Pupil integration with sensory disabilities do apperenticeship.

The Bachelor´s thesis of a title Pupil integration with sensory disabilities do apperenticeship is mainly focused on definition of hearing and sight handicap; I have described the medical consequences of these handicaps, the ways of communication of people with hearing handicap, for example lip-reading or sign languages. I have presented even the Braille´s script. The term of integration is also described here. Furthemore, I devote to educating of such handicapped pupils in the Czech Republic. To get some research results I used the questionnaire research. I conducted that in the Secondary, Elementary and Nursery School in Holečkova Street in Prague. I had chosen that school because it is a sole provider of education for hearing handicapped pupils in branches finished with Certificate of Apprenticeship. I used the questionnaires to get an answer to the question I had asked. The director of the school mentioned above helped me very much to deal the questionnaires to the pupils and fill them in. I have used graphs to illustrate the results. With the questionnare research I found out that the pupils are prepared and mainly able to be integrated. However, in conditions which have to be provided to the pupils by specific school. The long process is still needed to get perfect integration and living together of handicapped and healthy pupils in the same school.

Management and Financial Resources Analysis of Selected Primary Schools

The aim of my thesis is analyzing the management and financial resources of chosen primary schools. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part.
In the theoretical part, I explain the basic key words related to public good and ways of its financing. I also give a brief description of semi budgetary organizations and their bookkeeping and outline qualitative research.
In the practical part, there is a financial analysis of chosen primary schools. I offer comparison of how primary schools are influenced by their entering the We Help Schools To Success project financed by The Kellner Family Foundation focused on teachers education. Schools that are a part of the project are superior to those that are not in terms of both educational and material development. The final part of my thesis contains an evaluation of a qualitative interview I conducted with five primary school headmasters. This evaluation is a continuation of and confirms the outcome of this thesis.

Didactic technique as a factor in increasing the effectiveness of teacher's work

Bachelor thesis Didactic technology as a factor for increasing the effectiveness of the teacher is focused on the use of educational technology in the teaching process. The aim of the thesis is to demonstrate higher efficiency and quality of teaching using teaching techniques. Discovery was conducted using methodological tools in the form of a questionnaire survey , observation of students during lessons and informal conversations with teachers. From the perspective of a questionnaire survey among students has shown that the use of educational technology is a necessary part of modern education. Students in their responses also placed great emphasis on improving the overall school facilities. For the most commonly used technique of teaching students labeled computer, data projector, projection screen, interactive whiteboard. The expected outputs of interviews with teachers were often mentioned time consuming preparation of such a teaching unit, low interest of students, teachers age, needed to prepare the expert. Didactic technique can be
described as a factor in increasing the efficiency of work of teachers, provided certain recommendations in the form of support for school management, students' active approach to teaching and constant technical self-education teachers.

Creating didactic aids and including their methodical-didactic incorporation into the educational process

In the first part of the thesis I focus on the analysis of scientific literature and examining how best can I make my motivate students and thus create ideal conditions for learning, I was then able to in the next section to create for students textbooks, including the basics of electrical engineering, which have the opportunity to repeat their theoretical knowledge necessary for further work. The aim of the thesis is to create teaching aids for apprenticeship electrician, which is in our field really short. I describe the emergence of an educational panel, a detailed description of the individual steps in its construction, in which pupils will rehearse connecting electrical circuits and electrical schematics Appliance according to syllabuses. It turned out that with the advent of the teaching panel increased pupils' interest in training in practical skills and have a much greater motivation to learn and absorb new information.

Education using multimedia technologies

Bachelor thesis titled Education using multimedia technologies is focused on the importance of multimedia technology in education and presentation of several multimedia tools, which can be used in teaching. The aim of the thesis was to create a multimedia tool and specifically the three videos that show workflow of modeling gel nails, specifically their remaking, in the field of education beauty services. Created videos contain subtitles with a brief description of the workflow and were published on the Internet portal youtube.com. After that sample worksheets were created, which should be given to the pupils after watching the video, in order to verify that the procedures were correctly understood. They can be also used to classify students. Videos and worksheets were tested by teacher of information technology and thereby their applicability in the real teaching was confirmed. For demonstration of easier alternative of creating a multimedia tool than the video, was created an instruction to show how to make a workflow using photos and presentation, which is able to be created by a user on the beginner level.

