is focused on description, procuring and realization of briefing by a class teacher before entering students to a secondary vocational school. It is monitored content and importance of presenting information, establishing of early cooperation with students' parents for their class teacher's future work. Addressed class teachers evaluate cooperation with legal representatives and the importance of briefing in the form of semistructured interview. The aim of qualitative research is to gain a comprehensive overview of presenting and gathering information for a class teacher's work in the form "Class teacher's guide during the first year at secondary vocational school". The importance of creating of the behaviour code for students and application in practice is given an example of realization of the excursion.
