Interests, leisure activities and personality development of adolescents

The bachelor thesis project aims to cover the individual aspects of the topic of adolescents' personality development by means of their leisure activities. Therefore, it concerns leisure activities and their developmental consequences, as well as formative factors and the relevant adolescence-related topics (especially social aspects of maturing). The thesis consists of two main parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical description of the topic. The second part involves a proposal for an empirical research. The adolescent period is very dynamic and full of changes as the personality of an individual is being formed and it is therefore appropriate to observe the influence of various developmental aspects of leisure activities on the personality of adolescent boys and girls. For this reason, the proposal for empirical research is conceived as longitudinal. Keywords: Development of personality, interest, leisure activity, adolescents, formative factors

Badminton in Primary Schools

The bachelor work is divided into three areas. The first one is theoretical and explains the history, development, utilities and rules of badminton. The second part describes the physical training, basic education and training methodology. The final section covers a particular primary school with badminton training, teacher activities, the use of school playground, and includes a practical part about my research of pupils' interest in badminton.

The impact of a theatre institution on the forming of values of secondary school student

The Bachelor thesis "The influence of theater institution on forming of values of secondary school students" deals with the process of forming the adolescents' values as well as with factors which have got influence on this process, focused on the analysis of theatre institution influence. Characteristics of the adolescence in light of biological, psychological and social mutation is dealt with in the theoretical part, followed by definition of terms such as value, value system, crisis of the value, education, valuable education, and process of socialization. Forming the values in the period of puberty is specially pointed out. The theoretical part is concluded by defining the influence of the environment on formation of the values, focused on the cultural environment. Resources and the results of the research, which was performed using questionnaire, are described in the practical part of the thesis. Connections and dependences between theater institution and influence on forming the value system of the respondents - grammar school students - were taken into account.

Po stručném historickém exkurzu vývoje práva na odpověď se studie věnuje obecným teoretickým otázkám. Zmiňuje se o jednotlivých koncepcích tohoto práva, které se v jednotlivých právních úpravách vyskytují a vyjadřuje se i k jeho vztahu k ochraně, kterou nabízí občanské právo. Pojednává i o úpravě, která byla doporučena pro členské státy Rady Evropy. Těžiště studie však spočívá v popisu jednotlivých právních úprav institutu práva na odpověď ve vybraných evropských státech. Struktura textu popisu jednotlivých úprav sleduje toto schéma: po vymezení pramenů práva je pozornost věnována obsahu samotného institutu a tomu, kdo je oprávněnou osobou. Dále je vymezen způsob, jakým se reaguje na žádost oprávněné osoby domáhající se svého práva, tzn. uveřejnění či odmítnutí odpovědi, a též je pojednáno o možnosti právní ochrany oprávněné osoby pro případ, že dojde k porušení práva. The Basis of the Successful Team Motivation

This work describes finding which motivational factors influence higher working performance in the company T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. I was interested in the reasons whitch result in poor working motivation and how is possible this situation make better. I realized a questionnaire interview. My conclusion is that financial motivation in this company is sufficient but desire for powerful leade isn't.

Meaning of extra-curricular activity in pubescence

This thesis is focused on interests on leisure activities of the children attending elementary school (2nd grade of elementary education in the Czech Republic). The aim of this thesis is to analyze the task of leisure activities of these children, more specifically kinds of activities they prefer. Theoretical part of the thesis firstly, explains the meaning of terms: interest, leisure activity and last but not least leisure time. First chapter explains the term interest in more detail and also reflects evolution of interest of children and youths. Following chapter offers insight into leisure activities from the point of view of psychology and education. Third chapter is focused on leisure time and explains its functions and reality among youths. In this part I also introduce leisure activities either organized or random ones. Next chapter introduces the most important organizations which offer education in the field of leisure activities. Last chapter is basically the overview of the theoretical part of the thesis. Empirical part of the thesis is based on questionnaires and discovers how youths spend their leisure time. The main aim of these questionnaires is to identify leisure activities which are preferred among youths and more specifically for how long period of time they are dedicated to the certain activity and how important is for them, and all of this depending on sex.

Organization of leisure education seniors

This bachelor thesis focuses on a clearly arranged presentation of organizations of seniors' leisure education not only in the Czech Republic but also in České Budějovice. The first chapter defines the terms of old age and aging from a demographic point of view and getting familiar with the target group - early old age in terms of biological, psychological social and spiritual changes. The second chapter describes the leisure time from the perspective of seniors and focuses also on the factors that positively or negatively affect the leisure time of a senior. The third chapter outlines the leisure education in the context of the early old age (senior age). The chapter defines the objectives and types of the methods of leisure education focused on seniors. The fourth chapter is devoted to organizations for the leisure education in the Czech Republic. The organization of the leisure education is divided into three types of institutions - specialized educational institutions, institutions that have educational activities as supplementary and institutions in which one of their areas is education as well. The subchapters explain each of those more in detail. The fifth chapter clearly points to the organizations of leisure education in České Budějovice. Each area has a clearly devoted subchapter. Finally it summarizes the whole issue and compares the possibilities of the leisure education organizations in the Czech Republic and also in České Budějovice. It highlights the positive aspects but also points to possible weaknesses.