Using the cloud computing in the education process

The bachelors thesis Using the cloud computing in the education process is dedicated to the inclusion of comparatively new IT technology into the education process_cloud computing. Teaching, next practice and the verification of the acquired knowledge, through cloud technology, it provides the streamlining of the work for teachers and an interesting way of learning for students.
The theoretical part is primarily consecrated to the fundamental principles on which they are built cloud technology. It also describes the fulfilment of the necessary requirements for the hardware equipment, including ensuring of safe operation and protection against unauthorized intervention. Finally, it deals with safeguard the compliance with applicable legislation.
The practical part focuses on creating of a databank of test questions of which will be formed in individual tests with the using cloud technology Google Apps. Specific tests are created per the components of the Form and, subsequently, their accuracy is verified by the complement of Flubaroo. The subject Criminology was selected for practical application. In conclusion, will be evaluated the time pressure of the training and assessment of tests, but also user-friendly environment for the work of the instructor, and further functionality allowing the feedback.

Education with multimedia technologies utilization

This paper deals with the possible use of multimedia technology in education. In the theoretical part, the educational process and its phases are discussed. Also students´ motivation to learn and teaching aids to encourage it are addressed. Focus is on the use of modern technologies, their advantages and disadvantages. Creation of eduactional video and its use in education, particularly in specialist subjects at vocational schools and colleges is alaborated on.
The practical part of this paper is divided into two parts. Part A is focused on qualities of educational video suitable for use in chef vocational school. Eight short videos introducing professional kitchen equipment were produced.
In part B, the videos were qualitatively tested. Research was carried out between students from first to second year of vocational school of gastronomy and business in Prague. Students were interviewed after watching the videos. The aim of the research was to test whether students consider educational videos beneficial and understandable

Analysis of the Education System in Municipal Library of Louny

The topic of this Bachelor thesis is the Analysis of the education system of the Louny City Library. The aim of it is to describe the whole process of the employees education in the institution. Its focus is on the analysis of the employee needs, planning and creating the targets of the education program. But the main purpose is to map the specific workings of the Louny City Librarys educational system. I have used an interview with the director of the Louny City Library, Mgr. Dagmar Kučerová, to gain a detailed information about the current system and the progress of the employee education. The benefit of this Bachelor thesis is
in the determination of the institutions education system for the needs of both
the employer and the employees. The current selection of the library employees education is very rich and its continuously updated according
the needs of the institution and the workers. At the end I am suggesting adjustments in the education offerings for the employees on the Economist and the Leisure Activity Assistant positions. The questionnaire showed the employees in these positions dont consider the current opportunities sufficient.

Specifics of Language Education of Senior Citizen Education

The bachelor thesis Specifics of Language Education of Senior Citizen Education is based on specific conditions at foreign-language education of elder people. Thesis is divided into two parts- theoretical and practical. In theoretical part is defined gerontology (discipline focusing on education of elder people). Next chapter of theoretical part is aimed on specifics of education of elderly, especially foreign language education. There is described which conditions are suitable, what can influence them and which barriers can be there. In the end of theoretical part are possibilities of education fo elder people.
In practical part of thesis was made an analysis of foreign language courses in Prague (except Universities of the Third Age). Based on this analysis was survey among elder people studying languages. The survey has found out conditions of education, elder people's motivation and reasons for studying. They could also write down proposals to make course better.

The bachelor thesis deals with the training and personal development in the organization. Its main objective is for selected company to identify and assess the current status of the education and personal development of employees. The theoretical part describes the issue with help of expert resources and publications available. In the practical part of the thesis is detected the current status of qualification and personal development
of employees. At first, there is briefly introduced the selected company. This is followed by an evaluation questionnaire which serves as the basis of the findings and proposals for improving the current situation.
