Tématem bakalářské práce je Analýza vzdělávacího systému Městské knihovny Louny. Práce má za cíl popsat celkový proces zaměstnaneckého vzdělávání v instituci. Zaměřuje se na analyzování potřeb zaměstnanců, plánování a vytváření cílů vzdělávacího programu, samotnou realizaci vzdělávání na pracovišti a následnou evaluaci výsledků a efektivity vzdělávacího programu. Hlavním účelem je však zmapování konkrétního fungování vzdělávacího systému Městské knihovny Louny. K získání podrobných informací o stávajícím systému a průběhu zaměstnaneckého vzdělávání byl použit rozhovor s ředitelkou Městské knihovny Louny Mgr. Dagmar Kučerovou a dotazníkové šetření, které bylo provedeno mezi zaměstnanci zvolené instituce. Přínos bakalářské práce spočívá ve zjištění funkčnosti systému vzdělávání ve zvolené instituci jak pro potřeby zaměstnavatele, tak i zaměstnanců. Stávající nabídka vzdělávání pro zaměstnance knihovny je velmi bohatá a neustále se aktualizuje dle potřeb instituce i jednotlivých pracovníků. V závěru práce byly navrženy úpravy v nabídce vzdělávání pro zaměstnance na pozicích ekonom a asistent volnočasového zařízení. Z dotazníkového šetření vyplynulo, že zaměstnanci na uvedených pozicích nepovažují nabídku, která jim je poskytována k rozvoji v oboru, za dostatečnou. The topic of this Bachelor thesis is the Analysis of the education system of the Louny City Library. The aim of it is to describe the whole process of the employees education in the institution. Its focus is on the analysis of the employee needs, planning and creating the targets of the education program. But the main purpose is to map the specific workings of the Louny City Librarys educational system. I have used an interview with the director of the Louny City Library, Mgr. Dagmar Kučerová, to gain a detailed information about the current system and the progress of the employee education. The benefit of this Bachelor thesis is in the determination of the institutions education system for the needs of both the employer and the employees. The current selection of the library employees education is very rich and its continuously updated according the needs of the institution and the workers. At the end I am suggesting adjustments in the education offerings for the employees on the Economist and the Leisure Activity Assistant positions. The questionnaire showed the employees in these positions dont consider the current opportunities sufficient.
